I can't say enough good things about this place! I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. I was helped immediately, I was given excellent service, and I left super happy! Kelly helped me out and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Any time I need any help that's tech related, computer impressions is where I'll be going! Highly recommend. read more

What a find!! Friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my computer on the spot. I highly recommend this business!

My husband was fixing our television and when he removed the screws on the back of the set, they got stripped. He replaced a part in the TV and checked several local stores for the very small screws he needed to put it all back together, but couldn't find the right size. He looked on the Internet and discovered the size he needed was also used in computer repair so he stopped by Computer Impressions. It was lunchtime, but Kelly helped him anyway. She handed him a box of different size screws and told him he was welcome to look through it to see if he could find the right size. He did, and asked what he owed. She said there was no charge! That's amazing customer service. Thank you so much for your help, Kelly. If we ever need computer repair in the future, we will definitely contact Computer Impressions. read more

This is the BEST computer repair shop I have ever been too. Best customer service as well. Kelly was incredibly helpful and saved me from losing my job as my computer had a problem that Best Buy and Geek Squad and other places didn't want to help me with.. Unless I forked out hundreds of dollars. These places didn't even want to answer any of my questions. There are good ppl and services still out here and this place is definitely the spot. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any tiny tech issues and big ones too. Again, thank you Kelly for your amazing service/ help and most of all thank you for CARING. read more

Computer Impressions - Lap top that was fixed - IT Services & Computer Repair Near Me - Lodi, California

First class service! Good advice and an honest approach to our transaction. We are extremely satisfied.

Computer Impressions stole my hard drive. I brought desk top to replace a bad power supply. But, then they told me my hard drive disappeared. It was a "mystery" they told me. Well, I brought it in with a hard drive and it disappeared at CI. Then, the owner Mike called me and acted very officious, cutting me off while I was talking on the phone. I never asked for anything, to be compensated or anything. They can have the dive, I just want the data. Yeah, they stole my hard drive. read more

Kelly with a "Y"... lol Thank you so much for helping me take out the little charging tip thing that broke off and got stuck in the charging port!! I went to Repair All and they were not able to help me. Kelly was so patient and friendly and extremely welcoming. Thank you again! And must I add she's the sweetest!!! read more

I brought my laptop to the shop for a RAM upgrade. Kelly was very pleasant and helpful as was Edward. The work was completed on time and there are no issues. Since the upgrade, I've several emails wanting to be certain all is well. I highly recommend their work. read more

Yes - Yes - Yes. I am blown away by the expertise, attention to detail, knowledge and customer service. Everyone at this business knows what they are doing. Problem solved...problem solved...problem solved. We all have computers (PC's and Laptops) and complicated Tv systems with Blue Ray and Apple boxes all interfacing. These folks are responsive and know their stuff. All I can say is "PHEW" for finding them. Solved 3 issues for me without coming to my house. I came from the Silicon Valley and the service here is way better. read more

If you are looking for a competent and ethical firm, then Computer Impressions is for you! I have been doing business with Computer Impressions for over10 years now and have always been impressed by their knowledge and service. Kelly, Mike, Edward, and everyone there have always been friendly, thoughtful, and given advice in the customer's best interest. I have multiple computers that I need to maintain for my business, and Computer Impressions is the only place I will take them. I can't recommend these people highly enough. read more

I was very impressed. I called about closing time and was given very helpful information even though I didn't require any service. Honestly told me I would be wasting my money if I tried to fix because it would be a band-aid. So she basically talked me out of a fix whereas another shop encouraged me to get the temp fix. Anyway I'll be going back for sure when I get my new computer. read more

I had somehow messed up my computer hard drive. Took it in and met Edward. I asked questions about different things I thought I needed to get for my school computer. He was very honest and told me I didn't need those things and explained to me why. I'm so thankful for that. He came to my home, set everything up for me and my printer. I am now ready for this coming semester. Customer service, they go above and beyond. The price was affordable for me and I am so happy, my computer works like a new one now. Thanks Edward for everything!! I would so recommend computer impressions read more

The keyboard and mousepad on my 2015 macbook pro stopped working one morning at work! I was devastated because I could not use it. I walked into this store the same day and worked with Kelly. Kelly was kind, knowledgable and direct. She told me the possibilities that could be wrong and ran a diagnostic test on it. I heard back from her the next day! To our surprise, my keyboard and mousepad started to work on its own. But Kelly gave me suggestions and created a plan B to come back if my laptop acted up again. I will definitely be coming here in the future for any laptop needs! read more

I've brought several computers here for various issues. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait more than a day for a diagnosis. Also, prices are pretty reasonable. read more

I took my computer to Computer Impressions to see if it was worthy of warranty work or should be replaced. They did a free diagnostic test and determined the motherboard and CPU were dead. Their diagnostic was fast- I dropped my tower off in late afternoon and got the news the next day. My interactions with Computer Impressions are limited because I only had the diagnostic, but so far I trust them to be up front and reliable. Recommended. read more

Rarely do I leave Yelp reviews, but this company's customer service and skill has converted me to a life long customer. They fixed my computer when they said they were going to and did it at the price discussed. They were informative on the issues going on with my laptop and handled every problem I brought up. Owner/partner emailed me close to 30 days and 90 days out after the repair to follow up and make sure my laptop was running smoothly. Great company! read more

Excellent place to bring your sick laptop or desktop. Highly qualified staff and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

I brought in my MacBook Air, four years old, because it had stopped working. Kelly and the technicians did everything they could to try to figure out what was wrong with my laptop and ultimately determined it was unfixable. They were nice enough not to charge me knowing that I would need to buy another laptop, so that was at least a silver lining with some sad news. Any issues I have with future electronics I am bringing here!!!!!! read more

i never give 5 stars but i recently use these guys again and they are still top notch! Thanks kelly for your professionalism and courterious attention! read more

I was recommended this repair shop by a close friend. So I made the trip from sac to Lodi and it was well worth the extra distance. Great customer service and a fast turn around. Prices were also very reasonable and the workers were genuinely interested in helping me to solve my computer problem. Overall experience/service I would rate a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend to anyone needing computer repair. Thanks, Chris Smalls read more

I had an issue with my laptop that I could not resolve on my own so I called Kelly at Computer Impressions late in the afternoon. She said bring it in after 10 in the morning and she would take a look at it. When it became apparent that it was not going to be a "quick fix" I left it there. She called me at 1:30 and said the problem was resolved. She cleaned it, got rid of a few viruses and my laptop is performing flawlessly. Highly recommend this business. read more

After talking with this woman on the phone yesterday Dec 1st telling her what I needed, she told me YES she could recover my letter that was hacked and deleted from my computer, to come in tomorrow Dec 2nd @ 10. So I come in she acts like she doesn't remember our conversation proceeds to tell me that she wouldn't be able to recover my deleted letter, that she will make sure there are no threats and will run security. Wow! Maybe someone needs some Focus Factor. Because we had a long convo on the phone, plus I wouldn't have wasted my time driving in only to here her say this! I can run my own security. Edgar from Santa Cruz is either telling stories here on Yelp or he has the wrong company And these people do not wear masks It's important to me! read more

Over the weekend I lost access to my email. My password was no longer recognized and I was not able to reset the password. This meant I was no longer able to receive or send emails. That Monday I phoned Computer Impressions and spoke on the phone to a very personable employee by the name of Kelley. She told me to bring my IPad in Monday afternoon and she would look at it for me. I arrived that afternoon and met with Kelley. She was pleasant and accommodating. Within 40 minutes my email was up and running again. The fee was reasonable and the service is excellent. If I ever have any other computer related issues I would not hesitate to use this company again. I even received an email from Brandt one of the owners following up and making sure I was having no further issues. read more

This was the first time I had an issue with my desktop PC that I couldn't fix myself. Looked for a local repair shop and tried Computer Impressions. What a great little shop, they checked my PC, recovered my files from by back ups, and even made a flash drive for me so I could continue keeping my records straight while the PC was being repaired and updated. The work was timely, efficient and perfect. Edward was a great help in the beginning, then Kelly took over and she was fabulous. Such a great staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone having computer issues. It's great to have a place that not only does great work for a reasonable price, but they're trustworthy and dependable as well. read more

I have not had the unfortunate experience of having my laptop or desktop computers fail on me but when I do Computer Impressions will be the place I will seek to get assistance. The staff is very knowledgeable with computer software and hardware. Brandt and Mike are two young professionals who have established a fine business that services throughout Lodi and the surrounding area. Kelly is also a technician who happened to have been a past customer. She became so intrigued with fixing computers after hers was repaired that she joined the team. So if you're looking for fast, friendly, affordable and knowledgeable people to diagnose and repair your computer or laptop go visit Computer Impressions! read more

Worked with Rodney but mostly Edward. Everything you've read that is good about these guys is 100% true. Work performed: set up my new laptop in their shop and then came to my house to set up my new printer and also connected my laptop, iPad and cell phone, allowing me to print from all my devices. Edward was great. I think the cost for these services was very reasonable/ And, got an email from one of the company owners this morning as a follow-up to see how everything went. Highly recommend. read more

We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of this business. Kelly, in particular, goes above and beyond to help every customer feel that their needs are important. But, clearly, everyone at this business is top notch and can handle any computer issue that arises. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more

This was the best, most responsive customer service that I have experienced in many years! Our business computer was compromised and Kelly started us off by being understanding and supportive. The entire process from assisting with selecting a new computer (it was time - so this was a good opportunity to move forward) to uploading and checking all software to in-home set-up was easy and well done. Every person listened fully to what we needed and went out of their way to make sure we were up and operating fully. They followed up without prompting, and repeatedly reminded us of their 30 day warranty period. Bottom line - these people are the best, and I would endorse them without hesitation!! read more

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We had bought a new laptop and needed information transferred to it from our old one. They did that very efficiently at their office. Then we had one of the techs come to our home to set everything up. Mike was great. He was able to circumvent a Wi-fi connection problem with our printer by connecting it to the new laptop (our computer skills are limited ), saved us having to buy a new printer. We interfaced with Kelly at the office and Mike in the field. Work was done on time and costs were reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

Could not be more satisfied. Everyone we associated with was a delight to work with. My highest recommendation!

First off, Anthony Partida recently helped me find my lost Key Code for an old version of Microsoft Office 2010 and reinstalled it on my laptop so that I could resume my work again. I couldn't use anything other than Office 2010 due to my dependence upon a discontinued PIM add-on that was not updated for Office 2016 or 365 Home. Not only did he find the key code but was able to re-install my pro-plus enterprise edition in the 64 bit version rather than the outdated 32 bit version. Plus, he gave me all sorts of opinions on matters of tech and answered questions I had - at no charge. He even attempted to do the fix on the spot when I brought it in and I believe he wouldn't have charged me anything had he not had to put it on the work-bench. Two-total thumbs up for Anthony. If I could afford Computer Impressions prices, I would take all my work there (I HATE spending my own time doing my own tech - trust me, there are other things I'd rather be doing and that I'm better at!) I started using Computer Impressions (CI) a few years back and I love the guys that work there, especially Eduardo and now, the newest member of the team, Anthony. The guys were great and I could afford their services - i.e., $29 for a data transfer job, etc.. Sometimes they were a bit too busy (a GOOD sign) to meet deadlines they'd made if they ran into something unexpected during the repairs but nothing deal-breaking that doesn't happen in all industries (think auto repairs, dentists, etc.). Unfortunately, their prices began to increase while the costs of computers began to rapidly decrease and I got to the point that I couldn't justify the costs of service ($$$$ / hourly shop time). Instead I just started buying a new computer when mine got too bad for me to do my own amateur IT on it. I think Computer Impressions is really good for people who aren't on a budget or fixed income and even more so for businesses and enterprises. For us seniors and mere mortals with lowly incomes, though, they are often out of reach due to their costs. Still, I'm a fan especially thanks to Ed and Anthony. I trust them with my tech work and would recommend them to anyone who can afford to have someone else work on their computer. These guys know their stuff. read more
