He resolved my issue and went out of his way to be even more accommodating. Came across their instagram page and was impressed by the many unique glass pieces they have posted. After going to the shop, I can attest the selection of glass pieces here is high quality and while they had a couple empty display cases at the time due to transferring some inventory to their newest shop they are restocking those soon. Overall, I've enjoyed the piece I picked up the other day, a nice addition to the collection! Plus the guy at the shop was very friendly, it was just a minor miscommunication when it came to the discount that was quickly resolved the following day by the owner Sam!
