I do curbside and something goes wrong every time. I hardly ever use it because I absolutely loathe going to Target. I used it tonight Dec 5 and, again, the guy who brought my stuff out was awful! He wouldn't let me put the food in my bags. He insisted on dumping it loose in my car and then putting it in the bag where frozen food would get any dirt on the floor of the car stick to it! We just went on a trip to the mountains and I had to wipe dirt off everything before putting them away! I had two insulated bags, yet he put one of the frozen items in a regular bag. I didn't find it until nearly an hour later after it had gotten all of my boxed items soggy and it had gone mushy! The last two times I went because I got 20% off on the entire purchase and then 20% off on frozen food. Without that, Target would never see me! Also, last time, it was a nightmare getting approved as a student for the 20% off in time for the stuff in my cart to still be on sale. I had invested so much time into the shopping and almost didn't get it in time! It was a mess! Then, I got a number to the place that was supposed to be approving my student status from Target, but, instead, it was a scammer's number! I worry about people who might trust them and give their CC# out because they got the number from Target, yet when I called the head office, they really didn't seem mussed about it. The time before these, they did an unauthorized substitute. The guy who brought it out said he couldn't do anything. He threw the stuff in my car in a rush and said I had to go inside to customer service totally defeating the purpose of curbside! When I told them this at guest services, they apologized, but said they couldn't track him down to let his supervisor know about it. The Asian lady at guest services is very nice and very good, but I don't think she was the one there that night. Target has some good rebates and I want to give business to brick and mortar stores, but you are a nightmare to deal with! Your app is often a pain as well. This is why, most of the time I use Walmart's In Home service. Do better Target! read more

The management team here is extremely unresponsive and unreliable. This locations sign damaged my vehicle. We were able to confirm it via replaying the camera footage. It's going on 2 months, and I haven't even heard back from anybody. Mind you the management team told me that they will contact me in 3 to 5 business days, which is also stated on the document report. I normally try to shop at Target over Walmart. But this is absolutely unacceptable, and I will definitely be taking my business right across the street to Walmart instead. read more

Came to this target since it's one of the closest to us. The parking could be hectic during weekends. The area is not the greatest in Orange; I saw a couple homeless hung out at this location. I think one even peed/pooed at the store because he left some marks on the floor and he was stinky when weakling by. I am not sure why no staff asked him to leave because it's disturbing for other customers. read more

Terrible customer service. No CSR in the tech department and had to walk around asking for assistance and when I finally found someone they just called on their walk-in talkie with no response from tech team member. I finally found someone from another department and ended up waiting 10-15 minutes waiting for a key to unlock apple devices. All other CSR reps walked by offering no assistance and the CSR rep that was waiting never called for a store manger to offer assistance on locating key. I will never come back to this store to spend any of my money. Disgusted with the lack of customer support. This store should get NO stars! read more

The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the best workers is George who always works with smile on his face. They have a wide selection of products, and I can always find what I need. Checkout is quick and efficient. There's always good number of shopping carts where other Targets are always lacking in supply due to management not collecting them regularly. This one does though. read more

I have been here several times now. They have a better selection at this location than the Target closer to me, so that's a plus. Parking lot is often times packed during the middle of the day which I took a star off for. This location is popular and can also be running low on stock so I advise checking the Target app to see if an item you're particularly interested in is in-stock before coming. The employees I spoke to today were super friendly and helpful. They do have a Starbucks but no outdoor garden center. Still, overall, a pretty decent neighborhood Target store. read more

Located where Tustin ave meets meats street and where they sell meat. Not that you should ever buy Target meat, I know I wouldnt. But if you were too...they do sell known brands of sausages, hotdogs and meatless meat. This Target has a food court selling pizza, popcorn, drinks and ect. Nothing fancy. Anyways, this is not my home Target, so I get a little thrown off. Why cant all Targets be the same? This set up is completely different. This Target has the food items near the front. Other Targets store food items along the back wall. The cleaning section is off too. I almost wish they had a road map. Most of my time here is spent at the back of the store, where all the wires are and usb stuff are. The beast of mine always sends me here to do his dirty work of picking up things that he has broken. If I remember Ill buy everything in the back to advoid the lines. The pet isle is also my favorite, which is located all the way in the back, near the far right corner. I buy my doggy Pedigree. My childhood dog Copper lived to be 17 eating it, my husbands dog lived to be 18 eating it, so now little Fiona eats it too, and she loves it. I also buy her bones here too, and wet food if we are in the area and she needs to eat. Their stock is hit or miss. I feel like items are not always replaced as they should be. For example, the toy isles always seem a mess. Cash registers are close together and the times I have gone they have 3 to 4 lanes open, all with customers waiting to check out. Parking is okay if you enter on the Meats side and park furthet away and walk it. If you enter the lot off Tustin prepare to fight and watch an episode of parking wars ignite before your eyes. I shopped at the Target Store 2191 N. Tustin St. in Orange. I used to shop at that store over 25 years ago when I lived in Orange. I did not ask if I could take photos since most Target Stores don't allow them. I bought: Two Degree antiperspirant, Excedrin, Alegra, Pepto Bismol, and Neosporin. I also bought a bag for 10 cents to carry the purchased items. That store brought back memories when I bought my first home, when I was 30. I saved my money as a young boy and told my family I was going to buy a home when I grew up and I did. I walked outside to take one photo. I drove off to find another place for a review. The ladies that work at the customer service counter have always been very helpful and friendly. Returns have always been fast and simple for me. Busy busy location and area with all the shops/restaurants nearby but my wife and I love this Target. We came and got a lot of different Christmas decorations for our home and they had lots of options and different 'cute-sy' things to choose from. It's our first Christmas living together/married so we had so much fun picking whatever we wanted. Always love Target and they rarely disappoint. Target is my go to store for Epsom salt for recovery baths to help decrease muscle fatigue and soreness after a hard workout. They also have 20% off the list price of a lot of great books -- this is where I bought the Hunger Games books and the Divergent trilogy books as well as Jillian Michael's new health book. They also have Yes to Carrots products which work wonders for my sensitive skin. Thank you Target!! Keep stocking great books and paraben free products :) Upgraded this Target to 5 stars because of a few recent visits: They carry decaf Pike Place Starbucks and the sale was a lower price than the grocery store which meant fewer stops shopping :) Got a nice small alarm clock to replace the old alarm clock I just recycled that broke and it was only $20 for dual alarms. Granted the radio reception isn't amazing but it does its job and costs about half of my previous alarm clock which meant I could buy coffee lol Their store brand vinegar which I use to clean almost everything at home is very reasonably priced so I buy this here now instead of the grocery store. They sell Sun Bum which is the only SPF I've found that doesn't harm coral reefs so you can enjoy the ocean without destroying its ecosystem. Their Hask shampoos and conditioners leave my hair feeling amazing and are free of harmful synthetic fragrances. Thank you Target! read more

This is our neighborhood Target and it never disappoints. It's recently been updated over the last year, so you have a good selection of booze, groceries, home necessities and clothes. One reason it's a stand-out is that they're usually really good about keeping up with the seasonal items around Halloween and Christmas while the other stores are still trying to play catch-up. Give me those pumpkins in August and gaudy ornaments in November, please. Even when it's super crowded, there's still plenty of parking, the employees are always friendly, and when there are more than three people in line, they panic and open more registers, making the check-out process a breeze. We've done quite a few online orders and they have a separate counter just for those, making the process quick and efficient. read more

A very weird entrance into target but it's not a bad place especially later at night. It's usually quieter than other targets in the area. Never have an issue when I come here, it's a standard target and it's right off the freeway so its not hard to get too. Especially with this SoCal traffic. A lot of parking food places are around it but nothing I have tried outside of like raising canes. Which is the spot, that's why usually I go to target after eating some of that canes. Self check out option is optimal especially since doing away with employees. I haven't had any issues here. Employees that are there are fine there is no extra expectations for service and if I wasn't eating near I probably would just do the store pick up. Actually use the app and use the store pick up. I've been coming to this target for over 15 years now. They remodeled it and looks way better, very clean and organized.

Biggest complaint is that the selection is not as varied as some other Target stores, although I know that usually you have to go to the boujee stores like Anaheim Hills or Irvine for better produce and perishable products. You can walk in one day and find an aisle torn apart by customers; no stock available, go-back items in the wrong section, things in disarray, etc... and then several days later find that aisle has not been touched by an employee. I've worked for big box stores, I have a lot of friends that have worked for Target, and it's a matter of them not having good organization behind the scenes. read more

I have never been so disrespected. When checking out with alcohol, the clerk had the decency to say "ID por favor or s'il vous plait, whatever language you speak." I'm sorry if the color of my skin (I'm Filipino by the way) made her think that I speak another language or that I'm foreign. I was born and raised in California and only speak ENGLISH! This Target location needs to provide their employees with racial bias training because this is very inappropriate and appropriate action should be taken. Just wanted to add that I go to this Target a lot so this isn't based off of an isolated incident. The workers here are very rude and unprofessional. Every time I go to the fitting rooms the girls are joking about some party they went to over the weekend and when I ask for help they all laugh and whisper after one answers. I actually loathe going to the fitting rooms here since I know they talk about the customers. It makes you feel extremely uncomfortable! :-/ Restrooms- always dirty. Whenever I needed the restroom there is always a sign to come back because of "cleaning". I even asked to go in BEFORE the employee started to clean and he said no. I waited -along with 2 other ladies- for 20 minutes for the clear. What?!!!!! Target RED card. So so so so pushy!!!!! They ask every single time. It's so annoying. I say no once and they are super persistent. Would you like a Target RED card, you can save 5% off every purchase! No, thank you. Are you sureeeee? I see you come in a lot! Come on just apply! The store is also great very large location also really clean and well organized. I also like the food area the popcorn and Pizzahut foods are so good also there sandwiches are really good !! I'm a bit of a Target junkie (is that a thing? Should be) so I've been trying to find my new regular Target, and I think this one is it. First off, they have the most outstandingly enormous selection of children's clothes I have ever seen at a Target- I could've spent hours looking through everything! And they seemed to be reasonably well supplied in the other sections as well. What seals the deal for me is that they have self-checkout. I hate making awkward small talk at the register, so any store that allows me to bypass that uncomfortable feeling automatically gets bumped up a few notches. read more

Super bad experience with a "manager" named Emily. Was on the phone with my sister, she tells me my nephew likes Pokémon cards, i went to the area where the cards were, there was a man there with boxes as i walked up, i stood by the gift cards and looked at the wall for a second, when Emily rushed me, and forced to leave from where i was standing looking at the cards and gift cards. Myself being a manager for 30 years, i couldn't believe how she approached a customer, don't know if because I'm Hispanic and she thought she could rush me and tell me to leave, but it doesn't work that way Emily. I even had to stop her and ask her name , and when she told me she was a "manager" i couldn't believe it, i had to teach this manager how to approach customers and how to ask and say please when speaking to customers in your store. Very very bad manager etiquette being taught at this target. Luckily the woman at customer service provided great service in response to the situation and apologized for Emily. I completely understand if the store was super busy or even busy, but when nobody is there and Emily didn't say anything to the lady looking at the gift cards and only me, it makes you wonder. If my sister on the phone said, who talked to you like that? I told her a manager and she even said wow. I hope you guys give Emily some type of assistant manager training first before you give them that "manager" title , she was a kid so she needs a lot of training and help before it gets worse to other customers. read more

My wife had mistakenly ordered items for drive up pick up and sent me to the wrong location. As I was patiently waiting for my order, multiple employees dropped off to nearby cars but never approached me about my order. After waiting over 30 minutes. Finally, another order drop off employee by the name of Nate saw me looking at my phone trying to figure out what was going on and approached me. He looked at the order list and realize that there was no order in queue for me and suggested that I check to make sure I had the right pick up location. Hold and behold I realized my mistake and I thanked Nate for the help. I proceeded to go inside to pick up the medicine for my child and there were two items that simply I could not find. I asked multiple employees for help and kept on getting directed to other areas or being told they were simply out of stock. I used the target app to help me find and check the stock. Both items had plenty in stock and nowhere on the shelves could I find where they were even place that would suggest that they were out of stock. Not wanting to give up I continue to search regardless of the bad directions the other employees gave me. But fortunately I ran into Nate again and he looked at the app and proceeded to help me find these items Even when all other employees gave up or didn't even try. Worst Target customer service. Had an issue and they told me that there was nothing they could do to assist me and that it was Targets policy so if I didn't like it then I didn't need to shop there. This came from someone named Michelle pretending to be a manager. They offered zeroed help and when I called corporate after the situation was fixed within 15 minutes and they said that the in store people were wrong. Love the store, don't get me wrong however the company "shipt" that they use for same day delivery is terrible!! I ordered items for same day. Also joined a membership that would allow free deliveries. On the site I never saw the price I wasn't even sure it was going to charge me. But they did charge me $99.99 and two days later the ordered items still had not arrived. Finally called customer service through target wanting to see what happened and to cancel my membership. Shipt canceled the membership after deducting a prorated amount. How do you prorate a service that never happened? In any case I won't be joining "shipt" again read more
