The last time I was here the name was something different and I can't recall the name but I got my Jetline lighter from here. Anywho, walked in and was greeted by Carter who assisted me in just browsing and finding a few cigars. I went in looking to see what they had for Opus (as I seen a lot of hype online). Ultimately it was suggested to check out the AF Reserva Xtra Viejo as they share the same binder and filler. And for the price difference I was ok with giving this a shot to see if I liked the profile at all. The shop itself is fairly small but they have a really good selection. Service was good and the prices..... are what they are for a CA B&M. A nice note is you can smoke right outside of the shop and take in the scenery. If you are looking for a local B&M, I don't think you would be upset checking them out.

From what I've seen this is THE smoke shop in the area…read more My friend and I were getting our nails done next door and she needed some vape products and I needed a lighter, so we stopped by Cigarettes & Cigars for Less and had a great experience. I read the reviews left for this place afterwards and saw that the store and the owner, Bash, is spoken about so highly, but barely any mention of what they offer here! I will however preface by saying Bash's reputation does precede himself, as he was so very kind and welcoming to us personally and to the other customers in the store. I noticed that while we were in there, he knew so many his customers by their names! My initial reaction upon entering the store was being wowed by the abundance of products and the touch of individuality I could see through the placement of vintage posters and car collections as decor. While we were browsing, he was showing a customer how to make their own cigarettes, which is something I've never seen or heard of before! Two other customers he knew by name came in a bit later while he was giving the demonstration and told us how he showed them the same thing, saving them hundreds of dollars. This definitely adds to the niche of this store. Other than that, what stood out to me was the large variety of cigarettes and the decent selection of the pipes and water pipes. Near the cashier was a small selection cigars, but all brand names. This store also sells accessories, candles, incense, and lottery. The reason I'm giving a full five star review for this location is that not only was the service great, there was such a large variety in products, and a niche I've never heard of before, but also that my friend said the prices here are very good in comparison to all the smoke shops she's been to before. I would definitely recommend anybody to stop by for their smoke shop-related needs!

I know what it's like looking through Yelp n Google wondering if a place is worth the extra few mins or if that place has 4 things you need, but you feel awkward calling to make the likely single dude stop helping ppl and stock check FOUR items just for you. Or maybe you're a heartless hoodlum and you love that sort of thing...idk The Point Is... ORANGE VAPE SHOP has: *Stockedddd shelves- even in age of Covid19 *Organized Ambiance - what is with these crackerjack shit box stores. Have some good friends with as HB bby dignity. *Staff / Owner - super easy going if you're a noob and knowledgeable if you simply ask instead of rambling on like me. TLDR: few shops carry good CBD vape juice (and tinctures), and an extremely wide variety of everything else. It's the organization/ambiance, tidiness, genuine desire to be helpful, and one stop shop that makes Orange Vape Shop my new spot. It just feels premium in there! Let's see how customer loyalty (the real kind) pays off now - that's really what will keep me coming for years! Honestly I'm glad to have found a full-service spot reasonably close to my home in Irvine.

I honestly wanted to give this shop another chance because it's the closest smoke shop to me, but…read moreafter my second experience with a defective vape, I STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT BUY NICOTINE VAPES HERE. Not to mention they up charged me $35 for a pod the first time and $25 the second visit. The first time I purchased one, it ended up being defective, but I never went back--I just threw it away and moved on. Unfortunately, I had the same issue happen again with another pod I purchased on Friday. It was leaking so badly that it stained two of my clothes and I lost a significant amount of the juice because it simply would not stop leaking. I wasn't able to come back over the weekend because I was busy, so I stopped in on Monday, which was the earliest I could. I explained the situation to the owner and tried to show him that the product was clearly defective. He refused to do anything about it because he said too many days had passed and that it was already halfway empty. I tried explaining that it was halfway empty specifically because it had been leaking, but he still refused to help. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the store was completely empty and there was no rush or line while I was trying to explain what happened. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I was simply hoping for some kind of solution after purchasing a defective product for the second time. I almost didn't come back to this shop after my first experience, but because it's convenient and close by, I gave it another chance. Unfortunately, two defective products in a row, combined with the way my concern was handled, was enough for me to stop going here. I have not tried purchasing other products from this store, but would strongly recommend checking elsewhere before purchasing a nicotine vape from this shop.
