Terrible service. Selection was scarce. I walked in and the woman there looked at me as though I was bothering her. Was not very helpful. I'm new to vaping so I wanted to see the product and read the box before buying but she held on to the e liquid like it was gold until I paid for it. I needed the liquid so I didn't make an issue. If you want any type of actual flavors for a vape, you have to order it online and then go pick up at the store. They have almost nothing in the store and how would you know that until you go in there? So to save you time, don't go in there expecting a selection of anything other than basic flavors. It took 10 minutes to get the explanation of having to preorder online and why. They are more expensive than anywhere I've gone before and the woman with the black hair (don't know her name) is a total bitch. Luckily there's a guy there who had some common decency who didn't treat me like a criminal trying to buy a damn vape. Maybe it's just Irvine? Customer service sucks here and I drove all the way here from Tustin just to find that they are closed when I already purchased my products online. They have no respect for the customers by not updating their hours of operation on Google, but of course they have written hours on the door, so when the customer arrives to Ecig Emporium, they find that the store is not even open! Very unprofessional and again they don't care for the customers obviously. This is a small but pretty well stocked shop with an okay selection. If you need something they don't have, they'll usually order it for you! The employees here are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Prices are on par with most other vape shops. Parking is easy and you can always find a spot near the door. Great place! read more

When I call her out and say I've been here before, she says "Best you can do is order online and they'll be ready tomorrow". Management reached out to me regarding the experience I previously had at their store. We got into messaging back and forth regarding my availability to revisit and they were very accommodating despite my hectic schedule. I was messaging with Shelley and upon finally making it to their store I was met a bigger set gentleman named Jake. He's like a teddy bear, was extremely professional, apologized for my past visit and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It was unfortunate due to the new laws passing for vapes in California. Their store was cleared of their usual inventory and they now have special glass pieces for sale amongst several other products. I have not yet had a chance to test out any of my new replacements yet, however I'm confident that it'll work well. They will also be launching a website for sales shortly as I was told. I don't have the website yet. I look forward to resuming business with this store. read more

Kinda bummed because I thought I found my new go to spot. Customer service has been great until today. I bought a flume last week and within a day it died and would not work properly (I'm not an avid vaper so I did not go through it in one day). I do not live in the area so I came by next time I was in my office. I explained the situation and basically told me so sad too bad. I get it they may not replace it but hey offer a small discount on a new one? I actually recommended them to a few friends but now I will make sure everyone knows how quickly they change their tone. I've been shopping Ecig for years, since their previous location. A lot has changed over the years. Their location, their set up, product line and variety. They also have more than trippled their staff. Even during a global pandemic they have always been available, always worn a smile (or smeyele with masks). They have always gone above and beyond to stay clean and safe while still answering questions, walk newbies through the variations and processes for all the devices, strengths and flavor profiles. The manager Barbi has tried just about every flavor and device they carry so she can give an accurate presentation and description of it while getting to know her customers preferences. Other than the staff growing over the years, you wont see much turn over. When you work there, you become family and treat the customers the same. Matt and Niko are classic timepieces there and always enjoy catching up. Even when packed and "rushed" through the checkout you still feel seen and cared about. This place isn't JUST a vape shop. This place is great. They have a very well put together vape bar, Barbie & Jake treated me well, gave me a coffee and let me get exactly what I wanted, which was nothing fruity or too sweetened. I went with a complex oaky bourbon vanilla flavor called Castle Long by Five Pawns, and a strong menthol called Subzero by Halo. I know it's not good to smoke, and I've been smoking a lot, not to mention spending a lot. So I made the switch to a vape, so that less tar is going into my lungs, and I can wean down to lower amounts of nicotine as well. It was really inexpensive to do. So far loving it!
