The staff is helpful and willing to spend a lot of time with someone figuring out a new approach. This is now my only store and I rely on these guys. I've sent new people here who have switched to the store. I was once knowledgable as a founder of a juice company. Newer people have the same gentle, helpful experience that I've had. Been coming here for years for my bong and pipe needs (probably since 2012). I came in with a used bong bowl and inquired on a matching diameter. He showed me over to where they were without recommending anything. He just puts a tray of bowls on the table and walks away to help a female customer (not to mention he was too busy helping a different female customer when we walked in). He comes back with a bored and uninvolved vibe while we had to measure out and look at every bowl ourselves without an ounce of help. I choose my bowl and we go to check out. The guy looks like im the cops banging on his door at 3 AM, just bothered to even be ringing me up (opposite of his attitude with the ladies). I left the store feeling slighted compared to my previous experiences of great customer service. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but we will likely find another head shop to visit where getting a replacement bowl isn't like pulling teeth in the ghetto. These guys are the Nordstroms of Vape stores. They've easily and willingly assisted me with a return of a defective product when technically they didn't need to. Vape shops come and go.
