Very weird and suspicious location. I honestly don't know what's going on here, and based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time. Their Google listing shows them as open, and when I arrived there was an "Open" sign on, lights on, and the place looked fully operational. However, when I tried to enter, the door was locked. A man wearing a hat walked directly toward the door, clearly saw me trying to get in, made eye contact with me... and instead of saying anything or opening the door, he made a throat-cutting gesture to indicate they were "closed." No words. No explanation. Just that gesture. Extremely unprofessional and honestly unsettling. This happened at 1:14 PM in the middle of a weekday, not late at night or during off hours. To make things worse, I drove 45 minutes to get here based on their listed hours. No sign saying "closed," no notice online, no attempt to communicate like a normal business. Just locked doors, strange behavior, and zero respect for customers' time. If you value professionalism, transparency, or basic human courtesy, I'd strongly suggest going elsewhere. This place gave off very odd vibes, and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. read more

They were very knowledgeable and gave direct answers, but the interaction felt a bit rushed and not particularly warm. That said, I'd still recommend them for their solid product range and prices. They stopped doing curbside pickup in July 2024, and now you have to park in the front and go through the front entrance. They do online pickup orders though, which I suggest because you can only accrue and use loyalty points online. They are super quick with your order - you're in and out in minutes! Just make sure you wait for the text or email saying your order is ready. The selection here is huge. Better than most vape stores in the area! The prices are the best here too. 10/10 definitely recommend Select Vapes! read more

Placed an order on August 28th, two weeks later it still showed "processing". I tried calling middle of the day and it went to a full voicemail, then emailed requesting cancellation and refund. The next day (9/12) after sending the email, the order shows shipped but they didn't actually give it to UPS until the 14th and it didn't arrive until the 22nd. Site showed 5-7 days for order delivery and it took 25, to top it off both the vape mods I got were not the colors I ordered. And I still haven't gotten a reply to my email to them. read more

You can order thru their website, and once the order is complete, they will send an email and Text confirmation. My experience with Select Vape is mixed. On one hand, their prices are unbeatable by brick-and-mortar vape shops because they are a wholesaler that gets a lower price therefore can offer competitors a great price. On the other hand, the prices are all sorts of messed up when I go in store versus order online for pickup. I've been going here since someone recommended it to me in 2020. I probably have spent more than $500 throughout the year. My most recent experience in store was not the best. I decided to go in store because I didn't have time to browser online. I went in with the assumption that the price I see online is what I'll get in-store. Granted, I did tip 15% because I had a great convo with the person who helped me. I ended up spending $85 for something that ends up being $60 before tax. I recommend ordering online for store pick-up instead of having an experience like mine. read more

When I got home, I was so excited to remove The plastic wrap and start using it, but when I got home and took the product out of the bag, there wasn't a plastic wrap on the vape mod box, so I don't know if they gave me the on display? It should have been sealed in plastic wrap if it was from the back. But overall the employee was very nice read more

About the only good thing about my experience with this company is the things I ordered managed to stay intact. My order took about a week and a half longer to ship than expected & the cotton candy juice I ordered tastes & smells NOTHING like cotton candy. Their orders DO NOT ship within 1-2 business days and the website does not update the order page (my order has been delivered and the website still says processing ). Since the website has constantly said processing, I even tried to email them to get some kind of answers regarding if my package was having issues but got no answer at all. Went in for replacement coils. The guy that was working this morning looked at my vape with disgust, curled his lip and told me "we don't sell these here. I couldn't even tell you who makes this". The name brand is printed boldly on the side of the device, impossible to miss. This kid was just a snob for the sake of being a snob, even though it made him and the shop look uneducated. I went to another (very local) shop. They, too, didn't sell the coils I needed but the shopkeep was polite and friendly and had no trouble talking me into an upsell - I bought a whole new device. Good thing the hipster that works at Select Vape let me know how much better than me he is, it would have been a real pity if I had actually spent any money at a place that treats people that way.
