Bought a dryer a few years ago , reasonable , had an issue but was solved immmediately and with a smile ! I recommend them often

Great service and price for a washer dryer my daughter was moving to Lodi from Kansas and needed something right away and he was there within an hour or two and it only cost 400 bucks for a washer and dryer. They're older and they don't look so great but they work well and that's the important thing so we're real happy with the service and I'd recommend them read more

Complete Appliance Service to the rescue! So glad to have this great local business. Our sons friend overloaded the washing machine the other day and we could not get it to agitate or drain. My wife had to pump out all the water by hand and wring out his clothes. Next thing I know she has the washer pulled apart trying to watch youtube videos to figure it out. There is no way we could afford to replace it right now and she was stressed but she took the capacitor to a parts shop the following day because she was sure she had ruled out everything but the capacitor or the motor being the problem. The shop checked the capacitor and told her it was working fine, then offered to sell her a used motor for $175. She came home defeated and started searching ebay for a used motor she could afford but realized it could take weeks to get delivered and she couldn't even be a hundred percent certain that was the problem. When I told her it would be best to just buy a used machine in working condition she knew who to call right away. She said she would never buy from anyone besides Complete Appliance Service. She bought from them in the past and said they were honest and helpful and fair. She called this morning about looking at some refurbished washers and the owner said he would come by our home and take a look. He came back later in the afternoon with a capacitor, a motor, and even had a washing machine on his truck just in case. Needless to say he had our old machine working in minutes! Turns out the capacitor was the problem after all and he only charged us $60 for everything; time, service and parts. I cannot believe it. Where else are you going to get service like that these days? This company is amazing and my wife could not be more relieved. Thank you Complete Appliance Service!!! read more

Dale is awesome, he came promptly, he explained everything and showed us the issue, he's very fairly priced, and not to mention very polite! 10/10 service would definitely recommend. read more

Needed my ice valve looked at and after calling Complete appliance, Dale said he had time and came right over. Currently on site diagnosing our problem. Awesome gentleman and diligent at his trade to correct the problem. Give Dale the call for service. Turns out it was not the valve. The module was failing and needed replacing and Dale had a part handy . Thanks Dale for fixing my problem read more

Sold us a used washer that leaks and has mold in it. Owner said he would help fix problems but kept giving us the run around. He kept telling us he hasn't made time to do that. It's been more than 3 months now. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Dale (the owner). Dale went above and beyond. I was looking for a specific brand and color to match the rest of my kitchen and didn't quite have it when I inquired but he went above and beyond and was able to locate our oven for us. He provided outstanding customer service and he even made sure we saw that the appliance was fully functional before we purchased. I appreciate this level of service! I will be recommending Dale and his business to family and friends! read more

So I called this guy last week and told him what I was looking for he said he didn't have any fridges due to covid-19. He said he would text me some pics of what he had (never did) no big deal we all get busy! Fast forward today - I text him today asking for an update on fridges he replied said what he had and I replied "thank you he has the audacity to call me and said to please not respond with hearts bc his wife doesn't like it and he's supposed to block anyone that sends hearts. IM SORRY WHAT?! He continues to say he knows the hearts wasn't in response to him but to the fridge. They sound like a bunch of drama. He's whooped and his wife is insecure AF. I was here to buy a fridge not text a married man that I'd never seen IN MY LIFE about anything else but a fridge. idk who you are or what you even look like! Both of you GET OVER YOURSELF. Sorry for saying thank you next time I say thank you with the flip off emoji maybe that will make your wife secure read more

Complete Appliance Service - Dale the dork - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Lodi, California

We bought several appliances from Dale over the years and a few months ago we bought a refrigerator from him. The fridge had temperature issues from the beginning that we informed him of and he never would come out to check and eventually shut off all communication with us. We were forced to buy a new fridge (definitely not from him). Beware please! read more

I bought a vintage Maytag washer from them when my practically new Maytag washer(5 years snd 3 months old)died. In case you were not aware, the average life expectancy of a new washer is 2-5 years and the parts are very expensive making repair a poor option. In fact my repair man suggested I buy a vintage machine with no electronics only mechanical as they are durable and easily and affordable repaired. He recommended this place as a good place to find a washer that would be affordable and durable. Also their service was good he said. All of this was true. For $180 I got a machine that works incredibly well snd looks like new. He delivered the machine I purchased and hooked it up as well as taking my previous washer. He was very pleasant and very timely as well as being very honest. I would recommend buying from them and would do so again myself if I need an appliance. I only wish I had known about him sooner as I just replaced my dryer with a brand new Maytag from Costco only two weeks before the washer needed to be replaced. read more

So we live in a rental & our washer had stopped spinning. I bought a replacement part & tried to do it ourselves but still wasn't working. So we started looking around for a new one. Ended up buying a similar washer from Dale back in Aug of last year. Was working fine until last week stopped working mid wash & would not drain. We really didn't want to buy a new washer just yet so I called Dale & asked if he could take a look at it. Now we don't live in the area that Dale services but we had to get my mother in laws truck & she lives in the same town as where his business is. So we didn't mind bringing it back out that way. But I had to wait a week until we could go get the truck. I thought we would have to leave the washer but he ended up fixing it right when we got out there! It was a quick fix & very reasonable in price! HUGE thank you to Dale!!! Now time to get all this wash done! read more

8 years ago, yes EIGHT, I moved into a new place and with the expense of it all found myself broke and needing a washer and dryer. I went to Sears, Lowes, Home Depot and another small local place and I just could not afford anything they had to offer. Then I found Complete Appliance Service. I was able to afford an older, used, refurbished washer and dryer that weren't a "set" but they both worked and that was what I needed. They also delivered and installed them for me at no extra charge! I was so happy. About a month ago, I started having to do 2 cycles for each load in the dryer to get my clothes dry but that doesn't even really bother me, because I have gotten MORE than my monies worth out of this set. Fast-forward to last night and my washer wouldn't drain. I tried everything I could but finally had to wring out the clothes and scoop as much water out as possible so that I could pull the washer out from the wall and get it drained all the way. I checked all the hoses and couldn't find a blockage and that is the extent of my washing machine knowledge. I didn't know what else to do, but I remembered that when they delivered the appliances originally Complete Appliance Service told me that if I ever had a problem to contact them and they could do a repair or get me another one if anything ever went wrong. I called this morning around 10:30 and a repair person was here by 12:30. He was here for less than 45 minutes and he only charged me $40 for the service! I cannot imagine ever using another appliance business; not that I need one very often with the quality work they do. I highly recommend them for fast, helpful, affordable service! read more

Anytime we have an issue with any appliance we call Complete Appliance. We have had nothing but good things to say about them! We've recommended at least 5 people to them and ALL were impressed with Dale's service and how nice and helpful he is. Will continue to recommend them! read more

This place has the best deals around and gets the appliances to you very quickly. We purchased a refrigerator here 3.5 years ago for under $200 and just now decided to find something a little better. We found an almost new fridge for $300 and were able to trade in our old fridge for a little money back. They delivered the new fridge the next day (even switched which side the doors opened up for us) and carried away our old fridge. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a used appliance that still has good quality and is very affordable! read more

Dale is completely unprofessional and does not understand that being direct is not being a dick. He is unwilling to work with me after selling me a faulty washer. Seems to be ethically challenged as well. read more

I made a call late in the afternoon and Dale was able to get me a washing machine at a great price delivered that evening. Installation and setup as well as removal of the old machine only took 25 minutes! I am so impressed by the deal and service I received. Will definitely be using him again! read more

I have had Dale repair several appliances for our home and business. He is such a nice guy to work with! I would happily recommend him to anyone. When I have passed his name to friends and family In the past I received positive feedback from them. Best of all! Great prices! read more

We have been by this place 2x in the past week looking for appliances to change out our old white ones. The Owner Dale has been very helpful in looking for the highest quality appliance for our home. He also came by today to check out our appliances. He spent about 30 minutes while here, calling around to find us exactly what we need. Long story short, he bought our stove, and found and will install the appliances we were looking for. He even took out our old stove today so it was not cluttering up our home. Dale is great to do business with, and will take the time to find you exactly what you want/need. read more

The actual location is a bit small, but I've purchased a washer and dryer that I've now used for over a year about every other day, and still work fine even after moving from my apartment to a 4 bedroom home. Since moving I also purchased a refrigerator from Complete Appliance Service and they were prompt with the delivery and easy on the pocketbook. The fridge has been great, just a bit of cosmetic damage on the sides which I was made fully aware of before purchasing. You can't even tell while it's installed in its nook. The owner is a real gentleman - I would definitely purchase another appliance from here in the future! read more

Dale is awesome. A great guy and gives excellent service. He is a hard worker and has been a great resource for us!

I bought 2 stackable washer/dryer units for my apartment building. BOTH of them broke down within 3-4 months. I called Dale and he let me know they only had a 30-day warranty. I did not experience any rudeness as others have mentioned and Dale was always friendly and professional. But, given that both units broke down within 3 months of buying them and I now have to go out and find new ones, I have to go with one star. read more

We needed appliances quick, as we just moved into a new home, and complete appliance was right there in our time of need. We bought a fridge for both inside and garage, a range, and washer dryer. He was quick to respond, and to deliver the goods. The washer and dryer didnt work out, but he took them back and refunded our $$ with no issues. He's a great guy and a great businessman. I HIGHLY recommend his business. read more

I am happy to have hired Dave to repair my refrigerator & freezer. He was swift in his analysis and when the repair was done, everything worked perfectly. I am elderly and was pleased that he didn't talk down to me. I was treated respectfully. read more

We have known Dale and his family or several years, but only recently realized how wonderful his service is. Our old fridge broke down, we called Dale and that same day we had a new fridge installed (cheap) and we didn't even lose any food, it did force us to clean out our old stuff, but that was overdue anyway. We're in Rancho Cordova - a couple of hours away from Lodi. I was searching Craigslist for a Miele Dishwasher to replace our old Samsung one that had just died. We love the Miele brand, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Complete Appliance actually had a used one that was in great condition. I called to find out if they deliver to the Sacramento area, expecting them to say No, but the owner surprised me with how accommodating he was. He told me all about the dishwasher and the state of it, coordinated delivery and install with an independent contractor that he works with (at a very reasonable price by the way), and had his staff at the store call to take my payment over the phone. I never had to leave my home, and best of all the dishwasher works wonderfully and, even though it's a Miele, it was still less than I would have paid for a new dishwasher from an inferior brand. read more

We have done business for Dale for awhile. He has always been kind and trustworthy. Yesterday (Friday) our dryer was not working and I called him for a repair. We bought this dryer from him months ago. We were aware it wasn't guaranteed any longer. He said he would be in our area around 3:30. A little past 3:30 he sent a text saying he was too busy to come and apologized. I texted back stating that I had piles of laundry. If I had known sooner, I would have called another service. He texted back asking if I didn't accept his apology. I wrote "fine". His response "Please don't bother me again. Take fine and shove it'! I found this very unprofessional and will no longer do business with him! read more

Dale is as honest as the sun is bright. From now on I will only buy my appliances from Complete Appliance. Bought a used washer and dryer in excellent shape and Dale not only delivered them, he hooked them up and then tested them both to make sure both were working. Don't pay new prices when you can get good as new at used prices. read more

Going on waiting 3 weeks to have appliances delivered after the delivery man made three appointments and either never showed up or called more than an hour late - who delivers appliances at 8 o'clock at night? Called the store to check the status because the delivery man wouldn't call me back, was spoken to extremely rudely and then hung up on! When I tried to call back they answered the phone and said "quit calling us lady and get the f*** off our phone". Are you kidding me? read more

I have bought several appliances over the years from Dale. Over that time he has been great, up until today's phone call. I had simply asked him a question if he had a part in stock and he blew up with every cus word in the book!! I was appalled!! I had a great relationship with him in the past, but now seems like he is a totally different person. Very unprofessional!! I was just asking a question! Geez!! I will NOT be doing buisness with him again whatsoever. Very sad that he treats customers this way. That is no way to run a business. read more

Great guys great price! Don't expect perfection when buying used appliances. The shop doesn't make the stuff. Be good to them and they will try to help you. It's a hard business to make profit in. I see shop owner help people in need read more

Dale has been helping us the last few weeks with finding quality stainless steel appliances. Today he sent over 2 guys to install our dishwasher, which literally took less than 10 minutes, which included hauling our old one away. I am glad my wife found him on Yelp. read more

Absolutely love Dale! Met him recently due to my sister having to get a washer/dryer last minute. It was very reasonable in price. Since then had him fix my dryer & have referred him to family & friends. He always answers, always willing to come out right away. It's hard to find great customer service these days. Had to call him today cuz now sister is needing a fridge. Of course he answered & is willing to give us a good deal of some he has available. Such a blessing. Thought I'd give kudos to someone who actually really deserves it! God Bless read more

Amazing customer service! Bought a washer and dryer from Dale a few months back. Had an issue with the washer last night and he was at our apartment the next day and had it all fixed!! We greatly appreciate the urgency and amazing customer service :) read more

This week, I purchased a stacked washer/dryer combination from Dale. It seems to be in excellent, practically new, condition, and the price was so reasonable! Not only that, Dale came out the next day, hauled away my old appliance (helping us to drain water from the old washer) and installed the new appliance. He spent a fair amount of time doing all of this, and he also threw in new water hoses and a dryer vent at no extra cost. I am very pleased and would recommend Complete Appliance Service to anyone looking for used appliances. read more

I first called another appliance repair company in Lodi because I was having an issue with my washing machine and they told me they didn't work on Samsung machines to call Sears. I then called this company and asked them if they work on Samsung, he said no, Sears does but tell me what the problem is. He looked it up and said oh you just don't have your water turned on as we had just hooked it up in our new house. Something so simple but he was willing to go out of his way to help me and it wasn't even a problem at all, just something I had overlooked. I will definitely call them again for other services I appreciate that they're willing to make an extra effort to help you out. read more

Best Appliance Store in Lodi! super helpful staff and great prices

I bought a fridge from Dale a couple years ago and lost his number. I called like 3 different stores to try to find him again because he was such a great courteous person to do business with! This time I needed a washer & he, not only delivered it but hauled my old one & a scam washer I just bought. He also helped me hook up the new one. He is very reliable! Thank you sooo much Dale! Much appreciation to you! read more
