This has to be one of the nicer target stores in the area. There is plenty of parking in the Festival shopping center. There is also a Tesla supercharging spot in the far parking lot in front of Target. The dollar spot usually has a lot of new items seen online which is great because those usually sell out super quick. Shoutout to David! He was so kind & funny (at the register May 4th ~8/830pm). And as far as Targets go, this one is quite clean! I've seen some nasty targets lol. Also i come here all the time, and it's usually not crowded, I never have to wait very long to checkout (whether it's at the manned register, or self-checkout). During Covid mask mandates, a couple times I came here and forgot my mask at home, but they let me take a mask from the front podium which was a life-saver!! This location houses tons of options for what you're looking for / has a lot of SKUs, which is wonderful. The only thing is, sometimes they are completely out of the items I'm looking for, so then I have to come back when they've stocked up again. (Like they'll be totally in-stock for all the other variations, but be out of stock for the 1 variation I want to buy) They also do the drive-up option, which is great! I use the "drive up" bc it's convenient. I always bring my own bag and tell the employee "I don't want any bags, I brought my own". They said okay and give me my items with NO BAGS, but guess what? They STILL charge me for bags. Even though I didn't get any and let them know in advance that I don't want bags. Make sure to always check your receipts. This is a common thing with target. It's pretty annoying and not sure why Target is so hard up steal bag money from customers. That's embarrassing for target. Do better. read more

I actually came here today to meet with my baker for my cookie pickup. It's located in a nice little plaza that is easily accessible after exiting the freeway. Though it was located in a busy plaza, there was plenty of parking for a time I would think is considered peak hours. 615pm. I got here 15mins earlier than the scheduled time so I used the restroom and hung out at the dollar area before they arrived. The restroom was the cleanest one I have been to compared to all the targets in the L.A area. Most of the time the air is muggy/stuff and not circulated. This not only makes it less comfortable but heightens any smell from other customers that have visited before. This place had A/C and well ventilated. The floors, sinks and stalls were clean. No overflowing trash or paper towels. The inspection sign was on the back on the door. Once again, this is the first location I have been to that actually maintains the bathroom and not just check it off as they did. The store layout is a bit different than the ones in L.A. But is nice and clean nonetheless. They have these unique giant target basket sized displays for items on sale which was so adorable. All the isles I went down were nicely organized and the shelves were organized with labels faxing forward. It was amazing. They have a self check out area like most targets. This store got creative and made a little pathway leading to the area. There were two staff members to help with any problems customer may encounter. Even the check out lanes were well staffed. Instead of the cashiers standing behind the register waiting for customers, they stood at the end of the registers where you place your items and flag you down if you are looking to check out. Very efficient and I loved the customer service. Besides all these great qualities I have already mentioned, I love how this place is not crazy packed like most target locations. We shopped at the Target Store 8148 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road in Anaheim. I bought some 50 plus vitamins for men and 81mg aspirin that I needed. Also I bought some cans of cat food for our feline friends. Diana looked for a bought six books that she liked and they were 20% off. She also bought some adult supplements that she needed. Then we went to the produce department and bought a few items that we needed for our pantry. I went to the camera department and found what I needed and bought it. The kid working at Starbucks today 7/23 with the short black hair about about 5'7". He was very rude and he took a long time to get my drink. There was even a on the floor, which was a safety hazard that he did not clean up, even though he knew it was there. I said thank you multiple times and not even a you're welcome. I came here the other day to stock up on some Easter supplies, and I was so glad I did! This store was really well stocked with all the candy and decorations we would need for our Easter celebration. I haven't been to this store in years. When I didn't find the chocolate boxes at my local Target, I was stumped. I finally asked a store employee for which location had the candy we needed, and she said this Anaheim Hills store had a good supply of everything! The aisles for every department were so clean and organized. The floors even looked polished. The clothing departments seemed to have a nice selection, and there was even a nice little grocery department here too. As a walked through the store, I found everything in one convenient location. Cosmetics, beautiful home decor and storage, an excellent toy department, a small selection of sports equipment and camping gear, clothing for all ages, movies and electronics, books and magazines, and even a pharmacy were all here. When I finally got to other end of the store to where the Easter decorations were, there was a nice sales associate to help me find what I needed. The selection was great in this department as well. I was glad to find everything I needed so quickly. When I got to the cashier, he asked if I found everything I needed. After I paid for everything, a friendly staff member wished me a nice day. I thought the customer service was great here. This is one stop shopping at it's best. Although this convenience may seem a tad expensive at times, the ease of being able to buy everything in one place often seems worth it. Beware - the shopping carts lock up if taken more than 2 blocks from this store and can't be shifted an inch further, even if you try and backtrack! This is insane because the parking lot for this Target is easily 5 blocks wide. I parked a 2 min walk away outside Hobby Lobby and when I tried to take my shopping back to my car, the cart locked up completely as I was crossing the road by Stein Mart to the parking lot and wouldn't move!! I was shopping by myself and was left to unload all my monthly shopping in the middle of the road - 12 bags including a sack of ice, a watermelon, and heavy bags of cans - can carry it bag by bag to the side of the road. I tried to load it into a second cart I found nearby but that one was locked up too! I had to physically lift the whole cart mostly off the ground and drag it to get it out of the road (thank God for those kickboxing lessons!) I then had to have a stranger watch my $200-worth of groceries while I ran two blocks to get my car! How is this a good idea for the customers, Target? Fix your cart radius and let your customers get their shopping back to their cars! This is California but we're not all weight-lifters! read more

This is definitely one of the nicest Targets I've been too. Place is huge, clean, organized, well stocked and employees are friendly. They have a Starbucks and Which inside to the left once you walk in. There is only one entrance and exit but it's a large area in front. The dollar row is right when you walk in to the store, filled with seasonal decor. First thing I noticed were these hi-tech looking shopping carts, pretty fancy for Target. The floors were clean, I mean the place look like it just opened. Their also adding the produce side that the Tustin Target has already, so you can tell it's still a Target in progress. And what do you know? A blender (that I apparently need) just happened to be on sale. Yup, the store got me... It was just this Target's lucky day for me to enter and Yelp it. read more

As the shopping season is quickly approaching, I wanted to give a high five to this Target location. 1. Parking Lot is safe, clean and free of people loitering. 2. Staff is always super nice and friendly. 3. Store is well organized and always stocked. 4. The store is always organized and well kept. 5. The photo department is great. I bought Budweiser beer, among other things. I had my 7-year-old child in the cart. The clerk said "I need to see your ID for that". I handed her my driver license, and she scanned it. I said "I do not like it when you guys scan my ID". I do not like the idea of Target scanning my ID. I am not trusting of Target handling of credit card information - now Target wants to build a database of customer driver licenses. I do not like that at all! I'm very dissatisfied. If I did not have to return home quickly, I would have asked to speak to a manager. I wouldn't be unhappy if the clerk did not scan my ID. If she used judgment - I am not under 21-years-old, and I have my child in the card...she should not have asked for my ID. read more

This is for their drive up service only...avoid at all costs. The last two times I've used it, they've been understaffed and it has taken over 30 minutes and over 45 minutes for my items to be brought out to me. Do not use drive up. Very inconvenient. read more

I have always preferred Target versus Wal-Mart. The merchandise in Target is generally more fashionable and contemporary in design. I like their kaleidoscopic collections of table wares and dinner wares, trendy home décor items, and their colorful selections of bath and beach towels. The cook wares are also nice and are at least a notch higher in quality than those in Wal-Mart. This particular location is an older and smaller store so it does not have the full food court like the newer one in Brea. It has a pharmacy, but no optical shop or portrait studio. The grocery section is surprisingly large, with aisles and aisles of grocery items, many of which are 30 - 50% off supermarket prices. For example, today those Chunky Soups that sell for around $2.50 in a supermarket are on sale at $1.44. I did not intend to buy any grocery today but ended up walking out with a cart full of canned and packaged food items. While I usually go to the Irvine location, this store is pretty nice too and the staff is cool and friendly. The checkout lines were a bit long today and I was hoping they would open up a few more cashiers. read more

They need to change the radius in which their shopping carts lock up in the parking lot. I parked in front of the bank next to Target and had my two young kids with me when full cart locked. I was left to unload my groceries far from my car, with my kids, while having to lift my cart to the sidewalk. Also, I used to love their Drive-up services, but they are severely understaffed. I love checking end caps for discounted items. This store has a great home selection and display area. I find myself looking at the new stuff with every season change. Carts have locking device so make sure to pay attention to the signs in parking area so you don't stray too far and your cart stops rolling. Yikes. My girlfriend and I were browsing the board game section when we overheard an employee having a frustrated discussion with another employee on their walkie talkies. Once the discussion was over, the employee (Adam, whose nametag indicated he is a "Trainer") loudly and disgracefully dropped about ten f-bombs in rapid succession. This behavior is unacceptable from a customer service employee in any environment but particularly when there are women and possibly children in earshot. If I see Adam working here again, I will be escalating this issue up the corporate ladder as far as I need to. read more

TARGET - you can never wrong with Target. My weakness, especially the ones with STARBUCKS inside the store. It was pretty easy to locate, Google Map took me right to the location. It is in the same parking lot as TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby and right across from BJ's and several other stores. There is ample amount of parking space available near the store. I am a fan of their less than $5 items display which is noticeable as soon as you enter the store. That area might get little cluttered especially during holiday time but the deals are amazing. I got couple cocktail recipe books for less than $10, bunch of candles for $3 only as well as really cute coaster set for $6 . One just needs to have patience to find these little deals. Also surprisingly enough they have some pretty good collection of t-shirts as well, I have purchased few DC & Marvel t-shirts for myself as well as for my fiance from Target with good quality material and very reasonable price. The way all the aisles are marked and numbered is pretty easy to locate and makes its convenient for the customers. The cashier was pretty friendly and had a bubbly personality. She explained to me about the Target card and didn't push hard on it when I refused the offer. read more

Nothing says customer service like being accused of fraud over their shelf pricing. The LOD supervisor on site stated that they won't honor prices on the shelf if the price difference is too great, then proceeded to lie bald faced saying that there was no requirement for them to honor prices listed on shelves. A subsequent discussion with a store manager led to his statement that staff had the discretion to ignore California price accuracy laws and the store's price accuracy program because, and I quote, "people will bring in old tags to get big discounts like this." Because nothing says great customer service like accusing your customers of fraud and theft over your staff's errors. read more

I bought a gift card today on the self checkout. I was so grateful that Mohammed assisted me. He made sure that I get a balance of the gift card receipt. I go to target to get a lot of groceries, especially during classes. They have a lot of great deals, and discount prices and sometimes I'll even come here to shop for clothes. The reason I like this place is because it's more clean, and more modern, makes me feel like I'm in a high-class market, but the prices are still low. The employees are also nice, and anytime I need to return an item, I do it without any problem. Electronics are also on sale. And they have many exclusive items. The one star is for the cleanliness of the store. However, this Target has continued to fail on their customer service. Every time I order drive up, I always ALWAYS tell them no bags and to make sure they remove the charge for the bags. Every time, I get reassured (with condescending tone) that I won't get charged the 10 or 20 cents extra. I have called the store numerous times and brought it to their attention but I get the same condescending tone like "Well if you want your 10cents back then you would have to come to the store". No "sorry" or anything nice to say. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE 10-20 CENTS PER DRIVE UP THAT I CARE ABOUT! The store has decided to no longer sanitize stations in between customer self-checkouts. They received feedback that this was too time-consuming (but do we realize that nearby target stores have experienced a cluster of recent cases) and are only adhering upon request. I did request for my station to be sanitized, but it was behind 4 other customer requests. This branch in Anaheim Hills is conveniently located near our friend's home, so we often frequent this store while in the area. I have always been a big fan of Target Stores, but this is definitely one of their nicer branches. This is a very clean, well-stocked and organized store. They carry all of the usual Target goodies for the whole family from clothing, kitchen, bath, bedding and home goods. Then there's their electronic department including books and furniture, baby supplies, beauty supplies and an immense toy section. They also have outdoor garden and barbecue supplies and patio furniture to name a few. Last but not least, they have groceries.. One thing about Target is that you can always count on going home with much more than you had originally intended walking in, even if you came prepared with a list, which is exactly what happened this past Sunday. There are just so many different departments you pass by while fetching the items you actually do need, so why do I even bother grabbing a basket when I know I always end up needing a shopping cart in the end? read more

They smile at me! - They are quick. I don't have to stand around for days waiting for them. - When I called in to request a refill, the automated voice told me what time it will be ready. - I enrolled on in the auto-refill program, so I will never have to call in again! They will automatically refill my RX for me and then call me to let me know when to pick it up. - When my RX runs out, they will contact my doctor for me and try to get it renewed. I wish I had made this switch years ago! read more
