USE CAUTION WHEN SHOPPING HERE. I was ripped off with fraudulent products! I came here to buy fruit juul pods. They said they had them in stock and had packs that look exactly like juul packaging. They sold them for the same price as actually juul packs. I opened them up and noticed right away they are not juul, but the store did not disclaim that they are not actually juul brand. The juul makes a warning sign when you put it in, one of the pods broke when when i tried to open it, and they taste disgusting, the worst thing i have ever smoked. I took the packages i bought back with my receipt and they were refusing to give me a refund for the unopened packs. I don't blame the company for selling fraudulent products, but they need to tell customers before they buy them. read more

Surprise surprise, some deals are too good to be true. It didn't seem intentional, maybe just a bad wholesaler for the shopkeeper. He offered to refund me the money, but I really needed it and had literally 0 better options. So I paid up. F- outcome, do not recommend. Buy at your own risk. I just picked up a new G Pen and some accessories for a *VERY* good price. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and very accommodating. I needed a new ceramic bowl & globe attachment for my Micro Vaped pen and he was super patient -- showing me all the various options. This may not be your typical new-school, yuppy vapor "bar" (look on Google Streetview, and you'll see what I'm talking about), but they had exactly what I was looking for, the service was great, and the price was incredible. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a PAX 2 from them in eBay, however after the devise malfunctioned I tried to get a replacement via the advertised 10 year warranty, HOWEVER paxlabs would not honor said warranty due to eBay being a 3rd party seller. Long story short, I bought a mis-advertised devise from this shop, who I have been in contact with for 4 months trying to get a (refurbished) replacement as promised. I have called numerous times and have been in contact, texting the owner Mike for several weeks now almost on the daily. Despite shady responses and promises of an update I still have no replacement and I'm out a couple hundred bucks. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this place. I love the Smoke Shop in Orange. It's a great place with lots of great merchandise. Sean, the person who helped me was so accommodating, helpful and courteous. I like coming to the Orange Smoke Shop.. I've been here three or four times already to get a small pipe (cause I keep breaking mine) & the guy who helps me is always friendly... They have a nice selection (in my opinion) of glass pieces that I really want to come back for & buy. I would totally recommend this place for your smoking needs.. worst store ever!!!!!!!! terrible customer service!!!! terrible products !!! cheap merch. decided to try out one of there mod clones. i bought one, used it 1 time the firing button had 2 much give and moved around way to much. i called them a few days later and let them no about it. the owner who cannot speak a word of english, gave me some song and dance that its a clone what do you expect. little does he know i do reviews on the difference between authentic's and clones. so yes this is why he is getting a bold cap review!... i explained to the owner i have tried several types of these clones at different shops and the firing buttons worked just like the authentic's. he was not happy to here this and yelled " those are high end clones, i don't sell those to bad" what happen to customer service? i was a long time customer to grab things really quick since it was close to my place but not anymore forget it, i hope you are happy mr. owner you just lost a great customer over $50 bucks. never again will i go there cheap crooks rude trash place never again. save your self the headache and go to one of the 1000 shops within a 1 mile radius read more
