    If you want terrible customer service and to work with someone who's rude and disrespectful, this is your guy. I saw from the reviews that he responds to texts well, but my fiancé decided to give him a call instead since it's easier. He called him twice, no answer, so then texted him and he responded immediately. If his phone was right there, I'm not sure why he couldn't pick up but could only text?? Anyway, we asked how much it was to replace an iPhone 6 battery and if his yelp check in offer is valid for this. He said it was $60 and the check in offer is only good for a screen repair (although it says any repair, so he needs to update it if that's the case). We thought that was a little pricey and ended up going over to Quick Fix to get it replaced for $40 (and amazing customer service! He didn't have another battery we needed and he called another business and sent us over there to help us out. Something this guy over here definitely wouldn't do). So then maybe 6 or so hours later, he texted my fiancé again saying he assumed we went someplace else, which my fiancé responded just saying where we went, how much it was and that he did a great job. Well apparently this really upset this iCare guy (which is funny that's his business name cuz he definitely does not care), and he kept sending us text after text about how his batteries aren't after market and ours were cheaper because it's gonna ruin our phone and so on and so on. So my fiancé responded asking why he's so upset we went somewhere else and the guy just wouldn't stop harassing my fiancé. It's clear he had no business going on because if he did, he wouldn't be texting us nonstop. My fiancé didn't respond to him much, but when he did the guy asked him why he's still talking to him? Ummm you're the one still trying to talk to my fiancé! My fiancé told him that we would definitely be writing a yelp review on him, and he guy threatened to go to yelp support with our texts which is hilarious because the texts only make him look worse. So to show you how terrible his customer service is, we've attached our conversation with him to this review (obviously my fiancé is the gray and he's the blue). Then he had the nerve to tell us he was going to block our number as if we were the ones harassing him. I can't believe how unprofessional of a businessman he is. He can't even pick up a phone, so that's your first sign. He bashes on his competition rather than being respectful of customer opinions, second sign. And he harasses his customers, third sign. If you're like me, it's not just the quality of the products you're receiving that's important, the customer service and the business mission are important to me as well. He definitely does not care about his customers and should rethink his business name.. maybe from iCare to iTrash other phone repair companies. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! UPDATE: Wow, this guy really has some issues. He clearly has no business or he wouldn't be wasting his time writing back and harassing his customers. Check out the private message he sent me. He's saying I'm wasting my holiday vacation writing this review, but he's also on here writing a novel to us so it's clear who's wasting their time.

    Tremendous response time, quality work and great communication on where to meet for my screen repair. They followed up within 30mins of me searching for a screen repair, promptly replied and got my screen fixed the next day. My screen has been performing well ever since. I didn't go 24hrs with a cracked screen. Highly recommend.

    On the morning of Wednesday 3/1/17, I made a call to Matt for a quote on an iPhone 6s Plus. He mentioned to me that it'll be 135$ for the aftermarket screen which is the one I purchased. He informed me that the screen is bent and that it is best to keep it in a rubber case. He installed it in a timely mannered fashion which I was extremely pleased about. Two weeks have passed and my phone cracked falling off the bed into carpet. I give him a call on the morning of 3/15/17 and asked what he can do for me regarding his warranty. He stated that the only thing he can do is 10$ off which will come to $125.... But I just paid 135$ two weeks prior ... In addition, attached is a screen shot of Matt telling other yelpers that "all repairs come with the 90 day warranty it's as simple as coming back and having the screen swapped out..." False! It is not as easy as that and he does not stand by it one bit. I even offered to purchase parts and pay for labor and he refused as well . He continued to harass me telling me via text that I am trying to get a free fix which is absolutely false, I offered to pay for his labor with parts I'll purchase but he declined with no further explanation other than "I don't use any other parts other than my own..." Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere !

    Needed my daughter cracked screen fixed and within 15 min it was new fast and easy I would definitely recommend to family and friends

I called this company and after explaining my situation with my phone, AJ recommended I get a new battery. He ordered it and kept me informed as to when it was arriving. Once arrived, he notified me and once I got to the shop, he installed it within minutes. He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure you could replace batteries in phones anymore. They did the job quickly, and they returned my phone to me looking like new, all sparkly clean and everything. When I first walked in I was taken aback by how empty the store was. I was expecting merchandise and flashy signs, but it was kind of bare. In conversation with the person who repaired my phone, I learned that they prefer to focus on phone and device repairs and that they will leave phone cases, covers, and accessories to the other retailers. I found this no nonsense approach to be pretty refreshing actually, and I could see it in action during my visit with their professional manner in which they get straight to the point and accomplish the task. They are a capable service, they communicate effectively, and they definitely understand their purpose. I will be bringing all of my device repair needs to these guys.
