Out of all home IT service providers in the Elk Grove area, hyperSven was the only one that got back to me within a reasonable time frame (less than 3 hours). All the others either replied/called back 7+ hours later - in fact, a few of them never returned my call or replied to messages. Sven was super easy to work with. Super knowledgeable - he started to breakdown my problem and work it step by step. My internet had gone out randomly and Xfinity said my internet was working. Sven diagnosed it to my wifi router and tried multiple ways to get things to work. Ultimately, he helped execute a full network setup which solved the problem. Sven is awesome. My son's laptop needed a specialist. My generic knowledge couldn't get the job done. I took it to him in the afternoon and he emailed me later the same day and told me it was ready and I could pick it up the next day. I recently had a problem with my computer and was hoping to find a reliable place to get it repaired here in Galt. I was fortunate to find Sven and to read his many positive reviews on Yelp. I called his number, explained the issue & he suggested a few steps that might fix the issue without having to take it in. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a solution, so I took it in for repair. He responded the next day letting me know it was ready to be picked up. He explained what had caused it to crash, which he repaired & he also ran updates that were necessary to keep it running smoothly. I can't say enough how professional and knowledgeable Sven is. I had so many problems plaguing me and my computer(s). He listened to the issues I had, assessed the problems and quickly went to work. It was pretty impressive to watch him navigate around the computer fixing problems, improving functions and finding ways to make my computer efficient. I would have been happy just to have it returned to normal, but he improved many features that I didn't even realize could be improved as well as getting my "regular" stuff working again. (Absolutely nothing was working anymore: my printer, my e-mail, my proprietary software for work, I couldn't access my documents and pictures; I was so frustrated!)
