The guys here really know their stuff when it comes to cigars. It has become a regular spot for me to pick up my cigars. I have 3 spots that I buy cigars and this one is the closest to where I live and can run to if I'm not feeling the longer drives. My favorite cigar I've gotten from CigarSpots is the Partagas Décadas. The people that run the shop are very friendly and are more than happy to help you out in choosing a nice cigar. Called down earlier to check on a box of Tat Black Labels. Goose was great giving me all pricing and inventory ahead of time. I'm glad I came down because I found so much more tobaccan delights when showing up in person. I was immediately impressed by the large selection of some of my favorite brands... Tat, AF, R+J, and so much more are tucked away into this Orange Circle gem. I walked away with a box of Tat Petite Robustos, and a handful of singles that I can't wait to try. Wow!!!! What happened to the great customer service? Let's be serious here. A cigar shop is like a gas station. All gas stations you can get gas but if the place offers great customer service, you will return. Today was completely a turn around of what I have come to find in this shop. To the employee who was working today around 4:15 pm, sorry I wasted your time. I did in fact buy two cigars but the lack of customer service will have me looking for a new shop. Had a chance to check out Old Town Havana while i was in Orange County for business. Located right on the town circle, the scene was vibrant. Parking is available on the street and out back but a bit tight. Upon walking in the lounge, the counter is to the right and humidor is front and center. My initial thought was it's small but once inside, there was some good smokes on the rack. I bought the Illusione Epermay, MJ 12 Natural and the Maduro. Fairly priced but you can't smoke inside so I say outside in one of the lawn chairs. Met Buds, the owner, cool dude. Had a great time hanging out with the fellas. This is nice spot to have a cigar if you are in the area, stop on by. read more

I have been buying cigars from this location for almost 10 years. The experience I had today was miserable. I am afforded a 20% discount which is really standard with all of the cigar shops where you come and buy 20 or 30 cigars at a time. After reviewing my invoice, I was only given 10% and the attendant was flippant about the fact that there might be a mistake. When he fumbled for five minutes, trying to figure out why I didn't get the full 20%. I became frustrated and figured my customer loyalty over many years and with thousands of dollars of purchases a year was not important to them. I had him issue a credit for the cigars and left them there. I went to another cigar store and bought 20 cigars and they gave me a 25% discount and their prices were cheaper than the store. In addition to the insult of being overcharged the attendance attitude and weird response was insulting. I would not go back into the cigar store if they gave me 10 boxes of cigar free. read more

This location has gone through several owners so do not confuse it with the previous iterations as George's or Red Cloud. Budz, the new Owner, runs an awesome shop. It's always clean and well stocked. The ventilation is excellent, so you are not sitting in a cloud of smoke. It is typically a male clientele, as are most cigar lounges, but everyone is warmly welcomed when you enter the store. Whether you are a new smoker or have your preferences Budz and his team will find something to your liking. I saw a comment about a "junior high fraternity", but that is only one opinion, and I think you will find most of the clients are very welcoming. Just come in find a good smoke, and enjoy. read more

Great cigar lounge in downtown Orange. They allow outdoor seating during the pandemic. Staff is super helpful on recommendations and answering questions about the cigars they have in stock. Every time I stop by there seems to be a regular crew that hangs out just in front of the store. If there are not enough chairs, you can sit on any of the benches in the area or sit in the small park in the center of the circle, just across the street. Good place to stop after a meal with all the nearby restaurants and bars. read more

Outstanding establishment, truly 5-Star. My fiancé and I went to several cigar stores within a 15-mile radius of our hotel. We were searching for some special cigars requested by a very close family friend in Greece. Although, all the establishments we visited were exemplary, we must say that "Old Towne Havana" was a cut-above all their respective competitors. The owner Dante, was educated, professional, worldly, and thoroughly versed in every aspect of his business. He new all-things related to the business of tobacco, and the unique characteristics of each nations various brands (i.e. Dominican, Argentinian, Cuban, etc...). We knew absolutely nothing of cigars, or even smoking in general (neither of us partake). However, Dante never once treated us with anything less than the utmost courtesy. We showed him a small list of preferred cigars that were recommended to us, and he quickly took over and guided us through the process of identifying what would be considered equivalent, or of equal or better quality and flavor. In Greece, it's very hard to obtain any of the brands we perused here in America, and after transmitting a photo to our close friend in Greece, we knew that Dante had guided us well. They were very excited, and we are grateful for the education and help provided. We will be stopping by this establishment each additional visit from this point forward to restock (twice a year). Additionally, we believe the prices we paid were also exemplary (this is based on some of the prices quoted by his various competitors that we also visited). We will most certainly return! Amazing cigar lounge. Checked it out a few days ago around noon time. Walked in and you immediately smell all the greatness. The humidor is a little cramped but not too bad. They have plenty of selection and lots of cigars labeled for a discount. I'm thrifty so all about that. The gentleman cane in after letting me browse. Super cool guy and very informative. I went with a kristoff and had him cut it for me. Great price with the discount. Sat outside with the chairs they provide and a few other gentleman sat next to me. My hubby and I continually come into the store according to my husband the selection of cigars here is a great quality they are always switching out what is available and what isn't which is really nice especially if you are always wanting to try a new cigar from different regions different parts of the world really small though inside there's not much seating space inside and they have some chairs that they will leave outside about five chairs a couple times when we have gone to the circle here in orange there's about four or five gentlemen outside smoking their cigars and that's about it there's not that much space there too Hang around and smoke whatever selection of cigars that you're interested in with that said again they do have a really nice collection there so if you're in the area looking for a cool spot to either pick up a cigar that you already like or to try something new this is always a good spot read more

would have liked to give a good review, but very disappointed with the owner. I came here and bought some cigars. I accidentally left my phone on the counter. Someone took my phone. I followed them to their house, via "findmyiphone" They denied it so i couldn't do much but call the cops. I asked the worker at this cigar shop if i could see their security camera to see if they were able to capture who took my phone. He said only the owner could do this. I called and called and called. All three times the workers there said the owner is not in, but that they would live a message. Still no call back. Either he is not recording it and so he can't show me the security footage, or he/they is/are just really bad at caring for the customers...or don't care. read more

I am new to the world of cigars and am still trying to find what I like to smoke so I have been hitting all the cigar shops in the area. I have been here two times now and Buds has helped me both times. Allowed me to check out the humidor on my own and then checks in on me after a while to see if I needed help picking out anything. Buds was real cool and did not pressure me or hover over me while I was checking out the pretty good selection in the humidor. Buds finally recommended a few Connecticuts (light - med) smokes after asking what my price range was. Buds kindly explained the differences in wrappers and types of tobacco, without pushing the higher priced cigars. I ended up walking out with 4 cigars (Montecristo, La Galera, My Father, Oliva). Buds even threw in a freebie cigar, free cutter, and matches. Badass! Prices are within $2.00 of on-line cigar prices and the selection in the humidor covers a pretty wide range of cigars from the acid/flavored to a few higher end ($20+) cigars. I am new so I am sticking to the $10 or less range of cigars. I was not able to use the cigar lounge cause Buds said his fans were not working right. The lounge in the back was small, but it looked nice. Buds offered up the front of the store, where there were a few benches and seats, as an alternative smoke spot. 2nd time in....Buds and Dante were there and I had the same great experience. This store is on the circle. If there is no parking out front, park in the back and cut through Starbucks. Will be back for more sticks read more

Beware of their house blends. More than one of my purchases were poorly rolled and practically blew up (like the photo) when smoking. It is a nice looking shop with slightly inflated prices in a nice area of Old Town Orange.
