Staff were super helpful and assisted me on getting my old iPhone & iPad switched over to a new iPhone & iPad. I had major & unusual technical issues that they fixed and didn't give up till it was all good! They made a very frustrating situation livable and considering all my issues I was very happy with the end result. Came in to upgrade my iPhone 6+ to the iPhone 7+. I usually go to the one at Stoneridge Mall, but wasn't in the mood to deal with crowds so I found this location through Google, which happens to be closer to where I live. Was quickly greeted by Enrique and I couldn't be happier with his customer service skills. The customer service Rep who helped me was so helpful and took the time to understand my situation, even though there wasn't much she could do to help. She still brainstormed various ideas with me regarding getting a new phone, check to see if switching my plan makes sense and all in all make me feel cared for. I have purchase multiple smartphones & I have activated them no problem, but today was different by far because I left the store thinking my phone was activated (as I was told by the rep). Yet when I drive back home in traffic 45 minutes away, I couldn't make a phone call or get on the web. I call the customer service line, and they helped me troubleshoot to find out that the rep didn't activate the phone at all, because they didn't even place in a sim card. This took 30 minutes to figure this out & the customer service contact was nice enough to refund me the $30 service charge that was done in store. My option was to wait for a sim card to be shipped to me (which would take 2 business days & today is a Friday, so it would be 4 days of no phone access) or go back into the store to get this resolved. With no other choice, I drove back to the Dublin, California location (5221 Martinelli Way. Dublin, CA 94568), and this took me 1+ hours in traffic. When I arrive, I see the same rep & I ask if he activated my phone & tested it? The reply I got was "we'll get it working"; which is not a direct answer. After they get the phone working, I explain that I have been with Verizon for some time & I have gone through setting up new phones & this is the 1st time this has ever happened. This 30 minutes process literally took me 3+ hours. No apology & I asked how they will make this right, and their reply was: "You already got the $30 service charged waived". Now, the funny part is I was only granted this because the customer service rep (which I had to call into) felt bad for this store's error & walked me through what they should have done. The part that really left bad taste was that they were trying to make it sound like this is Verizon's new policy. The store manager (Rick) literally said: "Since data is such a private thing, we don't set-up phones for clients". Leaving the data alone makes sense; HOWEVER, activating a phone to work has NOTHING to do with the data. So, basically a mobile carrier who sells phones, does not activate phones??? This is where this Store Manager lost all credibility. I literally ask him the same question again, and he says yes (which a complete lie because my wife just set up her phone at AT&T, and they activated the phone, tested it, and no issues). read more

Yesterday my Dad and I had a great experience with the staff at this new Verizon store in Dublin. Caleb was the best!!! He was extremely patient with both of us. He made sure my Dad understood his new phone before we left...and even helped with a few bugs on my phone. The BEST experience at a phone store ever!! We brought my Mom into the store to upgrade from her very old flip phone to a smartphone and worked with Enrique. Enrique was great - he understood that my Mom is on a fixed income and worked with her to keep her bill reasonable, even finding a discount. He was very patient, very respectful and not condescending to my Mom, who has never used a smartphone before. We had no wait and everyone was very nice and very helpful. Before you read this you need to know that I am complaining about a customer service call I made to the 800 number from Verizon. NOT THIS PARTICULAR STORE I actually never invest the time to write a review, but I just go so angry that I have to let everyone know. I called Verizon customer service to find out what my monthly bill for a family of four (four lines) would cost me as I am paying right now a crazy amount with ATT. First, I was already on hold for a long time just to ask questions in order to BECOME a potential customer (YIKES what will the waiting time be once you are signed up with them). When I asked my question I just got the typical $40 a line answer. Well, that was supposed to be the same with ATT, but once you get your bill it's suddenly double. I asked to get me an example of how much I would ACTUALLY pay including taxes. So, this sales rep transfers me to a person who supposedly can help me better with that. Again, I am on hold for a while when another rep (his attitude showed that he was already done for the day) gave me the same answer to my question. I asked to give me an example of my cost including tax and all. He told me he can't as he doesn't want to tell me one number, and then it's not exactly that amount. I totally understand that so, I asked for just an estimate. After still talking back and forth with not getting anywhere the rep ... now here comes the KICKER... HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Well, I guess I will NEVER be a Verizon customer. Great job sales people!!! read more

Hands down the WORST experience ever!!!!!! The whole experience with this store is AWFUL!!!!!! Young sales guys with little skills and a lot of shady used car salesmen tactics. They are liars and not true to their word. They try to "Over Sell" you and make it seem like your getting a deal. I honestly thought I was buying a guy with a slime bag salesmen. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stopped into this new store in Persimmon Place in Dublin. Great store... Spoke with Miguel who went through all the specs and helped me to make choice between iPhone 6 or 6S. Suggested checking back toward Holidays to see if there were any promotions. As holidays approached sent him a text letting him know I was going to come back in to take advantage of the current promo to double the memory. Walked in and Miguel immediately helped me. They didn't have the size/color in stock so he ordered it and got me out the door in less than 15 minutes with an even better deal than I anticipated. Such a great deal I came back with my son 30 minutes later and Miguel upgraded him I less than 15 minutes. It helped that I had done the research with Miguel weeks before. He was awesome. Great customer service and absolutely knows his business. I will bring ALL my Verizon business to Miguel from this point on. Actually, I was desperately trying to find Rick - the manager helped to set up new phones and introduced suitable phone plan for my family in different locations for the past few years. He was so knowledgeable and extremely patient to provide assistance. He sets a superior standard of personalize customer service. The staff there was so friendly and anxious to help. I needed to pair up my new phone with my old and called this store to see if they could help. A very kind voice asked me to go right over. I was very impressed by the kindness of the people working there. Mark, the assistant manager, spent a lot of time trying to resolve an issue with my new phone. He was super kind and knowledgeable and even when I started feeling uncomfortable because of the time I was taking he kept reassuring me that he was glad to help me and save me a trip to the store. He was professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made dealing with what is often a giant pain so easy and virtually painless.
