I originally went in to get a repair estimate for the home button and as the guy proceeds to open the screen it leaves a hole on the front screen. He continues to tell me that the speaker flex wire is ripped which was sketchy considering I could hear phone calls and use the front camera prior before I paid a visit. Avoid this shady business. read more

Went there because I read some of the good reviews and it was close to my house. The phone I attempted to repair wasn't cracked or anything, it just stopped working. They had the phone for around 3 weeks and did nothing. Every time I called, it was if they had forgotten I dropped it off. Told me it would be ready on a certain day, I went there, and it still wasn't fixed. After that extremely long time, they give me the phone with no screen. These people don't even follow the hours of operation they post. Go here at your own risk. read more

Originally I was very pleased with the service I received at Zoomlock, I came in a few months back right before closing and they were very accommodating in fixing my phone screen despite several issues we encountered. 5 stars for customer service. However, I noticed just yesterday that my entire lower left side of my screen is lifting off? I can slide my nail under it and it just would peel off if I tried it. I'm really disappointed as it's only been a couple of months. While I get it could have happened from a fall or drop, it seems very unlikely that the entire side would start lifting off from impact. I'm assuming it was an inexpensive replacement screen and now I'll have to replace it again... read more

I took my 11 pro max iphone to Zoomlock wireless, owned and operated by Mohammad Sharif. He, on several occasions, alleged his services were Apple certified and confidently advertised as such. Sharif and his partner, took my phone and completely destroyed it with a low cost Chinese imported screen. Stopped working within 24 hours and completely gave out within 48 hours. Zoomlock wireless voided the warranty as he is not Apple certified and is not using Apple certified products. I am urging anyone considering this location for repairs or purchases to reconsider and avoid it at all costs. They are friendly and seem kind but are deceitful and dishonest to the bone. Save your time, money and energy and go elsewhere. read more

I took my iPhone 8 there and they fixed my screen in ten minutes. I'm taking my boyfriends iPhone XR for new screen for data recovery on my iPad. I think these complaints are from some disgruntled employee or something. I highly recommend Zoomlock. read more

I have brought my phone in several times for various repairs on my iPhone including screen repairs, and camera repairs. This is my go-to location because their prices are reasonable, and they are very fast. Each time I have gone I have gotten my phone back within a couple hours. read more

Had a great experience here. I had two phones that needed repair one with broken front glass and the other with a broken front speaker. The price was very reasonable and had it them repaired the same day. The gentleman was very friendly and was very easy to have a conversation with. The only reason I'm not making this a five star is because I called later in the day to verify the phone were ready to be picked up, but no one answered. I called three times with about at least 10 mins apart. So, I had to drive there to see if they phones where ready. But all in all, definitely going to be going back there with any other phones I might need repaired. read more

My IPhone wasn't working so I decided to take it to a phone repair store and they told that I had to pay $45 for the inspection, and so I did. Two days later I got a call from them saying they couldn't repair my phone and that I should buy a new one. I wanted a second opinion because I couldn't afford to pay for a new IPhone. So took My phone to Zoomlock Wireless and right away they told me what was wrong with it and how much I had to pay. I pick out up the next day and I had a working phone. I am so glad I took the phone to them. All my information and pictures were there. I was so happy I had my phone back. I truly recommend this place to everybody who is having problems with their phones. This guys are awesome!!! read more

Scam fraud (I am not the first ) Stay away beware. Please read my review before taken ur electronic device to Zoomlock! I have taken every step possible to prevent any complications with the owner and the employees but it was unavoidable , the way this business is run is very DISHONEST, do not value their customer . Very MANIPULATIVE OWNER, Do not have any MORALS! SITUATION WARNING BEWARE Mini iPad Cracked glass (fully functional working condition ) On Friday February 28th 2014 contacted Zoomlock to make sure they service Mini iPads , If they have the part available that is needed to fix my iPad glass screen. An also how long would the service take. A young lady took my call and told me. They do service mini iPads and have the part available on hand to fix my mini iPad, The service should take no longer then 2 hrs. And that I can bring it in the next day . And would get it back the same day! Saturday March 1st 2014 Brought my mini iPad in and a young man helped me. I show him my mini iPad with the crack glass turn it on and test it to show him that it was only the glass not the LSD. I made it very clear that I do not want him to service my iPad if I can't not get it back the same day. He assured me that I will get it back with in TWO HRS . Again I told him my concerns, I do want them to keep my mini iPad overnight!!! He reassure me. I hand over my mini iPad to him. When I came back to pick up my mini iPad he told me they are still working on it . I waited for another 20 to 30 min. In walked a man who ask me if I been helped I said yes I'm waiting on my mini iPad! He told me it won't be done today and that I would have to come back and get it on Monday. They got back up and couldn't get to my mini iPad, so I ask for him to return it to me . He refuse to do so, he already open it up and that it would take another 30min to fix it but he's closing for the day so he can't do it! And that he's the owner n it does not matter what the other employee said to me! I explain to him I was from out of town and that this was very unprofessional! He then said we don't open on Sunday but he will make an exception for me, that he will be here on Sunday at 5-7 pm to come and pick it up then! Sunday March 2nd I came to pick up my mini iPad again! He was not there no one was the shop was close . He gave he's word to me I drove there only to be stood up! He knew all along he wouldn't be there but he have no morals does not value anyone time! So I called and also text The numbers from business .The same young lady who I spoked to over the phone called me back n apologize and told me he was not in town and that she do have the key to the business an can't return my mini iPad back and that she would give me a discount and that she will hand delivery it to me! I told her I can't not take their word for it anymore. And that I would take a day from work off and come pick it up again myself on Monday. I do not appreciate what they had just done and how they treated me! The owner Lied to me,manipulate me. I was left with no choice .She told me to come on Monday it was already done serviced and I can pick it up then. So I google zoomlock out came yelp in fact HE done this to others Scam And that he also had another place on oak with the same bad reviews He would take ur electronic n keep it until ur frustrated enough to just give up I hoping to go in today Get my iPad back or I have to file a non emergency police report. Then file and contact the B.B.B I will make this front page so that this won't happen to others. So everyone in our community can beware of this business and the scam and fraud that's going on here. We go to them for help to service or personal property hand them over our trust only to be violated. And left with little dignity Horrible read more

Zoomlock saved my phone! I called all over town to see if anyone was able to repair my cracked LG G2 screen and no one was able to expect Zoomlock!!! I would've given them 5 stars but instead they're getting 4 from me, I was told that it'll take no more than 2 hours to fix my phone...dropped it off at 10:48am and did not pick it up until 3pm!!! read more

These people are liars I drove here from out of town because they said that I can order my screen there and get my phone fixed I came in and did just that they never called me so I continue to call them I eventually found that my phone screen was delivered so a few days later I brought my phone in to be fixed they told me that they installed my phone screen on somebody else's phone and that they couldn't help me I requested to get my money back and ask to speak with the manager for the poor customer service he told me that there is no manager and there is no one else I could talk to and there's no one he could talk to all he kept telling me was that he was sorry but he wasn't able to fix the problem the problem is they're Liars they took my money ordered the screen or not and did nothing for me couldn't even call to tell me that they were a failure useless and Liars be careful they have terrible customer service read more

I have done business with Zoomlock since the day they opened. I have always been extremely satisfied with their repairs and prices. They have always helped me when I needed to learn about my phone and its applications. They are very knowledgeable about anything having to do with a cell phone and have taken the time to show me at no charge. I do know they are very busy and work very hard to repair the phones brought in as quickly as possible, knowing everyone cannot live with their phones. read more

I dropped my iPhone 5S and cracked the screen pretty badly. I didn't want to pay Asurion $300 for a replacement so I decided to just have the screen repaired. This place is near my boyfriend's house and most of the reviews were good so I decided to give them a chance. They fixed my screen in about an hour. Upon pickup it looked just like new. However, they obviously messed up some wires or something in my phone because it no longer holds a charge and isn't calibrated correctly. So my phone may say that it has 50% battery life and then shut off and once I put it on the charger it'll turned right back on saying it has 95%. You do sign a waiver that states they aren't responsible for any damage that occurs so there isn't much you can do once they ruin your perfectly functional phone. Think twice before you give this place your business. I'm hoping the iPhone 6S really is gonna be available for preorder next month because I will definitely be purchasing it. In the meantime, I'll just have to deal with what is now a piece of crap iPhone 5S. read more

BAD SERVICE AND THE GUY SUCKS AT HIS JOB ! read more

Zoomlock Wireless is an amazing, beneficial spot for individuals who have broken devices such as phones, iPods, and tablets. I have been assisted at this location two times already and I must say that both times around, the staff was super knowledgeable at what they were engaging in and super friendly. The first time I went into Zoomlock was for my iPhone 5c. The screen was damaged severely and upon entering I was greeted by a nice man. He gave me a quote and proceeded to work on my device. I thought the wait was going to be very long or they were going to send me home and come back on a different day to retrieve my device, however, to my surprise, the wait was very quick. He instructed me to wait in their waiting room which is very nice and clean (trust me, I take note into all the small details), in which I only waited five to ten minutes. My phone was fully repaired as if nothing occurred to it. The price was reasonable as well. My second experience was just like the first. It was a year later and I had damaged my iPhone 6 plus severely just as my previous phone (my problem is that I don't like using phone cases). Again, in a matter of 10-15 minutes, the employees fixed my phone and again, my phone work perfectly. The owners/employees of Zoomlock Wireless are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and have great preparing skills. Great Service and great experience all around. Keep up the great work guys! If my phone ever breaks again, I'll defiantly be coming to you guys again! read more
