I had an incredibly negative experience at dimension smoke shop in Lake Forest. I went there to…read morepurchase a vape pen, but it was a complete disaster. The staff member not only handled the product with dirty hands but also insisted on opening it for me to test, which I found unprofessional and unsanitary. When I expressed my discomfort and declined the opened product, the situation escalated to a shocking level. The staff member hurled offensive insults at me, targeting my family, culture, race, and even my weight. This behavior was absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I later discovered that they were selling counterfeit items, which explains their eagerness to open the package. I am planning to report this smoke shop to the Federal Trade Commission, health department, the Better Business Bureau, the FBI and I will report them to place who gave them their business license so they can shut them down due to the questionable practices and the abusive behavior of the person who sold me the item. It's a shame that such a negative experience had to occur, and I hope others are warned about this place. Never go to this A HOLES. They will rip you off and give you fake item and bad experience

The staff is helpful and willing to spend a lot of time with someone figuring out a new approach. This is now my only store and I rely on these guys. I've sent new people here who have switched to the store. I was once knowledgable as a founder of a juice company. Newer people have the same gentle, helpful experience that I've had.
