    costumer service is fine but expect to be here for at least 30 minutes to an hour. just need more staff

    The downstairs restroom outlets at a property we own suddenly stopped working…read more The bathrooms themselves don't have GFCI outlets, but we tried resetting all the GFCIs we could find in the house with no luck. That's when I started calling around for help. Most places I called were quick to ask what was wrong and immediately quote me a fee just to come out. I was considering one of them until I spoke with Meigs. He was awesome. He told me he offers free quotes over the phone, but he didn't just give me a quote. He actually tried to help me troubleshoot the issue right then and there. He spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me, calmly walking me through step-by-step instructions. He suggested there might be another GFCI hidden somewhere else in the house or even in the garage. The garage hadn't even crossed my mind, but it made sense since the restrooms are closer to that side of the house. Since we don't live at the property, I wasn't there at the time to test it. I told him we'd try it when we were back there later in the week. I must've sounded a little flustered because he kindly said, "When you get there, call me if you need me," offering to walk me through everything again if necessary. Sure enough, when we checked the garage, there it was, a GFCI outlet we hadn't noticed before. We reset it, and everything worked like a charm. There was power again in the restrooms downstairs. Thanks to Meigs, he saved me at least $350 of the visit and solved the issue in 10 minutes over the phone. He absolutely could've skipped the troubleshooting and charged the service fee, but he chose to help instead, and that says a lot about his integrity. Highly recommend. Thank you, Meigs!

    We had an amazing experience using SoundWise AV & Home from my initial meeting with Mr. Rozel to…read morehelp me achieve my seamless clean instillation of 70" mount Wall TV, he suggested the best equipment such as the receiver, AMP, Apple TV in addition to all of my other equipments. He also suggested a nice steel cabinet Rack to keep all my systems clean and organized, I love the WiFi remote one simple remote with configuration to switch from Apple TV, Cable, to video and etc.. he also added our favorite channels. He is just super amazing extremely diligent very professional most importantly to me is his honesty and passionate about taking care of you ensure you are happy. In addition he setup two Nest units in my house, Sonos speakers and ran all the ceiling wires throughout my house with separate control volume switches we have an amazing sound system now including speakers outside. My kids and my wife loves watching movies at home now I don't remember the last time we went to movies. With the super clean setup and crisp sound system move nights every weekend at my house. He took his time to research the best products not only that his email communication to me with the detailed information for me to look at the reviews he was not forcing to purchase a product wanted me to be happy with the end result. Thank you so much Rozel and your team we appreciate it very much for going above and beyond and your continuous support that I continue to call you guys for additional stuff.
