From what I've seen this is THE smoke shop in the area. My friend and I were getting our nails done next door and she needed some vape products and I needed a lighter, so we stopped by Cigarettes & Cigars for Less and had a great experience. I read the reviews left for this place afterwards and saw that the store and the owner, Bash, is spoken about so highly, but barely any mention of what they offer here! I will however preface by saying Bash's reputation does precede himself, as he was so very kind and welcoming to us personally and to the other customers in the store. I noticed that while we were in there, he knew so many his customers by their names! My initial reaction upon entering the store was being wowed by the abundance of products and the touch of individuality I could see through the placement of vintage posters and car collections as decor. While we were browsing, he was showing a customer how to make their own cigarettes, which is something I've never seen or heard of before! Two other customers he knew by name came in a bit later while he was giving the demonstration and told us how he showed them the same thing, saving them hundreds of dollars. This definitely adds to the niche of this store. Other than that, what stood out to me was the large variety of cigarettes and the decent selection of the pipes and water pipes. Near the cashier was a small selection cigars, but all brand names. This store also sells accessories, candles, incense, and lottery. The reason I'm giving a full five star review for this location is that not only was the service great, there was such a large variety in products, and a niche I've never heard of before, but also that my friend said the prices here are very good in comparison to all the smoke shops she's been to before. I have been going to this store now for over 20 years, that should tell you something. The store offers much more than cigarettes. He helped me switch to electronic cigarettes, much cheaper for me and a heck of a lot better health wise. He now offers CBD in different forms and much cheaper than the other dispensaries I have been to. I know I am getting the best my money can buy because Bash does his homework! One word: SCRATCHERS! Me and Alexis B. love playing lotto at all types of liquor stores including smoke shops, sometimes their more uptight at smoke shops if your not buying their products but this guy is super nice and friendly! I've driven down Tustin Ave. a billion times and even been in the shopping center to go to Winchells! We were greeted immediately and he has all the latest scratchers and a bonus for my mom, he sells incense! My mom is a incense addict and loves stocking up on them so he was nice enough to give us a sample of one to take home to my mom so she could try it! We came back a week later and he remembered us and mom got to pick a bunch of incense out for herself. I like business owners that are friendly and remember repeat customers, it makes you feel appreciated and don't mind contributing to their business. I usually stay and talk to the owner and every customer that walks in while I'm there is friendly, and he knows what they want right when they walk in. Omg I am thrilled to find this place. My normal place was great because the people were friendly, but they priced me out by raising cloves to nearly $10 a pack, while blaming new taxes. I started looking other places and they were $2-$3 cheaper, but often out of stock. This place is not only $4 a pack cheaper, they are stocked with my Djarum black cherry and the owner or manager (not sure) was so incredible nice, and welcoming. I talked about the price increase and expressed my shock at the much lower price after he rang up my 4 packs. He informed me that they would rather have regular customers than raise prices too high. Why have I not heard of this place already!? I know where I'll be going from now on. Pros... parking easy, no waiting in line, pricing fair, customer service friendly, plenty of in stock items. Bash is probably the friendliest person I've ever met. I hope I spelled his name right. Every time I have a problem with my nicmaxx he handles it without any problems.
