This is a nice vape shop located in a plaza that gets busy, so parking isn't easy at all. The shop itself is clean and even has a beautiful big Christmas tree inside! As for the staff, they're friendly and super helpful. I called ahead of time to see if they had an item in stock, and without me even having to ask, he set it aside for me and had it waiting when I got there! Prices are good - on par with other vape shops. read more

Stumbled in here to Vape First, after watching the game at Godfathers this past weekend. I had just received a new Aegis X mod in, and needed to swing by to see Will for some new 18650 batteries. He was able to get me setup and locked in with fresh batteries and juice in a jiffy. The store fragrance was incredible and we'll definitely be using them for fresh mods, juice and batteries in the future. They are conveniently located off First and Newport in the City of Tustin. Will was very friendly and kind to us and we'll definitely be back and referring customers who also vape. The prices were easily a few bucks cheaper than what we experienced from other locations locally. We'll be back Will, thanks again!! A++ Service with a smile! read more

Great customer service! 100% would recommend, great product, friendly workers and always a good time!

What an amazing business! Personal service and great prices. Edgar is fantastic! I'd always wanted to try CBD for my 17 year old and partially paralyzed cat, Gary. First, I'd like to say that Gary does "walk" but sometimes his legs give out and if he's laying too long in one position and tries to get up he'll drag himself until I say, "Kick your leg out!" He then sturdies himself with his stronger leg and gets back on his feet! Edgar listened to me explain Gary's condition and my concerns about his joints that are developing arthritis and recommended the perfect product! He was so wonderful and personable. I was there for quite a while just talking with him about cats and life in general! I can't think of a business I've ever had such a wonderful experience with where the employees are just great people!!! The prices are fantastic and the shop is immaculate! To me that says so much about how everyone who works there takes great pride in their job and want the customers to have a great experience! I didn't feel silly asking questions and was given valuable information about how to use the CBD. Oh my stars! I got home and gave Gary his "medicine" and it worked perfectly! He felt so much better and became more affectionate because he was feeling better! Edgar helped give me my baby back! Gary used to stand on his hind legs and reach up for pets and he's doing that again!!! Gary now does this goofy thing where he'll stop walking and use his one hind leg to scratch his belly for a few seconds! Lmao So, not only is he balancing on his bad leg; his joints feel better so he can raise his leg up to do a quick scratch! Hahaha It's quite entertaining to watch! He's a little obsessed with his big belly! He also keeps looking at the couch like he could jump up! I know he will soon! Thank you Edgar for your advice, product knowledge and giving me some wonderful new memories with my baby! You are a great person and good soul! Vape First is lucky to have you! read more

My first impression was, woah! How zen, how tastefully set up. I took in this relaxing and creatively designed shop for a few moments then met the fabulous Lucas whom helped me choose the right device for me. His service is A++... Their selection is vast and they are willing to take suggestions for items a customer may want. We chatted for a bit then I relaxed in the lounge space taking in the ambience. Highly recommend. read more

Stopped in here today. Here's what I think: 1. First impression - it smelled like cigarettes inside of a vape shop... hmm ok not a huge deal. 2. Prices - expensive. the tall guy helping me was all over the place with the prices. He told me they had a deal on the juice I bought but when I got to the register, I didn't feel like I got that deal I was supposed to. Seemed like opportunistic pricing 3. It was clean and organized Suggestions: WRITE DOWN YOUR PRICES ON EVERYTHING. You can put a sign or place card showing the brand, specials infront of your inventory. Do deals for first timers. Take away Convenient to buy my juice here because I needed to be at a store near by. I won't be returning because I can't trust the prices. I walked out feeling a little weird, confused and a tad bit ripped off. read more

Ok service. Selection was small. Value was a rip off. Do your research before purchasing. Items were about 2x+ other locations within a 15mi radius. read more

The service is amazing here they have a huge selection of different brands and different flavor options. They have kava and kratom selections and different disposables of canabinoids, all amazing. Driving 15 miles to GG weekly to re-up was what I've always did because I'm generaly a loyal customer to a store I prefer. Well, I'm so glad I discovered VAPE FIRST through Yelp and saw their amazing check-in deals. Ethan was the gentleman who serviced me and he was amazing! Many recommendations from him and I say that b/c I came in not wanting to purchase anything until next time, but he mentioned all the great juices they had that other shops did not....... and that is what grabbed me into spending but with no regrets! The honeydew melon I'm currently vaping is delicious to say the least. Thanks again Ethan for the excellent service and knowledge :) I hope you get a chance to read this or whoever's in charge of social marketing b/c you truly deserve it. I have relocated and will be selecting Vape First as my first choice... ha-ha? get it? read more

Asked if they had any cbd, thc free gummies that I could use for work. Shows me some that are supposed to be only cbd only, and says there's no thc in them. Rings me up and I walk out only to get home and see that it's all delta 8 with traces of delta 9 thc. Out $50 and I won't ever be coming back there again. read more

I walked in and didn't see anyone so I didn't know if I was going to get my mask fix or have an aneurysm. Then Edgar happen. This BAMF walked out of the backroom already wearing a mask. I did not see any vape clouds full Corona that hang in the air threatening death like at other stores. HELL YES. The prices are slightly more than other stores but if Edgar is working or if Edgar's coworkers are down with masks like Edgar then this place is where it's at. EDGAR WEARS HIS MASK. EDGAR ALSO WAS VERY HELPFUL, CALM, AND ATTENTIVE. TLDR: THEY WORE MASKS. NOT A CHIN OR NOSE IN SIGHT. Delicious. read more

I even called after I left looking for my friends phone and he was very helpful. I will definitely be returning. read more

Went into this Vape shop for the first time on 09/19/19. Was greeted by a young man, forgot his name tho. Really nice and friendly dude, I was looking to buy a vape mod and CBD juice for the first time. The guy was very well knowledgeable and explained to me everything I needed to know about CBD and vaping it. He helped me set up the mod and showed me how to do it. Gotta say that the Grape CBD juice is great, would recommend that flavor. Overall, highly satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this place to anyone. Was in a jam: Bought the wrong coils for my RPM40 online thinking i had a different tank. Current coil was all but burnt out. Vape First didnt have the replacement tank I wanted but let me know he'll be getting some soon, and gave me a sample replacement coil to tie me over. Great service and will check back next Tuesday to see if the tank has arrived. Will update review afterwards if needed. read more

I always stop here when I'm in this neck of the woods and need something for my vape, and this time I was in need of a whole new set-up as my last one had finally given out. The man behind the counter helping was knowledgable and when I asked for him to reword what he had just said into easier terms for me to understand, he was able to do so easily. He had a strong opinion about how terrible my friend's number one vape choice is, so that was a little off-putting but overall good experience. read more

Even though I'm a long time Tustin resident, I just recently moved to Old Town Tustin. I knew this vape shop was close by but I have already been going to another shop near my old house. I stopped by the other night to buy some coils and Kenny was tending shop. We started to talk a little about certain types of vapes and he was really nice about it. I went and got my coils and left. I came back tonight to take a look at a vape (Smok) that I saw the other night. I told him what it was that I wanted in a vape and he totally sold me on the one I was looking at and ended up buying it. He explained, very patiently, how to use it and other aspects about it. Aside from being knowledgeable, he was just overall very friendly. I think I'm gonna ditch my old shop and start shopping here.. Thanks Kenny!! read more
