One of my fav Target in OC...The employees are super friendly even though my online order was messed up and I didnt get my whole order due to 0 BOH. I got most of my order...I also walked by as usual...It's Target and Valentine is next week so it's hard to no explore or shop. This store has selection of great products and ill tell very updated one... Today, I walked to baby aisle while I was searching for a cute outfit and i ended up buying very cute dress for my coworker daughter. Also, they had great deals going on for Clearance...Value wise, as always Target win. I made a beautiful Valentine basket for her...And im not exaggerating they got a great shipment this year so i bought everything in one place. This isn't my home target but I was in the area and had to make a stop. There is a Starbucks as soon as you walk in to the left and the bathrooms to the right. I don't know what it is about Target bathrooms but they are all extremely dirty no matter the location. Everything here is pretty well organized but there were some sales guys in the back which was a little annoying. read more

This is my go to place, my go to Walmart. They don't have everything available like the one in Anaheim but it's decent. I like when they have the gardening back gate open to pay and leave swiftly, easier to avoid the foot traffic in the front entrance. Ever since Family Dollar was taken away I come here often, their Mobile Ordering is really convenient as well. read more

Now, don't get me wrong I happen to think this store is quite convenient as it's only about 10 minutes from me. About 80% of the time they have what I need which is nice. That's the reason for the 2 stars, the 1 star though is for this reason and this reason only: I called 7 times yesterday around 7:30 and they close at 11:00 to ask guests services (there's a specific button for that department) a question and every single time I was hung up on as it kept on ringing for a good 5 minutes, no one answered. I had to click on the RETAIL button to get someone to pick up and even then although the gentleman was very kind, he did not have an answer for my question even though he answered as the "guests relations" I figured maybe I could call again today maybe an hour after they open (8:00 am) and same thing, no pick up, rang for 5 minutes and hung up on. Went if for college supplies for my daughter on Saturday. Lines for check out were 10 people deep at the only 2 cashier stations that were open. Self check out line was 20 people deep! As I scanned around for any other open registers I noticed 2 employees laughing and talking about who's going on break first. As items are a bit more pricey here than Walmart I would imagine part of the lesser value would be attributed to better service here at Target, well not from what ive experienced, and this is not the first time...... read more

Their prices do not match items on shelf even if multiple items. I just purchased a pair of boots that were listed at $45 but rang up at $60. When I went to customer service they said these were not supposed to to be on the shelf and if I wanted them I had to pay $60 even though they were listed at $45! I feel this is so wrong and should have got the listed price but they said no because the item should not have been on the floor. read more

This is unfortunately the closest location to me now. I don't like going inside so I usually do drive ups, so this review will mostly be about that. I've ordered makeup in past orders. The makeup is usually opened/used; the seal is broken. GROSS. I'd rather they cancel the item than give me some messy open product. There is always something missing. I was picking up 2 orders(I forgot stuff in the first one, don't @ me)and on my second order, I received 1 item out of like 9. Wtf?? There is oftentimes police and firetrucks here. Great selection of all types of items you could possibly look for/want. There aren't many employees around if you need help or have a question. Prices are a little pricey, but it's all about convenience. As of November 2024, they have all of their Christmas clothing, accessories, candy, and decor out. Checkout lines are extremely long (so keep that in mind). They do have a Starbucks inside as well. Be careful in the parking lot as there are many gypsies and homeless people walking around begging for money. read more

I get it, its early in the morning but there is no need for smart comments when asked simple questions. I couldn't use the self check out because I was paying with cash so I started looking around for an empty register. I see DARLENE standing there doing something and looked busy so I simply asked "are you open?" and responds with "yes that's why my light is on". I was taken back by her smart response because it doesn't take much to be kind and simply answer the question. Darlene needs better customer service training. This is why customers use the self service so they don't have to talk to your rude employees. read more

Dressing rooms were closed at 9pm & the store closes at 11pm. I went to try on some clothes and when i asked for a fitting room the girl working sighed and looked at her coworker to speak for her. he told me from across the dressing room that they're closed for the night. Not sure if anyone reads these but I still wanted to take the time to appreciate and thank an employee that helped us yesterday. We had a drive up order to pick up. We parked and were waiting and out order was brought to our car by a gentleman named Alejandro. Upon handing one of our bags my daughter noticed that something was leaking in the bag. I had purchased some dish soap and apparently the lid had come open and leaked all over the rest of the stuff in the bag. Alejandro took the time to go and get our stuff again and since some were all out he took the extra time to wash the bottles of the stuff for us. Now that is good work ethics! He came back with all of our stuff we had ordered and he was apologizing. I just felt that someone should know about this gentleman. Thank you Alejandro. read more

Recently went to this target in search of Chanukah candles. As stated on the app there was supposedly a bunch in stock however to my surprise, there was none. I was informed that "some targets" have a "Chanukah section" but most do not. When I asked why, the employees could not give a straight answer. I am shocked and disgusted that this location has no Chanukah section whatsoever anymore. Why? Why is there no section for this joyous celebrated holiday? I find it odd and disturbing. First of all, I love Target. I could come to a store every day. But this location, I have honestly had enough with. Every time I come, there are empty shelves everywhere, things in need of restock, and always missing certain products. Yet I always see employees restocking or putting stuff on the shelves. Does anyone do anything about this?! Seriously this is one of the worst locations for this- and it's been this way for quite awhile. Beauty products, paper goods, energy drinks, empty dairy fridges, etc. I plan to start going to another location because I'm so sick of constantly not being able to find a lot of what I need. Rude/ unprofessional customer service I went in there to buy 2 pairs of AirPods and when I asked where they were the guy said "we have them in the back" with an attitude, and if I asked if they had a display he said "no we don't " and when I was walking away he finally said they had a section of pictures , so I was over there I was in between 2 sets of AirPods , and if I asked if he had any in stock he said " I have to look for them " not to be rude but customer service is to help the customer when wanting to spend money at the store, anyways after that I chose the 2 set and he rang me out didn't say a word during the process, after I got my receipt I asked what's the warranty, he said " it's to late for that" as in he declined the warranty without even asking me , I was frustrated in this moment, he said to add the warranty id have to return then but I'd have to wait till tomorrow for someone to be there , overall experience very disappointing read more

They are convenient for just running a quick errand or grabbing something you need. Some items are limited and not all merchandise or available that is to be in the store. For example, a sale on heated blankets and throws but they only carry the throws. Friendly and helpful employees. read more

As this is the closest Target to me, I visit on a regular basis. For the most part, a Target is Target. This one does stand out a little above the rest for cleanliness. Their recent remodel also is a nice improvement. It's much brighter than before. One of the things I love about this Target is their greeting card selection. Just the right mix of nice, sweet, sentimental cards to those just pushing the boundaries on appropriateness. I love the 2nd type of card. Their grocery mix isn't as complete as I would like it to be, but it's a smaller footprint in the store than most groceries stores. I was impressed by their social distancing plan of having people wait down one of their long aisles and then pulsing them to the different registers. The line gets scary long, but it moved quicker than expected so don't let that scare you. Only thing I miss is the small Pizza Hut they had. I'm not a coffee drinker so Starbucks does nothing for me. I miss being able to pick up a personal pan pizza and bread sticks for lunch. read more

I do curbside and something goes wrong every time. I hardly ever use it because I absolutely loathe going to Target. I used it tonight Dec 5 and, again, the guy who brought my stuff out was awful! He wouldn't let me put the food in my bags. He insisted on dumping it loose in my car and then putting it in the bag where frozen food would get any dirt on the floor of the car stick to it! We just went on a trip to the mountains and I had to wipe dirt off everything before putting them away! I had two insulated bags, yet he put one of the frozen items in a regular bag. I didn't find it until nearly an hour later after it had gotten all of my boxed items soggy and it had gone mushy! The last two times I went because I got 20% off on the entire purchase and then 20% off on frozen food. Without that, Target would never see me! Also, last time, it was a nightmare getting approved as a student for the 20% off in time for the stuff in my cart to still be on sale. I had invested so much time into the shopping and almost didn't get it in time! It was a mess! Then, I got a number to the place that was supposed to be approving my student status from Target, but, instead, it was a scammer's number! I worry about people who might trust them and give their CC# out because they got the number from Target, yet when I called the head office, they really didn't seem mussed about it. The time before these, they did an unauthorized substitute. The guy who brought it out said he couldn't do anything. He threw the stuff in my car in a rush and said I had to go inside to customer service totally defeating the purpose of curbside! When I told them this at guest services, they apologized, but said they couldn't track him down to let his supervisor know about it. The Asian lady at guest services is very nice and very good, but I don't think she was the one there that night. Target has some good rebates and I want to give business to brick and mortar stores, but you are a nightmare to deal with! Your app is often a pain as well. This is why, most of the time I use Walmart's In Home service. Do better Target! read more

How about someone picks up the phone, I called 3 times no answer and your open till 11:00pm?

This review is about their pickup/curb side service department. I ordered a TV mount for pickup at this location. Normally, the order is ready in 2 hours. I had a handyman at my home waiting to install it. So after an hour, I went to the store to return a previously purchased TV mount and I decided to check on the new TV mount I had just ordered. As I approached the pickup desk, I saw a worker there. I asked him politely about my order. By then an hour and a half had passed by. So he checked for me and he said it wasn't ready. Then I asked how much longer it would take, an estimate. He said 2 to 3 hours more. So I decided to just go check the shelves for the TV mount myself and just cancel the pickup order. As I was walking to the Electronics department, I received a text message from Target that the TV mount I ordered was no longer in stock and that my order was canceled. So frustrating! When I purchased it online, the information stated that this location had 5 available... I gave 2 stars because the employee was not helpful and he lied about my order. I went to the Walmart across the street from Target and they had plenty of TV mounts. read more

The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the best workers is George who always works with smile on his face. They have a wide selection of products, and I can always find what I need. Checkout is quick and efficient. There's always good number of shopping carts where other Targets are always lacking in supply due to management not collecting them regularly. This one does though. read more

The management team here is extremely unresponsive and unreliable. This locations sign damaged my vehicle. We were able to confirm it via replaying the camera footage. It's going on 2 months, and I haven't even heard back from anybody. Mind you the management team told me that they will contact me in 3 to 5 business days, which is also stated on the document report. I normally try to shop at Target over Walmart. But this is absolutely unacceptable, and I will definitely be taking my business right across the street to Walmart instead. read more
