I had 3 good prevous encounters with this business; but this past weekend, I was shocked by the service I received. I placed an online order Saturday morning (as i had previously done twice), and paid in full with a credit card. The website says most orders filled within 24 hours. I arrived to pick up my order on Sunday (Mother's Day), and was rudely told by the employee that because I didn't pick up my order same day (Saturday), as a matter of store policy, it had been marked as having been picked up anyway. WHAT? If you ask me, that policy is tantamount to theft. Mind you, my 2 prior transactions were picked 1-2 days later with no problems. I started to explain that because i didn't receive the product I had paid for, they needed to either produce it or refund my money. The clerk repeatedly cut me off with statements that he didn't have to tolerate my attitude. Eventually, he found a comparable product in the back and gave it to me. I was not rude at all, but the clerk became flustered and ordered me to leave. Needless to say, I will not patronize that business again, and I wish to forewarn all Yelpers of Puffin's ludicrous and larcenous policy. I suspect that is not their policy at all, but just a misguided, unprofessional employee's practice. Still, they won't get my business if he is still employed there. read more

Really really disappointed. I just left the store with huge dissatisfaction. I purchased a battery that I needed for my cartridges. And I paid for it. I tried fitting my cartridge into the battery. And I didn't like the way it felt. It felt so small. And it felt really loose. I didn't like it. I went back to the store literally after 2 min after purchasing the battery. In hope I can exchange it for a bigger one. I mean I spent $30 on this. I would've paid the extra $5 for the difference. But the guy wasn't accepting the return. I'm really upset. I'm never coming here ever again. Bad business. Keep your customers happy. read more

I came into this shop after working out at the Planet Fitness which is located in the same shopping center to pick up a disposable. I was immediately greeted by the nice young men that were running the place- they were very welcoming, kind and helpful. I had always been curious about this place because it seemed like they had a lot going on inside and my assumptions were correct. Aside from carrying products your average vape/smoke shop would carry, they also have a variety of clothing, shoes, skateboards and other offerings for sale. I opted for a Red Apple flume float and the price was (about) par with what I'm used to paying at the shop closer to my house. Unfortunately, once I got home and took off the packaging and took my first puff, the vape didn't taste very good and the drags I was taking were unsatisfying. I am assuming this was an old product, which was a bummer. I'm sure if I had taken it back to the shop the next day they would have made it right for me, but I went out of town and didn't have time. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be coming back due to the product quality + they sell the flume floats a little bit cheaper at the shop closer to my home. If you're curious, though, I would still recommend coming in. Service goes a long way for me, especially in a more male dominated space like a smoke shop, so that's why I'm giving 4 stars. Maybe I'll give them another try sometime. read more

I really enjoyed coming to this shop until today. I came in and bought a $40 automizer for my puffco and it was defective. I wasn't sure if it was the automizer or something else so i bought a different one from another shop and it worked just fine. I went back into this shop to let them know something was wrong with it and that i wanted to return it and get a refund. It was still unused and in perfect condition other than the fact that it didn't work. To my surprise they told me no. I think that if you are going to sell and item and that item happens to be defective without any sign of use that it should definitely be taken back for a full refund. Im disappointed in the way they conduct business and treat their customers. Clearly they just want your money and do not care about their customers. Wont be coming here anymore and hopefully others will see this as well. read more

Came in the other day to just get a puff bar but ended up leaving with more than I expected. First the different options of clothing and shoes they have I was impressed. Prices aren't competitive like StockX. This ain't no ordinary smoke shop it's definitely worth the hype.
