Different customer service representative helped me when I returned for my phone. He was kind and helpful, didn't catch his name either unfortunately. The value was awesome as it was free due to my Verizon Device Protection plan. Other places I called quoted me between $329 and $379 for this same repair! So why agree to a pickup time if you're not going to have the order ready? Apparently, there is a serious lack of communication between employees at this store. What really irritated me was the employee working today telling me that they "don't normally do much when they first open in the morning." I'm sorry, but that's incredibly unprofessional and not really an excuse--especially when there were plenty of employees standing around. If a customer places an order ahead of time and your store commits to having it ready at a specific time, someone should make sure it gets done. I understand being busy. I understand things coming up. But this wasn't a last-minute order. It was ordered the day before, the pickup time was discussed and agreed upon, and I planned around that time. If you can't guarantee a pickup time, then don't tell the customer that you can. The lack of communication and the dismissive response made an already frustrating situation even worse. Very disappointing, especially because I've normally had good experiences at this location.
