I've been buying batteries of all sort from this company for a longtime. I have multiple off road…read moreatv's for the property use and enjoyment. I needed another battery for one of the quads. I had purchased the current one needing replacing in 2021. I went on line to there site and entered the model type of the battery. The page popped up with the price and limited stock, so I printed it up and gave them a call. I told the associate that I had seen it online and verified the price and asked if they had one in stock. After a moment he came back I said he had one. I told him I'd be down in about 30 min. to get it. After arriving the battery had been filled and tested for voltage and checked out. After he rung it up the price was $72.99 I showed him the print out and it had $57.99 He said that was for internet only. After returning home I pulled it up and at the top is a little banner that states that. So $80.48 for the battery and a drive to Stockton wasn't worth it. Loyalty to some businesses don't mean squat to some anymore. Needless to say it will be the last battery I buy from them so enjoy the xtra $15.00 you squeezed me for. Another 20+ years of me buying batteries for all our equipment will far exceed what you made today. Terrible customer service!

They just shrugged and said they only have a one year warranty, blaming the RV or his charger. If he felt they were working with him at all to give him a discount on a new one or partial credit towards better batteries he would have been ok with it but their indifference made him so upset he asked me to leave a review on his behalf. Around 1:30 PM, I called the store and spoke with Ian to verify if the required phone screen was in stock before filing a claim through T-Mobile and driving from Tracy to Stockton. Ian confirmed the screen was available and stated that if I filed the claim and arrived by 5:00 PM, he would be able to repair it. I arrived at the store at 4:40 PM. Although Ian acknowledged our earlier conversation, he stated he could not find an appointment. When I provided my claim number, he refused to accept it. Because my screen was completely black, I asked to use the store phone to contact the insurance company, but Ian refused, stating he did not know how long the call would take. I returned to my car, then went back inside to offer to pay $160.00 in cash instead. Ian then refused service again, stating he was currently working on another phone, despite standing at the counter doing nothing both times I entered the store. Due to this treatment, I no longer trusted the store with my device. I drove back to Tracy and had to reschedule the repair at the Pleasant Hill location. This was the worst customer service experience I have encountered, it would be honorable to have this matter addressed and take it as an Opportunity for teaching CUSTOMER SERVICE Skills.

Once inventory was verified, I completed my purchase online their website for store pick-up. I found an online coupon code that worked for my purchase. I visited on a Friday around 11 and there was only one other customer in the store. The employee still took the time to greet me and told me he would be with me shortly. The employee completed the checkout process that took no longer than a few minutes. He carried both batteries for me and loaded them in the vehicle. The store is on the smaller side but it's packed with just about everything battery related you would need. My experience was positive and I would visit again.

When inside and speaking with the staff, you begin to feel like they are annoyed of you being there. Customer service is lacking and evident. I had a simple request to ask if they had any tire chains in stock and it resulted in an attitude from 2 male employees from what I assume was because they didn't want to check their inventory in the back. All in all, after them not wanting to look up my car in their system or assist in getting the right ones, I felt they could have handled the conversation piece in a better manner. This review is for Joey…read more I my car died this morning. I knew it had to be the battery. I arrived at the Pacific Ave location and Joey was quick to help! He first checked my battery to see if that was even the issue, and it was dead dead! In less than 20 minutes, Joey checked my battery, found the right battery for my car, rang me up and installed it! He was friendly and informative. I asked a few questions (which I know can be annoying) but he answered with a smile and explained in a way I could understand. Such a pleasant experience. People like Joey are hard to come across nowadays. So thank you again Joey, you're superior customer service turned what was a stressful day into a much better day.

I…read morelooked on Yelp to find the closest location for an auto parts store and this store is what came up. One of my headlights was out and I had a light out that shines on my back license plate. When I walked into the store I asked if one of the employees who were sitting behind the counter would be able to help me replace my headlight on the driver side. They looked at each other and one asked the other if they were allowed to do that and he was told it was completely up to him, his choice. Thank goodness one of the employees was happy to help me. I believe his name is Carlos. I should've asked for his name because I definitely want to acknowledge the great customer service he showed me. I looked on my receipt and that's the name it stated on my receipt. He was very friendly and went above and beyond with helping me because the light over my license plate was difficult to get to but he was able to do it once he got a tool that was needed. Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service. If only everyone was so great when it came to situations like this.
