With 2 toddlers, I find myself having to buy shoes at least x1 a month and I'm tired of dropping a bill at Stride Right or dealing with poor inventory at the big box stores. Thank god for this place! Parents of toddlers, look no further, Vans outlet is the place for kid shoes. My 1 year old starting walking super young and she's also super small, so those dumb baby moccasin shoes just wouldn't work (they are basically a leather sock). I was on a mission to find hard soled shoes small enough for my little biscuit and Vans delivered! There was a huge rack of tiny toddler size 4/5 for my girl, with lots of cute options. This is the best Van's outlet I've been to. I've been to the outlets in Norwalk and Commerce. They were very well staffed and extremely helpful. The buy one get 1/2 off sale is the best deal for Vans and this outlet has plenty of shoes to choose from. They also had great sales on their accessories such as sunglasses and hats. I spent a little over $100 and walked out with two beanies, two pairs of sunglasses, and four pairs of shoes. I was very pleased with the selection of merchandise and the staff here. We have been at this Vans outlet before and found good deals, but not this time! The kids selection was so small and there was not much in ladies either. Asked if there were anymore kids sizes and was told no. My teenage daughters found shoes they liked and my younger daughter found a pair that was ok. None of them were priced so took them to the register and were told that the ladies shoes were $45 and the kids (plain white, nothing special) were $33!! I said, I thought this was an outlet store. The clerk said that these were the ones that were regular price. We couldn't find any ladies or kids shoes in my girls' sizes that were discounted. We left the store empty handed which was very frustrating after making the drive out there and back in traffic!! read more

I Like vans Shoes! Do you! I originally came here for a certain shoe that vans carry but didn't find it. Clean store always stocked neat with products. The customer service is good, I haven't encounter any problems they always been helpful, from when I walked in. pretty much you need to ask if you dont find a size or style of shoes or clothes, they have a stock room that they may or may not have a style that suits your requirements. This is a awesome store if you want to save some cash for clothes and shoes. I always find clothes and shoes here for myself, kids & including others. This a good store that has a good selection of clothes and accessories for a low price. I had bought 6 pairs of shoes, 2 pair of pants, 2 shirts, all came out 148.87$ I saved half off and still had lots of cash to spare. read more

This is now my favorite shoe store for my son. My son was born with one leg shorter than the other, which means it can be challenging to find the right fit and shoe for his lift. The manager was VERY helpful in making sure we got the right sizes and fit for him. I am very appreciative for the help and grateful. I've been here several times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I bought my son a pair of shoes a month ago and they tore somehow while he was at school. I was furious. I decided I'd call the store to see if there was anything they could do. I didn't keep my receipt either. She told me to bring them and they could exchange them. I was beyond excited about this!!! Not the most helpful staff. We watched 5 employees do some sort of cash register training. Each made eye contact with us and continued about their biz-nass. I never do reviews, but felt like I had to after my experience here! I came in on Thursday night looking for some new Vans. This Vans store is the only one I ever come to thanks to their great deals and prices. When I shop here, I usually see the same familiar staff, but this night I showed up, and was greeted by a guy named Jesus, never seen him here before, but I soon learned he was probably the nicest most down to earth person I have ever met working at this store! He was at the register, but whenever I needed help, I would approach him and he wouldn't hesitate to help me out. I did this various times and I know I kept interrupting him, but not once did he seem bothered, instead he would happily help. He went to the back a few times for me and each time he would bring me what I wanted or some suggestions, which I loved by the way! I have had a couple of decent experiences and some great experiences at this location. Not much in the department of womens shoes, but I am usually shopping for one of my 4 boys ranging from 1 year to 12 years old (who wears a 9 in mens). Last visit I got 2 pairs of kids shoes with the BOGO 50% off promo for $32.61 (it does not ALWAYS apply to shoes, call ahead to verify). And they were cool shoes, not last seasons that you wouldn't want. One time I returned a pair of my sons shoes (they were about 4 months old but gently worn) when the sole became separated from the body of the shoe. No questions asked, the gentlman (night manager on duty) searched until he found the same style, different color, and just handed them over. Nothing less than awesome!
