My firm has been using Netwizards as our exclusive server for over 20 years. The format is user friendly and allows for all of the regular tasks. Especially important for us is their customer support. If I have a question I make one phone call which is usually answered in a ring or two, and if a call back is required, they call back in less that a half hour with a friendly and professional response.
