    My church refrigerator died. We needed to find one ASAP. Found refrigerator that was bigger and better than the one we had. The owner Dale was very accommodating. The refrigerator was like new. Dale was so nice and went above and beyond to deliver the frig during memorial Day weekend..

I called and spoke with a pleasant young lady who told me that they would need to order the microwave and it would take a while to come in. I said,"No problem." I drove to Lodi, walked into the show room , and was immediately met by one of the rudest saleswoman I have ever encountered. Told me that she couldn't help me and that I should go to Lowe's or Home Depot to purchase. I explained that I had the dimensions and was willing to pay for shipping and installation. She repeated that Ben's couldn't help me. Honestly, I was flabbergasted- I've never encountered such a rude "saleswoman." I thought the whole idea of a "sales" job was to sell your products. I left and went to another appliance store.

    This past month I have been searching for a Jennair 48" Gas Range throughout the entire CA and NV…read moreand in speaking with John @ Ben's Wholesale Appliance in Sales he said I have one on the floor in stock and will check with our management if we can move it since it's been on the floor for a while. After a day or so, I reached back out and instead of them playing the supply & demand game with recent COVID situation and overall shortages they decided to ensure I was cooking for the holidays. Many thanks to both the management (John) and sales team (John & Sarah) for making my family happy. I'm looking forward to the delivery and highly recommend Ben's Appliance!

Replaced our "craft" ice maker, showed us how to turn it on & off and explained the trouble we were having and set clear expectations moving forward. ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL. FIRST AMERICAN WARRANTY....NOT SO MUCH. initially they assigned us another appliance repair company (their name escapes me at this time) and when I did just 20 min of research found out on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUs website that they were "COMPLETELY ROTTEN". Those were the exact words they used in describing that company. I had to DEMAND to speak with a manager before FAW assigned me someone else. Peter from Appliance Worx arrived, listened to us, diagnosed the problem and amazingly had the replacement "CRAFT ICE MAKER" on his truck. Replaced it.....and the whole visit took maybe 40 min. Moral of the story/review.....Appliance Worx is great. Dont let your home warranty ppl give you "crappy" service ppl.

They changed the appt and I went to work late for the reschedule later in the day, then they called out completely after asking me, a single 60 yr old woman to pull out fridge and unplug it so they could do the repairs. Then send me a text cancelling all together with no other appointment offered. I called them. They said the soonest is in 3 days. So my meds and food go bad. I asked isn't there another rep, they said not in my area Roseville. If you are in Roseville don't go to this company. I am working with my warranty to get this changed. We all understand ER appts but rather weird since I was rescheduled already. Just poor way to run an appliance repair. No parts, no other people. And hang up on me. Never use this company
