I was feeling nostalgic. So I decided to get my 360 out of storage. I got everything ready then…read morebing bam boom. My OG White Xbox 360 disc tray stopped working. I did a quick Google search and found some parts on eBay. I tried to do the repair myself. But it didn't go the way I planned. It be like that sometimes. So then I did another Google search and found this place. Before I made a decision to come here I was doing more research to see if there's other places . But locally I found just one other. So then I made a decision to come here. When I arrived I was told systems repair would be two weeks. Plus I had to drop $50 just for them to diagnose it. And if I decided to get the repair the $50 will go into it. 2 weeks later I got a call to come and get your Xbox. Dropped another $70 and left a happy camper. You might say $120? I could of bought a used one for around that price. But who knows what type of condition it would be in. I needed this one repaired because it was repaired back in the day when it was still under warranty with Xbox and I boxed it ( stored away) for years. I had another Xbox 360 Slim that I did bring in right after, but the guys gave me a solid and told me that it was unrepairable. I didn't have to pay the $50 bucks to look at it. This place rocks A plus here.

He was knowledgeable and helpful. He stated my phone would be ready in two hours or less. It was ready in a hour and a half. Different customer service representative helped me when I returned for my phone. He was kind and helpful, didn't catch his name either unfortunately. The value was awesome as it was free due to my Verizon Device Protection plan. Other places I called quoted me between $329 and $379 for this same repair! Highly recommend this place to get your screen repaired. They have a van to provide mobile service too!

Great experience at the Staples on Kettleman in Lodi. I came in for document lamination and Nancy…read morehelped me right away with a warm smile. She was very knowledgeable and even explained that some documents become invalid if laminated -- something I didn't know before. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. While waiting, Jamie noticed me at the register and immediately asked if I had been helped. Both employees were attentive and efficient. It's refreshing to see such great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back! If you'd like, I can also help you create an even stronger "Elite-style Yelp review" that tends to get many "Useful" votes.

I normally have good things to say about this Staples location, but the service in the balloon…read moredepartment today was honestly awful. I placed my order the day before and specifically asked if the balloons could be ready at a certain time because I was on a time crunch. I was told yes. So why agree to a pickup time if you're not going to have the order ready? Apparently, there is a serious lack of communication between employees at this store. What really irritated me was the employee working today telling me that they "don't normally do much when they first open in the morning." I'm sorry, but that's incredibly unprofessional and not really an excuse--especially when there were plenty of employees standing around. If a customer places an order ahead of time and your store commits to having it ready at a specific time, someone should make sure it gets done. I understand being busy. I understand things coming up. But this wasn't a last-minute order. It was ordered the day before, the pickup time was discussed and agreed upon, and I planned around that time. If you can't guarantee a pickup time, then don't tell the customer that you can. The lack of communication and the dismissive response made an already frustrating situation even worse. Very disappointing, especially because I've normally had good experiences at this location.
