This establishment sold me yesterday a battery. For $35. They did not hand me a receipt. I arrived a little bit after 10am. That battery was defective. It a ridiculous tactical way to sell items. I bet they knew it was defective. And knowingly. And knew it was defective. Which is why they never gave me a receipt. So I can't return it or exchange it? The smoke shop across the street from this establishment did the same thing to me a few years ago. I don't trust any smoke shops that are just opening up with their grand opening's. Brought a Foger here and let me tell you it is super flavorful and battery last forever and the juice stay consistent all the way to the last drop. Never coming back! 1st time I came they gave me the wrong coils so came back to see if they can exchange them for the right ones and also brought in my vape to see if they had the tool to tighten the screw and the kid working loses the screw and he and the owner try to blame me and say I came in with a missing screw.... I know for a fact the screw was in there before coming in and also saw it when I was showing the kid where it was lose. Was going to purchase another vape but they lost a loyal customer. read more

One thing you would notice is the fact that it's full of smoke but that's due to the fact that so many people come into this store. Ok, i have not been on yelp for a while, but when you find a new spot thats really worthy, then its a must. So, Robert was very helpful. It was clear he knows is stuff. He got us hooked up with a whole new mod for my wife. The price was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and very polite. Im not sure if they do it for everyone or we just got lucky but getting a 15% discount was very generous. More than anything i was just happy about his knowledge and him taking the time to talk to her about what to and not to do to help her with getting the best results. These jokers know nothing about customer service and by not backing up the product they sell is stupid and a lame excuse - dude try to give me some mobo jumbo story about a 3 day policy to contact. That statement alone is ignorant, if you by in bulk who the hell is going to open and try everything to see its works. There are no signs in the store and nothing on the receipt about exchanges or return on defective product. He pulled so store policy crap from his butts about defects... how convenient. Hope the store owner reads this, because accountability SHOULD be on the owner if they are selling defective products. He needs to quickly learn what customer service is all about before the grand opening becomes grand closing. Customers arent willing to tolerate made up store policy on the fly.
