Overpriced disposable vapes. Disposable vapes have come a long way since I've bought them. So this was my fault that I paid $27.00 dollars with a 10% discount included. I should have known better. I hate to do this but I have to be honest I've been going here for quite some time and I originally met Fadi who has been absolutely wonderful every time I walked in but today I had a not so pleasant experience with his twin and was very disappointed when I walked out, so buckle up buttercups this is a long review but I have to be honest So me and this white girl with blonde hair walk in, and here's the worst part she wasn't even hot it's just the the mere fact that she was a blonde no offense to the girl. I had to describe her so you get where I'm going. she was very cool we were chatting away and having a good ole time comparing our experiences with vapes as I was there trying to make up my mind I watched as he opened up every single package she possibly could want to try I'm thinking OK he's giving her the red carpet, they always let you try them before you purchase but for some reason he didn't offer that option to me for the one I was thinking of purchasing, but I watched him open..I kid you not about four new packages for this girl. I'm a regular customer I thought I would get the same courtesy but no he let me walk out with the product I was unaware of. When I took my first puff it started doing a crackling noise and tasted gross so I thought perhaps I was using it wrong I took another puff and it did the same thing so I decided I go back because I didn't know how to use it And figured the crackling noise must be because I'm not using it correctly , so I went back and ask him how to use it and to tell him the Vape was making some crackling noise and that it tasted nasty perhaps something was wrong with it, he took a puff and as he puffed it started making the crackling noise not once but twice he said that was normal I am not a regular vapor in fact I just started smoking. So I thought he's the expert he knows better yet felt he was untrusting , I was a little scared and that's why I didn't want to continue using it and decided to purchase some thing else. Considering he knew he didn't let me try the vape I didn't like he didn't offer any type of discount or refund only his apology and continue to sell me another product. Unfortunately this is my last visit here because I truly appreciate the experience I had with his brother Fadi. He always made sure that I would test a new product and assure that I was Satisfied with my purchase before I walked out the door I was but his twin seemed more concerned about getting laid. I showed up during normal hours and the place was closed. I started to leave and a guy in a car said "we're supposed to be open and will open in a few minutes" I waited in my car for about 5-10 minutes and the guy didn't look like he was going to open, so I left. There are a lot of smoke shops out there, poor customer service is not going to make your business successful and considering most customers are going to be repeat customers, it's important to be responsive to their needs.
