It's a small shop and you have to smoke outside because if that. The shop itself is put together well and very clean and inviting. I say that because on Friday afternoon I went to one of their competitors and the contrast was stark. Well came back to this Cigar lounge to smoke a cigar previously purchased at this establishment as i sat a woman emerged from the lounge stating without inquiring that i needed to purchade a cigar from the lounge and that the empty seat i was seated in was taken.I had inquired with the gentleman seated to my left if anyone was sitting their he said no.... Came in on a late Saturday night, for a beginner cigar for me and my wife to enjoy. The lounge was pretty busy, with everyone enjoying a movie and of course there cigar of choice. I walked in and asked the employee at the cashier(who was also watching the movie) if he may help me out in the humidor. He greatly agreed and wanted to help right away. I explained to him that I loved smoking cigars and I was a novice at it though, and that my wife hates it. I told him i needed something she can enjoy as well. He pointed out the Viva Havana, and my god it was a great choice. He explained to me what I would be tasting while smoking, and he was correct! I kind of know what I like already so he pointed out different sticks that go with what I like. Ended up trying the "flor de las Antillas". Good peppery smoke with a earthy flavor toward the last quarter. Spot on Dante. Wanted Big Bang theory for a bit with the regulars. Everyone was happy to talk to me. Very open to various conversations such as vacation trips, sports, and the good ol name calling once in a while. All in good fun though. they lied to me about my Xikar lighter said it has life time warranty and i could bring it back and exchange it any time for any defect. Mine broke after a month drove 30 miles to return long story short no exchange no returns. They have an amazing selection, but what is even better is how phenomenal the staff is. Budz and Dante are incredibly skilled with assisting in selection.
