Stop searching. Drive to this vape shop. THIS place has What you WANT and even what you didn't know you needed. I know what it's like looking through Yelp n Google wondering if a place is worth the extra few mins or if that place has 4 things you need, but you feel awkward calling to make the likely single dude stop helping ppl and stock check FOUR items just for you. Or maybe you're a heartless hoodlum and you love that sort of thing...idk The Point Is... ORANGE VAPE SHOP has: *Stockedddd shelves- even in age of Covid19 *Organized Ambiance - what is with these crackerjack shit box stores. Have some good friends with as HB bby dignity. *Staff / Owner - super easy going if you're a noob and knowledgeable if you simply ask instead of rambling on like me. TLDR: few shops carry good CBD vape juice (and tinctures), and an extremely wide variety of everything else. It's the organization/ambiance, tidiness, genuine desire to be helpful, and one stop shop that makes Orange Vape Shop my new spot. It just feels premium in there! Let's see how customer loyalty (the real kind) pays off now - that's really what will keep me coming for years! Honestly I'm glad to have found a full-service spot reasonably close to my home in Irvine. read more

West Coast Smoke Labs - Yogi brand salt nicotine juice - Vape Shops Near Me - Orange, California

I honestly wanted to give this shop another chance because it's the closest smoke shop to me, but after my second experience with a defective vape, I STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT BUY NICOTINE VAPES HERE. Not to mention they up charged me $35 for a pod the first time and $25 the second visit. The first time I purchased one, it ended up being defective, but I never went back--I just threw it away and moved on. Unfortunately, I had the same issue happen again with another pod I purchased on Friday. It was leaking so badly that it stained two of my clothes and I lost a significant amount of the juice because it simply would not stop leaking. I wasn't able to come back over the weekend because I was busy, so I stopped in on Monday, which was the earliest I could. I explained the situation to the owner and tried to show him that the product was clearly defective. He refused to do anything about it because he said too many days had passed and that it was already halfway empty. I tried explaining that it was halfway empty specifically because it had been leaking, but he still refused to help. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the store was completely empty and there was no rush or line while I was trying to explain what happened. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I was simply hoping for some kind of solution after purchasing a defective product for the second time. I almost didn't come back to this shop after my first experience, but because it's convenient and close by, I gave it another chance. Unfortunately, two defective products in a row, combined with the way my concern was handled, was enough for me to stop going here. I have not tried purchasing other products from this store, but would strongly recommend checking elsewhere before purchasing a nicotine vape from this shop. read more

don't buy vapes here they stop working after a few pulls or literally leak everywhere

First time at the shop tonight due to limited selections from other spots I used to go. Met Mike who I believe is the owner. He was very friendly and helpful - introduced himself and shook my hand. Great selection that I can't find elsewhere anymore at my old usual places. Just overall great vibes and I love supporting local business owners, especially the friendly ones working their own counters even late into the night. Definitely recommend checking it out. Happy to have found my new spot. read more

West Coast Smoke Labs - Vape Shops Near Me - Orange, California

This establishment sold me yesterday a battery. For $35. They did not hand me a receipt. I arrived a little bit after 10am. That battery was defective. It a ridiculous tactical way to sell items. I bet they knew it was defective. And knowingly. And knew it was defective. Which is why they never gave me a receipt. So I can't return it or exchange it? The smoke shop across the street from this establishment did the same thing to me a few years ago. I don't trust any smoke shops that are just opening up with their grand opening's. Bunch of scam artist. Not helping these establishments. Never comin here ever again. $35?? wasted ! read more

Very nice people working here. Very knowledgeable on vape products. Brought a Foger here and let me tell you it is super flavorful and battery last forever and the juice stay consistent all the way to the last drop. Clear tank with mesh coil is the best plus Foger have many unique flavors other brands don't have. Highly recommended. read more

Never coming back! 1st time I came they gave me the wrong coils so came back to see if they can exchange them for the right ones and also brought in my vape to see if they had the tool to tighten the screw and the kid working loses the screw and he and the owner try to blame me and say I came in with a missing screw.... I know for a fact the screw was in there before coming in and also saw it when I was showing the kid where it was lose. Was going to purchase another vape but they lost a loyal customer. read more

The place is low key and perfect! Amazing selection and Sierra was super nice and helpful!

I'm giving these guys a solid 5 stars When coming into this store, they make you feel welcome acting like you are one of their regulars. One thing you would notice is the fact that it's full of smoke but that's due to the fact that so many people come into this store. You can really tell authentic a store is by the amount of people coming in. I know nothing about vapes but these guys are very informative about what you need to know. What type of vape you should get and they suggest you a lot of things if you're on a budget. The variety of juices that they have readily available is great making sure they are always in stock if you need anything. They keep this place well maintained and couches near the front which is great for chilling and relaxation. If you come here, ask for Melvin as he is the one that makes sure you have everything you need. Got any problems with your stuff? He's the man to go to and he will fix your problems no sweat. Wish these guys the best of luck and their journey! read more

Dexter set me up with the X-Priv Bundle even put it on hold for my trip down. Great customer service wish I lived closer, great shop in OC.

Ok, i have not been on yelp for a while, but when you find a new spot thats really worthy, then its a must. So, Robert was very helpful. It was clear he knows is stuff. He got us hooked up with a whole new mod for my wife. The price was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and very polite. Im not sure if they do it for everyone or we just got lucky but getting a 15% discount was very generous. More than anything i was just happy about his knowledge and him taking the time to talk to her about what to and not to do to help her with getting the best results. We will be back and continue to do so from here on. Thank you read more

One of the best shops in town. Large selection of premium juice and top-quality devices. The guys at the shop are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile as far as customer service. Melvin, Dexter, and David are all great dudes who I've had the pleasure to be serviced by. Definitely worth a visit!! read more

Dont waste you time or money here. E stands for electronic cigarettes. So if you buy it and it doesnt work, YOU are left holding the bag. These jokers know nothing about customer service and by not backing up the product they sell is stupid and a lame excuse - dude try to give me some mobo jumbo story about a 3 day policy to contact. That statement alone is ignorant, if you by in bulk who the hell is going to open and try everything to see its works. There are no signs in the store and nothing on the receipt about exchanges or return on defective product. He pulled so store policy crap from his butts about defects... how convenient. Hope the store owner reads this, because accountability SHOULD be on the owner if they are selling defective products. He needs to quickly learn what customer service is all about before the grand opening becomes grand closing. Customers arent willing to tolerate made up store policy on the fly. This place has definitely lost my business - I would rather pay more elsewhere than give them the business. read more
