Went there because I read some of the good reviews and it was close to my house. The phone I attempted to repair wasn't cracked or anything, it just stopped working. They had the phone for around 3 weeks and did nothing. Every time I called, it was if they had forgotten I dropped it off. Told me it would be ready on a certain day, I went there, and it still wasn't fixed. After that extremely long time, they give me the phone with no screen. Originally I was very pleased with the service I received at Zoomlock, I came in a few months back right before closing and they were very accommodating in fixing my phone screen despite several issues we encountered. 5 stars for customer service. However, I noticed just yesterday that my entire lower left side of my screen is lifting off? I can slide my nail under it and it just would peel off if I tried it. I'm really disappointed as it's only been a couple of months. While I get it could have happened from a fall or drop, it seems very unlikely that the entire side would start lifting off from impact. I took my 11 pro max iphone to Zoomlock wireless, owned and operated by Mohammad Sharif. He, on several occasions, alleged his services were Apple certified and confidently advertised as such. Sharif and his partner, took my phone and completely destroyed it with a low cost Chinese imported screen. Stopped working within 24 hours and completely gave out within 48 hours. Zoomlock wireless voided the warranty as he is not Apple certified and is not using Apple certified products. I am urging anyone considering this location for repairs or purchases to reconsider and avoid it at all costs. They are friendly and seem kind but are deceitful and dishonest to the bone. Had a great experience here. I had two phones that needed repair one with broken front glass and the other with a broken front speaker. The price was very reasonable and had it them repaired the same day. The gentleman was very friendly and was very easy to have a conversation with. The only reason I'm not making this a five star is because I called later in the day to verify the phone were ready to be picked up, but no one answered. I called three times with about at least 10 mins apart. So, I had to drive there to see if they phones where ready. I have a iPod Classic that I took to a few places and both said it was nice and works great but needed a batterey but not easy to find one so couldn't do it but one said try this place cause maybe they can find one!!! I am honestly shocked and disgusted by the customer service and dishonestly that I received from Mohammed, the store owner of Zoomlock. Mohammed will conveniently make himself unavailable to pick up your phone after you drop it off, so he can resell the phone after ten days and pocket the money. I dropped off my iPhone 4 to Mohammed to repair it because it had water damage. AFTER I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES, he told me that he was unable to repair the phone. After 3 -4 separate attempts to pick up my phone, I began to get discouraged. He refused to answer my phone calls and when he did, he stated that he was not at his store. The store hours are written as 11 am - 7 pm and it was 1:00 PM and he was not there. Then the one time we were able to catch up at the store, he claimed that he had a roof leak and could not give us the phone at the time. Clearly this was a ploy to keep our phone and to make us go away. I recently gave a follow up call and Mohammed had the nerve to say that he NO LONGER HAD MY PHONE. He made several excuses as to where my phone was. He first said that he no longer had it. Then he said that he doesn't know where it is. Then, he said it was GONE!! Everyone knows that a broken iPhone can be sold for a substantial amount of money. So this guy pretty much got away with at least 200 dollars or more from selling my iPhone for parts and he pocketed it all. He had the nerve to lastly say that he keeps all his unclaimed phones in a shoe box at his house and he will TRY and look for it. This dishonest vendor cannot even keep his story straight. All I can say is BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE, YOU WILL GET YOUR PHONE STOLEN FROM THIS GUY!!!! And get this - I told him that common courtesy would be to call the customer and warn the customer that their phone would be "sold" within ten days. He said that he called me, which HE SURELY DID NOT!! I have text and phone call logs to prove that he never called me and to prove that I called him multiple times trying to get a hold of him. My IPhone wasn't working so I decided to take it to a phone repair store and they told that I had to pay $45 for the inspection, and so I did. Two days later I got a call from them saying they couldn't repair my phone and that I should buy a new one. I wanted a second opinion because I couldn't afford to pay for a new IPhone. An also how long would the service take. A young lady took my call and told me. They do service mini iPads and have the part available on hand to fix my mini iPad, The service should take no longer then 2 hrs. And that I can bring it in the next day . And would get it back the same day! Saturday March 1st 2014 Brought my mini iPad in and a young man helped me. I show him my mini iPad with the crack glass turn it on and test it to show him that it was only the glass not the LSD. I made it very clear that I do not want him to service my iPad if I can't not get it back the same day. He assured me that I will get it back with in TWO HRS . Again I told him my concerns, I do want them to keep my mini iPad overnight!!! He reassure me. I hand over my mini iPad to him. I dropped my iPhone 5S and cracked the screen pretty badly. I didn't want to pay Asurion $300 for a replacement so I decided to just have the screen repaired. This place is near my boyfriend's house and most of the reviews were good so I decided to give them a chance. They fixed my screen in about an hour. Upon pickup it looked just like new. However, they obviously messed up some wires or something in my phone because it no longer holds a charge and isn't calibrated correctly. So my phone may say that it has 50% battery life and then shut off and once I put it on the charger it'll turned right back on saying it has 95%. You do sign a waiver that states they aren't responsible for any damage that occurs so there isn't much you can do once they ruin your perfectly functional phone. Think twice before you give this place your business. I'm hoping the iPhone 6S really is gonna be available for preorder next month because I will definitely be purchasing it. In the meantime, I'll just have to deal with what is now a piece of crap iPhone 5S. read more

Zoomlock Wireless is an amazing, beneficial spot for individuals who have broken devices such as phones, iPods, and tablets. I have been assisted at this location two times already and I must say that both times around, the staff was super knowledgeable at what they were engaging in and super friendly. The first time I went into Zoomlock was for my iPhone 5c. The screen was damaged severely and upon entering I was greeted by a nice man. He gave me a quote and proceeded to work on my device. I thought the wait was going to be very long or they were going to send me home and come back on a different day to retrieve my device, however, to my surprise, the wait was very quick. He instructed me to wait in their waiting room which is very nice and clean (trust me, I take note into all the small details), in which I only waited five to ten minutes. My phone was fully repaired as if nothing occurred to it. The price was reasonable as well. My second experience was just like the first. It was a year later and I had damaged my iPhone 6 plus severely just as my previous phone (my problem is that I don't like using phone cases). Again, in a matter of 10-15 minutes, the employees fixed my phone and again, my phone work perfectly. The owners/employees of Zoomlock Wireless are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and have great preparing skills. Great Service and great experience all around. Keep up the great work guys!
