You have immediate diagnostic capability with every network they set up. It told me my laptop had awful signal on WiFi. $16 for a 50' Ethernet at best buy fixed the issue. Call them. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. I really appreciate supporting local and smaller businesses, the reality though was that the actual speed that we received due to living further away in Nevada County was sub par. We ended up upgrading to the most expensive option and still the quality, even when speed tested by Om Soft was quite low and not fast enough. Unfortunately because of our requirement for a higher speed for work, we had to cancel our service and go with Xfinity. We could have left with a good feeling and simply realized that we were too far for great service but what turned things quite sour was the canceling process. You must know that you have to give a 30 days heads up for cancelation. We began discussing cancelation with them and were working out the time as to when Xfinity was going to come out, weeks in advance and then Xfinity was backed logged and could not come out right away..leading us to extend our stay with om soft. When we did switch over and paid in full for the actual service days, we received a bill from Om soft charging us for another billing cycle, in which we did not actually use their service and were at that time, utilizing Xfinity, all documented and for a much higher speed and 39.00 versus 65.00. We have gone back and forth about this for the last year.. One employee will seem very kind and say that it is taken care of...only to receive a letter in the mail stating that this is a notice. Then I called back and finally offered to pay half simply to stop the nonsense...and another employee seems amicable to this arrangement and then another notice is sent. If you do want to give them a go, make sure that you live close by and make sure to give an advance cancellation at least 30 days in advance and I would recommend getting it in writing that you will not have any extra unexpected charges...otherwise it is a nightmare. The people in general seemed kind to an extent..but the stubborness to charge when service was not provided was and has been quite shocking.

The rep gave no effort in looking into this for us at all. After expressing our concerns and questions, he suggested that we call the Verizon customer service because they may be able to help us more. After waiting 30 minutes to speak with a rep over the phone, it was clear as day how the phone rep and the store rep approach the way they work and how they treat their customers. The phone rep was WAY more helpful and took her time to listen to us and helped us address every concern we had. On top of that, she even helped us lower our monthly bill by almost HALF! All in all, the vibe at this entire store was very "I don't want to spend extra effort in helping you" and it's not what we want to experience as loyal customers to the company. I reached out to Allen for assistance, and getting any response or action taken has been extremely frustrating. It took 10 days just for him to come look at the issue. He then decided the entire camera needed to be replaced. After waiting weeks for the replacement, he installed the new camera using the same damaged wiring and the camera still does not work. Since then, I've reached out multiple times trying to get this resolved properly, but I've either been ignored or told that he has "bigger projects" to handle. I repeatedly asked to simply be added to the schedule so the issue could finally be fixed, but there has been no accountability or follow through. Very disappointing experience, especially considering this issue appears to stem from improper installation in the first place.
