Went to go pick up a few items and was told "no apple pay" after being rung up. Absolutely no where to they explicitly advertise they only take physical cards or cash. Cashiers and manager were also extremely rude when I inquired about if they could manually enter my card number as I didn't have a physical card on me. I was checking out in line and the manager kept walking by my stroller with my 7 month old in it. She loudly shouted from the cart area in the middle of the store is that your lunch bag under your stroller. I said that's my daughter diaper bag. She was like okay making sure you are paying for everything. I was in shock!!! I said it's not even from here. She was so rude and didn't need to shout that or be so insulting. One of the bigger Hobby Lobbys in the area. But don't be misled by its store size...if you're looking for craft things, you may be slightly disappointed. I would probably say this store is split 50/50 on craft items and home decor items. I didn't find what I needed for crafts, but it was still fun to check out. But, for home decor....they have tons of stuff here. Worth a visit if you're in this shopping plaza, but if you want crafts stuff, it can be a hit or miss. read more

The cashier Donalyn is unbelievably rude with zero warrant. I politely asked to remove two items from my purchase to which she just stared at me and rolled her eyes. She asked me to clarify, and I did. She then proceeded to remove the incorrect item. leading me to correct her. She then rolled her eyes, sighed, and called a manager - raising her voice at me about how she needs to cancel the whole transaction. I went in to return an item with the receipt, and the cashier immediately treated me like a liar. She didn't even listen. The woman just gave me attitude and acted like I was trying to scam them. Customer service was terrible. It's not like they treated me like crap or anything but they took their time like we have nothing better to do than just wait. At the fabric table, the woman was extremely slow at cutting and calculating. At the front desk, the computer stopped working; as soon as it came back up the two women (cashier and CUSTOMER SERVICE manager) working the desk forgot to charge me. They had to call me back, call their manager, revoke the receipt printed, and make me pay again. Overall their service was nowhere near exceptional. This store location is big. They have a great deal of merchandise and NORMALLY a store this big with enough supplies and merchandise with good sales would get 5 stars. Unfortunately, in my opinion and from witnessing behaviors of employees this store does NOT fully comply with some covid-19 regulations. YES they have signs for people to wear mask. YES they have bins with hand sanitizers. YES they claim they clean the shopping carts. BUT 1) I saw many employees wearing theirs mask below the chin 2) at no point in time did the employees sanitize areas after each customer or even after 3 or 4 customers 3) there is no one watching the clean shopping carts so I saw people placing used (not sanitized) carts back to the place the "CLEAN SHOPPING CARTS" are located. I understand that EACH person reacts differently on what the appropriate behaviors are when in public or at a store regarding covid 19. But I do think consumers have the right to know what locations are going above and beyond to maintain covid 19'regulations. In my opinion this particular store is not going above and beyond. read more

Never coming back with my business. Walked in the store with a cart that was right next to the front door and was approached by a "supervisor" telling me that the cart I was using wasn't theirs. I say ok and go to get a different one and the woman tells me I need to take the cart back out side of the store. I was taken back and thought this was a joke. I said don't you work here? Why are you asking me to take it back. She says she can't walk out of the store and has to supervise the store. Then goes on to say people keep bringing the cart into the store all day. I asked if she would like me to return the cart from whatever store it came from so she wouldn't have to continue telling customers to take the cart back outside of the store, she declined. It's completely ridiculous that a store supervisor would actively choose to scold customers all day instead of solving the problem. It seemed like her only job supervising was to monitor the kind of cart coming into the store. I will not return to Hobby Lobby and I will take my money elsewhere. Do better and hire someone who is actually pro active instead of lazy and rude. read more

The store is half home goods, not hobby. The other half is hobby items and in the crafts they cover they have a decent selection. But, check out is a disaster. One register open, a lot of worlers standing around doing nothing. Much time and a bit of confusion followed. They move about a lot and do nothing. I ask a guy at a the next register, 2 feet from me, if he is opening. He said no. What I assume is a manger looks at me and says they have someone coming to open a register but then the guy at register that said he wasn't opening, opend, ignoring me just two feet from him in the next line, withoit taking people who have waited already and new folks just walk up and check out. He and manger then ignored us when we protested ....so dropped what I was buying and walked out. I don't reward bad service. Easier to order on line. read more

My experience there was horrible, I went for a glue and they told me they were gonna take it to the front so when I went to the front I told her that I was the one that was buying the glue but it was in a different register and the worker there Zehra D she shrugged her shoulders and told me what could she do I asked her if she could get it for me to pay for it they weren't giving it to me in the first place that's why they took it to the front and she said no for ME to walk to the other register and get it myself and bring it to her when it's her job to do that and in general she was jus giving me attitude. I typically love Hobby Lobby. There aren't a lot of employees on the floor to help out, but things are easy to find and the few who are around are helpful and nice. My issue and the 1 star lies with framing. I have been trying to get 3 paintings framed for over a month here. The first time I went in was May 10th. I spent 45min picking out frames, only to find most of them cracked or badly chipped. My paintings are also a slightly odd size, so I needed help with finding the right ones and matting. I rang the help bell at the counter. A manager came and told me the only person who could help called out sick, could I please come back another day. I was a little bummed, but things happen, so ok. Second time in was Thursday May 22. Kim was helpful. We discussed sizes, she help me pick out a frame for one of the paintings she said would be the perfect size. I went to go set everything up with her and she told me she couldn't cut the matting, she wasn't the expert, I'd have to come back on Saturday after 1pm. *Sigh* ok. I bought the one frame she had said would work because it was the only one left. Saturday May 24, I'm there by 1:15pm with the frame I had purchased.. Bobbie is helpful. She tells me the frame Kim helped me pickout is completely the wrong size. She helps to lay it out and explains why. Im sent to the front to return it so I can come back and start fresh. Spends over an hour with me helping me with picking out custome framing, matting, details and specifics. What she helped put together was great. Then she let's me know it wouldnt be ready today, could I please leave them a couple of nights (closed Sundays) I'm very, very hesitant and let her know that. These paintings have an extreme sentimental value and can't be replaced. She assures me that they will be ready by Monday, Tuesday at the latest and if I want them done right, this is best. One painting I was able to have her get done that day because all 3 are bday presents and I was out of time for it. After much reassurance, and computer print ups of what the finished products would look like, I signed all the paperwork and left the other 2 paintings. Holiday weekend, so I get there Tuesday May 27th around 2. Desiree/Destiny is back there to help. She takes my receipts and says my paintings aren't done yet. She says Bobbie is now on vacation for the next week and a half and only she can do the matting and framing since I discussed everything with her and signed the paperwork. She then asks me to come to the back work area to confirm my paintings are the ones sitting out in the open on a table where drink cups are perched and misc items are tossed. I AM LIVID! I grab my paintings say a few harsh words (then apologize, because this poor girl wasn't the original issue) leave my shopping basket and storm out! All the beautiful custom framing I had built, gone. I am back to square one and out of time for the presents. I avoided Michael's because pricing is outrageous, but now it looks to be my only option. read more

Surprisingly awful store in a very nice shopping plaza. Not that many customers but took a very long time for each person to check out. It seemed like cashiers were manually inputting prices into the registers like it's the 1900s. Manager stood at the front doing nothing. I put my item down and just walked out without buying anything, which seems to be a regular occurrence according to other reviews. On top of that, when I walked out the door, that same manager doing nothing made a snarky comment of something along the lines of "Line is one customer shorter!" WTF. Is this store even trying to sell anything? Worst customer service experience ever. read more

Ok seriously, the cashiers are the slowest employees God has to offer. They literally punch in the barcode for each item. And do it at a pace a snail would if it had worked there. No wonder e erytime I come in here it takes 15 min to get out. Everyone in line looks super annoyed. MY NEW FAVORITE STORE FOR ALL THINGS BEADY!!! Alright, upon first glance this Hobby Lobby has such a generic store front that you probably wouldn't think about making a stop here for your DIY projects but don't let that stop you! Honestly, they have so many great things in this store and I'm really glad I gave it a chance. I was desperately in search for number beads for my upcoming rave needs and I frantically googled and found that Hobby Lobby had some in stock. I know, who would have thought?! I gave them a phone call just to make sure it was in stock and to my delight they had them! *Bonus points for having great customer service on the phone and knowing exactly what product I was looking for!* Anyways, my trip here ended up being very successful and also very fast. The lines can get really long really quickly but there are several cashiers that can ring transactions like it's second nature to them. The only gripe I have is that they don't have any shelves labeled which makes it really hard for you to search for your products throughout the store, but other than that I would highly recommend coming here as some of their products are actually cheaper than Michael's! read more

This was a really interesting store as it was huge and filled with everything and some paint! Coming to any Hobby Lobby seems to be one in the same as you always find a ton of cool art supply's and random collectibles that are at decent prices. They appear to be one of those stores where everything is always on sale or somewhat of a sale or where it's not really on sale and they make you think it is but at least what you get is generally a good deal. Pretty much you will find anything here for your arts and crafts needs and other really random items that you just don't see everyday like the ice cream sandwich! The decision by Hobby Lobby to not carry anything for Hannukah is outrageous. I will never shop there again nor will I recommend Hobby Lobby to family or friends. In this day and age of equity, diversity and inclusion, without a doubt Hobby Lobby has FAILED. While they have every right to carry what they chose to carry, they are mis-guided in thinking this is acceptable. My wish for them, in the coming year, is bankruptcy. read more

I love the Hobby Lobby corporation and all they sell. But this location.... Needs help. You can't ever get in and out, the registers only have 1 open and the line is 5 people long. But my biggest concern is the multiple run ins I've seen with customers and workers with the manager Virginia. She's rude to customers and treats her employees poorly infront of customers. Virginia is an issue, it's a shame because this location is in a prime area with lots of traffic. I still love Hobby Lobby. read more

This is not a hobby store as the name might suggest. It sells mostly home décor, home furnishings, arts and crafts, small furniture items and fabrics. The store is brightly lit and the displays are colorful. The atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. There are many staff members present to assist you or to answer your questions. They are all friendly and pleasant. As I browse around, I feel comfortable and welcome. Most of the home décor and furnishing items are paintings, picture frames (numerous of them), lamps, plants, vases, table wares, among numerous other items. The color of the displays are kaleidoscopic - from dull to radiant, from pastel to blazing bright. Designs range from conservative to bold, traditional to contemporary. The furniture items are classy and cute, although they are probably more decorative than functional. There are also sections for holiday decorations, such as a Halloween section and a Christmas section. As of this writing, Christmas decorations are on sale. There is also a huge fabric section where you can find numerous selections of fabric both for clothing and home furnishing. The amazing arrays after arrays of dazzling items are hard to capture in words alone, so I am posting pictures - lots of them - so enjoy! read more

The customer service at this store is literally the WORST I have ever experienced. I came across one employee who was nice enough to help me look for an item. We had no luck so she told me to ask the two women in the front and they can check their stock online. At the front, the rude cashier told me they don't do that, they only have what's out there so there's nothing to check, if I don't see it out there they don't have it. But she could ask her manager if I wanted. I said yes. The manager was right across from her and as I stood there and waited she doesn't bother to even call out to the manager and starts ringing up another customer. I walked over to the manager myself and asked. The manager turned to me and was extremely rude and looked as if I had "inconvenienced" her. After I ask my question, she says no, we can't do that so if I didn't find it, then they probably don't have it. So I show her the item on my phone and ask if she knows if they even sell this item in her store or is it online only, she responded with "I don't know, it's hard to tell without me being over there"..she pauses..as if that's her answer, then slowly turns with an attitude to go check. At this point, I'm disgusted with this entire store and experience so I told her nevermind, I'll get them online and left the store. I will never spend a dime at this location.
