What your electronic needs, they tell you how much it will be, and your diagnostic goes towards the repair and labor. I know it's not revolutionary, but I've always liked that business model. I received my PS5 5 days later, and it now works without any hitches. Adan also suggested I place the console in an elevated position away from feet level. I'm satisfied with the repair they did, and I will be inquiring to them about future repairs.
