I could of bought a used one for around that price. But who knows what type of condition it would be in. I needed this one repaired because it was repaired back in the day when it was still under warranty with Xbox and I boxed it ( stored away) for years. When I received my phone back, it turned on for about one second and then stopped working completely. I went home, charged it, and tried everything I could, but it would not turn back on. This was especially stressful because I was leaving the next day to fly home by myself, and I was several hours away from home. I ultimately had to get the phone looked at and repaired somewhere else. I was told there was an issue with the phone that was causing it to immediately overheat, which explained why it would not stay on. When I returned to this shop a week later to ask for my money back, the interaction was extremely uncomfortable. I was berated, and I was told I needed to delete my original review in order to receive my money back. I ultimately deleted the review and received some of my money back. I'm sharing this because I think customers should know about my experience before choosing this shop. I understand that repairs can sometimes be complicated and things can go wrong, but I expected the situation to be handled professionally and respectfully.

I had purchased an I-phone 17 as this accident happened right before a trip out of town and needed a phone. Unfortunately, my phone contacts had not all been completely uploaded into the I-Cloud, so I needed to get that old I-phone 11 screen fixed so that the data transfer could occur.
