Different customer service representative helped me when I returned for my phone. He was kind and helpful, didn't catch his name either unfortunately. The value was awesome as it was free due to my Verizon Device Protection plan. Other places I called quoted me between $329 and $379 for this same repair! They guaranteed to fix the screen as long as it wasn't cracked or broken and they charged me 200. The worst. The said they'll attempt a refund by calling the screen company. They could've stuck by their word and asked for a refund on their own. Do not trust the short Turkish man. They didn't even charge me for the "new battery" .I was at work so I couldn't pick it up , had mom pick it up for me , later on that night I went to FaceTime someone and neither of my cameras worked, my phone died that night and never turned back on all the way . Apple and then black ,all night long over and over, I was actually scared it was gonna explode, I kept it in a box completely away from me . Went in as soon as they opened the next day to figure out the problem . Now I haven't had a phone for going on 3 days at this point . They take a couple hours to fix it and as soon as I pick it up they ask me to check the cameras (which had no prior issues) . As soon as I open my camera, it shows me that "fake parts" have been put into my phone . I go to settings and boom another notification about a fake battery in my phone . My back glass broke 2 days after I had finally gotten it back and with a case I bought there that a worker had recommended, mind you I hadn't even dropped my phone AT ALL ! Now couple months later both of my cameras are blacked out not working , Like I get it , it's not too expensive but advertise that you use fake parts or reps . Shitty shitty work ALL the way around ! The first time I cracked my screen I went to some place called zoom or something rather off march and 5 and they wanted my unlock code, I was like for what, he says so we can check it, I was like I'll be here to check it myself, then he's like well it'll be an hour, I said that's fine, 15 minutes later it was fixed. I come back first thing the next day, and screen is not in stock (he didn't pick it up), advising that instead his boss is going to bring it in a couple hours. I call back 4 hours later to check on it, and the screen isn't there and he doesn't know the status but he said he'll call his boss. After discussing with my wife, we decide to drive over there and get the phone (about 30 minutes after getting off the phone with the employee) - he doesn't not recognize me ("ugh, can I help you?") and once I remind him of what's going on he says "honestly, I haven't even called my boss". In retrospect, I should have not been surprised due the employee wearing sunglasses inside during all three of our interactions and wearing the same clothes has he was the day before. Ultimately, I found a cheaper and more professional option in Stockton to complete the screen repair, and will never consider RepairALL at any location ever again.
