I guess loyalty means nothing when they're counting pennies. So here's the deal: Thousands spent on vapes? Check. Loyal customer for 2 years? Check. Free water bottle? DENIED. I wish there was some jazzy or Cuban salsa music in the background along with more people talking to each other but that's not what this place is. It's a quiet and intimate lounge.
