**1 Star** My interaction with Store Manager Gus was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. From the beginning of our conversation, he was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. When I explained that I felt I had been treated in a discriminatory manner, there was no empathy, no willingness to listen, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, I felt like I was being brushed off. What was even more concerning was when I asked for the contact information for his supervisor or district leadership. Gus told me it was at his discretion whether or not to provide that information and refused to give it to me. No manager should get to decide whether a customer is allowed to escalate a complaint about their conduct. The final straw was the way the call ended. Despite everything, I remained polite and thanked him for his time. Before I could even finish speaking, he hung up on me. A store manager sets the standard for customer service, and based on my experience, Gus fell far below that standard. If this is how serious concerns, including allegations of discrimination, are handled, Target has a much bigger problem than one unhappy customer. read more

The is a perfectly fine Target, but the shopping carts are terrible. They are so overused that it is difficult to find a decent one. The wheels wobble, they are hard to push and they make a lot of noise. A major retail chain that does the level of business this one does, should invest in new carts. read more

Would give this target 0 stars if I could for customer service. I left my stroller there on accident in the evening. Following morning I go and find out that even though employees saw it in lost and found it was already disposed of. Jennifer who is supposedly a manager was very off putting and rude. Not only that, she basically stated that there is no lost and found policy, just that Target can do whatever they want. I called corporate and their response was the policy is 30 days and that maybe the manager needs retraining. An apology won't return my $1000 stroller and this store basically said it's not our problem. As previously stated by others on here, Jennifer basically just gave me customer relations number and said that it's not her job to help. Staff doesn't even know their own policies and claim they are managers in charge. Rudest experience I've had anywhere. read more

I enjoy this Target because the employees actually LEAVE YOU ALONE TO SHOP, unlike other locations. I've heard about the stupid 10-4 policy Target has enacted, and I'm glad the employees here don't adhere to it. Target's corporate stooges probably don't know this, but believe it or not, some shoppers enjoy being left the hell alone like me. This target has consistently had the rudest employees. If you come in anytime after 10:30 (30 minutes before close) you will constantly have every employee you walk by telling you they close and you have to go to the register. Look, I'm in the service industry. I get it, you want to go home. But I had to grab one thing. They were not closed yet. And as I was looking on the isle I had a woman say you need to head to the register 5 times in the span of one minute. I kept telling her I was just going to be a second. Then she radios to another employee where I am and another man walks up to me and says "you need to go. NO YOU NEED TO GO! " Rudest interaction I've had with a sales employee. And then as I'm walking to the register they are loudly talking crap about me. So unprofessional. Curbside pickup for basics while visiting family and friends so we wouldn't have to pack them in our bags was fast and easy. This location has a pretty good selection of toiletries, household essentials like tissues, as well as a nice book selection at fair prices because reading on vacation is always a relaxing way to spend down time :) The curbside slots are well marked and someone came out with our order in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Provide decent check out for your customers or your on your way out. There is a lot of options but I came here to stand a long slow line. I can shop elsewhere with no lines like this. I feel bad for the employees who work the registers, because customers are usually grumpy due to long lines with only one cashier working. The self check-out lane seems to be closed more than it's open. I was kind of shocked the other day to find the dressing rooms have hours now that don't match the store hours. I like to go early, but the dressing rooms do not open until 10:00, which is two hours after the store opens. I do like that you can ask an associate to check if an item is in the back and they will gladly do that for you. They do their best to stock items, but I've noticed a lot of the items I purchase are no longer at this location. I understand that merchandise changes, but they don't seem to replace the items with something comparable at that's a little disappointing. read more

An elderly woman was looking for cocoa and asked a young male employee where she could find it. She was told aisle 24 but went to 23 instead so I guided her to 24. The woman was older 80's and had difficulty finding the aisle and the item. The employee should have helped her find the cocoa she asked about since he was only socializing with another employee anyway. ( Felt sorry for the lady so I helped her). And then the item was on aisle #23 after all and at the top shelf where she couldn't reach anyway .What customer service training do these employees have? There has been multiple times where I use pick up and 80% of the time I always have something missing and have to come back. This last visit I parked as usual and got here with a round of cars and saw my order wasn't in the carts the employees came out with so waited some more. Then they came out again and never came to my car . I had to call an employee over they gave my whole order to someone else and I had to wait for them to go shop for my whole order again. read more

This is my closest Target, I do frequent pickup orders because my children are 2 & under so it helps immensely. However, the people doing pickups are careless and have damaged my eggs/bread/gift bags because they don't care about your stuff. I know the job is hard, but someone dinged my car door with the pickup cart 2 years ago, I complained but it went nowhere. Other than that the dollar spot is great, store is messy but not as unkept as some others I've been to. Always my go to store, I think everyone is mostly doing their best! I think the better stocked Target is Irvine by the Irvine Tustin Marketplace if you can get there. read more

i was in the store earlier today and i was checked out by this young man who from right when i stepped in line had a smile on his face and just seemed like he wanted to be there. he was very patient with other guests in front of me that needed help and had a good attitude the whole time while still getting everyone out of his lane in a very timely manner. when it was my turn he just seemed so genuinely interested in my day and how i was doing and it made me feel very welcomed. i at the end checked for his name (Cameron) and told him id let his manager know how great of a job he's doing and told keep doing it but i couldn't find one immediately and i was in a rush read more

Long overdue follow up review. *Photos were taken 9/6/23 (see date stamp). First, let me start by saying the cashiers, customer service desk, and electronics/media staff are great. They deserve more stars and I hope management recognizes that. Every one of them is working hard, friendly, and always go above and beyond. The grocery department on the other hand - major facepalm. Are we still not training people to look at the dates of things when we're restocking and to put the new items behind the old? Is this not common sense or just pure laziness? If you check out my photos, you can see two items that were long expired. The cherry greek yogurt I grabbed while I was at the store (and immediately put back) had expired a little over a month before on 7/31/23. All the cherry yogurts on the shelf had the same date. This is a popular yogurt so I'm pretty sure it wasn't just sitting there with no one grabbing it. It was like they found a random case in the back and just threw it out there. The next photo is pineapple tidbits which unfortunately was delivered to me by Shipt and my shopper did not look at the date. After coming home and seeing the super expired yogurt, I decided to look at the most recent items that were delivered a week before and noticed it expired 3/13/23! 6 months earlier!! Love target Bathroom was being cleaned when I first got there .. worked told me that in the left back by the CVS there was another bathroom. Everything was automatic!!! Getting off the toilet seat, soap dispenser, water, and paper towels . It was super nice not having to touch all these things . They even had an Ultimate Foot Pull so one won't touch the door! But Door was hard to close and open So I had to pull hard to open it. read more

This is my go to Target store and always has been. The drive up, pick up options have been great and very convenient. However, today I went into the store for a return and it was not pleasant experience. Usually showing my app that I purchased on would conveniently start the return process. Unfortunately I was unable to access passcode and log in. The customer service representative was very cold, not personable and having a bad day. Instead of working with me (the customer) to let me know what my options are to return my dress, she insisted I have to log in and use the bar code. After about 5 minutes and when I get kicked out of my account, she lets me know I have another option which is to use my target red card for the return. No smiles, no support, negative energy from this customer service rep, Serina. Customer service has declined tremendously in this store. read more

Target should really have their own people working electronics. Had very bad customer service from a guy named Anthony with black glasses. Previously, i was helped by his co worker who was great and she told me she would hold a phone case and ring me up as long as i had less than 15 items. When i came back Anthony was at the desk and acted like he didn't hear her say that and refused to ring up our 15 items. He said he'll only ring up 10 and then we'd have to go ring up the other 5 in the front. Felt it was unnecessary even after i told him that his coworker said 15 was ok. I tried to speak to the electronics manager but was told that the guy Anthony was hired by an outside company. Never had an experience like this at this target. Was really bummed. read more

This has to be one of the nicer target stores in the area. There is plenty of parking in the Festival shopping center. There is also a Tesla supercharging spot in the far parking lot in front of Target. The dollar spot usually has a lot of new items seen online which is great because those usually sell out super quick. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this store, both shopping in store and drive up service. The store is clean, well stocked, and the employees are all helpful. read more
