I was on a work trip and was looking for a specific cigar. When I looked on the cigar website, it stated that this shop sells the cigar. I drove over to the shop and was greeted by the staff. I asked staff if the shop carried this cigar. The staff showed me where the cigar is in the humidor. The humidor has a great selection at reasonable prices. Tobacco Buzz smoke shop makes it very easy for me to rate them at 5 starts and if I could rate 10 stars I would. My mother is hard of hearing and other smokes shops in the same area have made her feel stupid because they have to repeat themselves. But here they've NEVER have! Their customer service here is superb! Not only were they so courteous and considerate towards my mother, but they made her feel comfortable and haven't changed since! Drew helped me yesterday with my vape. Something was going on with it where it wouldn't hit but it was on, the temp was accurate and there was juice in it. I was freaking out (because I get anxiety when there are problems with my vape) and brought it in. He cleaned it, replaced the coil (which ended up being the problem) and was very helpful. Great store! Apparently the address is wrong though. The cross streets are el camino and first street in Tustin. There's a cute little parking lot you can turn into but you should see the sign, it's fairly noticeable. It's so worth finding! The service was AMAZING. This is coming from a person who works customer service and has a high standard for it. I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped me but she was GREAT. I was buying a gift for a friend. I don't know what kind of cigars he likes but I know his other tastes. The person helped me based off that which was helpful. Also, not knowing much, I was going to buy a humidor bc I wanted the cigars to be in a nice box. But I was given an extra wooden box which saved me SO much money! To me that's doing business right.
