First off, 3 cheers for Paul, a customer service super star!! With 2 toddlers, I find myself having to buy shoes at least x1 a month and I'm tired of dropping a bill at Stride Right or dealing with poor inventory at the big box stores. Thank god for this place! Parents of toddlers, look no further, Vans outlet is the place for kid shoes. My 1 year old starting walking super young and she's also super small, so those dumb baby moccasin shoes just wouldn't work (they are basically a leather sock). I was on a mission to find hard soled shoes small enough for my little biscuit and Vans delivered! There was a huge rack of tiny toddler size 4/5 for my girl, with lots of cute options. There was a BOGO deal going on the day I was there so I picked up some Vans for my son and husband too, 4 pairs of sweet new kicks for under $75, hizzah! Thanks Paul!! read more

This is the best Van's outlet I've been to. I've been to the outlets in Norwalk and Commerce. They were very well staffed and extremely helpful. The buy one get 1/2 off sale is the best deal for Vans and this outlet has plenty of shoes to choose from. They also had great sales on their accessories such as sunglasses and hats. I spent a little over $100 and walked out with two beanies, two pairs of sunglasses, and four pairs of shoes. I was very pleased with the selection of merchandise and the staff here. I will be back!!! read more

Worst Vans Outlet that I've been into. They really have the worst service. There's some really bad customer service. Can't believe they're a pretty size Outlet and they don't have restrooms for their customers. instead they are sending their customers to Taco Bell. When where been customers of vans not of Taco Bell. I wouldn't recommend no one to step a foot in that store. Had the worst service ever. I wonder if Taco Bell knows that Vans is sending their customers to dirty their restrooms. So enter at your own risk but it's best to look for a better place purchase Vans shoes. read more

We have been at this Vans outlet before and found good deals, but not this time! The kids selection was so small and there was not much in ladies either. Asked if there were anymore kids sizes and was told no. My teenage daughters found shoes they liked and my younger daughter found a pair that was ok. None of them were priced so took them to the register and were told that the ladies shoes were $45 and the kids (plain white, nothing special) were $33!! I said, I thought this was an outlet store. The clerk said that these were the ones that were regular price. We couldn't find any ladies or kids shoes in my girls' sizes that were discounted. We left the store empty handed which was very frustrating after making the drive out there and back in traffic!! read more

GREAT place if you are looking to buy kids shoes. Buy one pair and get one half-off. The selection is pretty good too.

I Like vans Shoes! Do you! I originally came here for a certain shoe that vans carry but didn't find it. Clean store always stocked neat with products. The customer service is good, I haven't encounter any problems they always been helpful, from when I walked in. pretty much you need to ask if you dont find a size or style of shoes or clothes, they have a stock room that they may or may not have a style that suits your requirements. This is a awesome store if you want to save some cash for clothes and shoes. I always find clothes and shoes here for myself, kids & including others. This a good store that has a good selection of clothes and accessories for a low price. I had bought 6 pairs of shoes, 2 pair of pants, 2 shirts, all came out 148.87$ I saved half off and still had lots of cash to spare. read more

This is now my favorite shoe store for my son. My son was born with one leg shorter than the other, which means it can be challenging to find the right fit and shoe for his lift. The manager was VERY helpful in making sure we got the right sizes and fit for him. I am very appreciative for the help and grateful. We will be coming back once he grows out of this pair! :) read more

I was just here today and i had the most perfect customer service from femando. He is super sweet and really fun. He helped me find some shoes for school. When he didn't find the shoe size I wanted he brought back something somewhat the same and I loved it even more. I'm for sure will come back to buy more shoes for school or whatever event I will be needing vans. I was very amazed that the van outlet store had really great customer service! Thank you so much femando!!!:) read more

My first time here and I will be back! The customer service was amazing! Everyone was very helpful and so nice. I have 3 little ones so shopping for myself is usually difficult but the staff interacted and gave stickers to my kids. I found wonderful things to purchase with shoes buy 1 get 2nd 50%off and shirts buy 1 get 1 free! read more

Vans Outlet - All this for under $70! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Orange, California

Woah horrible parking and overwhelming crowds. My anxiety was on overload and it is not in the best area anyways. I will not be returning.

Eff this place. I would give it a zero if I could. It is NOT an outlet. The shoes are the same price as the store just a lot worse selection. read more

I've been here several times and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I bought my son a pair of shoes a month ago and they tore somehow while he was at school. I was furious. I decided I'd call the store to see if there was anything they could do. I didn't keep my receipt either. She told me to bring them and they could exchange them. I was beyond excited about this!!! I wish I'd known this a few months ago as my other sons shoes, the rubber sole separated from the shoe after he got them wet. Oh well. Now I know. :) read more

I love this store. I come every few months to see what new deals they have and I always leave with about 6 pairs for around 110$ which for vans... is incredible! I always get the special designer ones (like the disney collection) and they are super marked down. read more

Store was nice and clean. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Visited here strictly for the Disney x Vans collab as I didn't want to buy retail prices. They did have a couple but still box prices. Maybe a couple more months and I may even be able to catch their BOGO half off 2nd pair... read more

This place was okay but sucked when my 3 year old had a restroom emergency and they wouldn't let him use the employee restroom. Other than that great selection, okay prices. Nothing different though than ross. It's a great deal if you wanna get your kid some shoes. read more

Just discovered this place and I am so glad I did. If you need anything Vans you must come to this place. They have everything and at a price you can actually afford. The staff is really knowledgeable really friendly and really helpful!! I got two pair of shoes for my great grandson and I will be going back for shoes, socks and flannels for my youngest granddaughter. read more

Not the most helpful staff. We watched 5 employees do some sort of cash register training. Each made eye contact with us and continued about their biz-nass. Finally someone did acknowledge us yet we had to remind the guy 3 times that he "offered " to go to the back to look for a shoe for us. ADD at its best. We did find one pair of shoes on our own, they got a sale. Customer service, WHAT?!?! read more

I really wanna give this place a higher review because when I used to come in here I always would find something I would like. Now a days, when I walk in here it seems disorganized and it's always them same stock. The service I had was friendly though, I don't know what everyone else is talking about. read more

Great prices and pretty good selection. On every occasion we have visited this store the customer service has been amazing! The young gentlemen helping us at the register was so helpful in ordering shoes online and the young lady who's usually there is so patient. I love coming to our neighborhood vans store. Come check it out! read more

Had a Great experience as a first time customer at this location. I was greeted by Eric and he answered all my questions. I will definitely come back. I have bought my other Vans shoes at a Mall or another Shoe store and never received any type of deals and service like this. The offers is to buy any shoe and get another shoe for 50%. I'm all about getting a great deal and receiving great service. read more

I never do reviews, but felt like I had to after my experience here! I came in on Thursday night looking for some new Vans. This Vans store is the only one I ever come to thanks to their great deals and prices. When I shop here, I usually see the same familiar staff, but this night I showed up, and was greeted by a guy named Jesus, never seen him here before, but I soon learned he was probably the nicest most down to earth person I have ever met working at this store! He was at the register, but whenever I needed help, I would approach him and he wouldn't hesitate to help me out. I did this various times and I know I kept interrupting him, but not once did he seem bothered, instead he would happily help. He went to the back a few times for me and each time he would bring me what I wanted or some suggestions, which I loved by the way! I ended up leaving the store with a few pairs of Vans and was more than happy with the experience.I'll be coming back for sure! If anything just to meet him again :) read more

The store was kept orderly even tho it was packed with people, the ladies that worked the floor were busy and their efforts made shopping for shoes for my 12 year old daughter much easier and therefore much more enjoyable. Both ladies that helped me during my visit were great. I wouldn't hesitate to come back seeing as how I got two pairs of shoes and two tank tops for $80. read more

Seriously worth the drive.... Buy one get one half off. I do our school shopping and Christmas shopping there. Never disappoints!

This store has a great selection and all pairs are buy 1, get one 1/2 off! I needed to find 4 pairs of shoes for teenagers I adopted for Christmas ( they all had vans on their wish list!). The girl helping me was awesome and even went into the back several times to bring out more sizes and styles for me. I ended up getting 4 pairs of shoes for $70!! Will definitely shop here again! read more

LOVE Vans stores in general and frequently make the 20 minute drive to this outlet store for myself and just about every gift giving occasion. I've never had any complaints regarding the customer service and am always so happy with the selection (especially with accessories and apparel) for buy one get one half off or sometimes even buy one get one free items!
