This is my go to Target which I absolutely love!! Can't come out of here with just one or two things because every time I'm here it's "oh I need this, oh I could use this, oh this is cute!" Hard to walk out spending less than $50. This location has a big parking lot and I never have trouble finding a spot. The lines are monitored and they move quickly for check out!! They have recently put in self check out which so far has worked smoothly!! The grocery area is large and you can find most items cheaper than a super market!! It's a must to look at the end caps to find all the discounted items in every dept. Oh, and I can't forget to look in the dollar spot. I also feel like the holiday section at this location is bigger than others I've been too. Lots of candy options in the holiday area always. Staff is friendly and helpful!! If I could give target a negative -5 I would. They are not an honest company. I ordered an online nerf gun on 7/1 to be picked up at this store. When I went to pickup on 7/5.. I noticed the gun was defective. I went to return the Gun. They asked me for a return receipt. I gave it to them. Response: Come back tomorrow. We can't issue a refund because it's not in our system. WTH? I showed them the receipt. I don't care... if it's a problem on your side, I want a comparable return. They offered a gift card. BUT they did not tell me it was a return merchandise gift card that could ONLY be used instore. Let me repeat. They never told me that it was INSTORE only. I took the merchandise gift card not knowing this because it was not explained to me. So the nerf gun went on sale once again on 7/9, so I tried to order online thinking I could use the gift card. WRONG. I ended up getting so frustrated because I couldn't order it online, so I went to the store to see if I could just buy the gun instore because it showed up available instore. When I went to target, the price was not sale price. They would not price match the clearance sale price. This was both Beth and Stephen (manager) in customer support. Please do not do business with Target. Well, I would not do business with them ever again. I just want my cash back now. I was given a return card I can't use to get the sale I want. It's a useless card to me. I want my cash back. Both Beth and Stephen were not helpful on 7/10. I hope no-one has to go through what I had to go through.. Take home points. 1) Don't order online instore pickup. They do not inspect their merchandise. 2) You can't return your item, because it may not be in their system. Even if you have the RECEIPT!!!! 3) They would not give me my cash back. I told them the order information was on my target card but they would not look it up. They kept asking me for a receipt. WTF. I gave you the receipt on my first visit and you wouldn't issue my refund on 7/5. It's not 7/10 and you're playing the same game of wanting a receipt from me. You go here to get what you want and the people who work here will help you find what you want if you ask. The return desk people are a helluva lot better than other Targets, like the one in Santa Ana or Irvine, because they never give you a hassle. There used to be a lady who works the return desk here (that bigger lady who is always leaning on the counter just to try to stand up), and one time I tried to return stuff and she goes, "what a waste." I never complained, as I was not into Yelp so much back then, but maybe she treated other people that way too, because the next time I went back, she was gone! Inspite of Target paying her meager wages, I guess she still thought she'd take it upon herself to try to make Target more money by trying to scare people off from making returns! Look where that got you, lady! The MOST annoying thing about this Target are the solicitors in the front. I appreciate the one guy-solicitor just trying to be friendly to get some money from me, but after so many times of him recognizing me and calling out to me, I decided I would drive by to see if he was there, and if so, I'd have to go to my LAST choice - Walmart. YUK. I had surgery on my foot and was wearing a stupid looking shoe and he'd yell out, "who did that to your foot - do you want me to go beat him up for you?" It was sweet and funny, but then I started getting embarrassed when other people would then turn around and stare at me!! But I am still giving Target four stars, because it's not their fault those solicitors are in the front. I told the customer service desk, "You know, those solicitors are going to be causing you all to lose business because for myself, I'd just rather go to Walmart than to have to pass by them." I'm pretty convinced that Target is the 2nd happiest place on Earth. New in town and first on the list is to locate the nearest Target. Score. Found one about a mile away. Except I'm just not sure if this is the Target for me. I mean, it's OK but the one I used to frequent in Costa Mesa was waaaay better. This Target has the basics but I also noticed that there were a lot of things missing that I used to pick up at my local Target now I'll have to make go somewhere else for those items or perhaps see if there's another Target in town that's better. Staff here is friendly but it's not well stocked either. Shelves are bare most of the time which is disappointing and there are hardly any people around so parking is easy. To get in and out, I would suggest going via Meats Ave. It's just easier that way. Other than that, it's just Target but doesn't quite feel like somewhere I'd go regularly. read more

I bought a couch for a birthday and delivered it to another city. Brought up three flights of stairs. Opened the box to come to find out it was returned and in disgusting condition. There was dog hair all over and its missing parts!! I would think when things are returned you would need to inspect it before putting it back on shelf. I really like the convenience of this Target store. It has a bit of everything here. Games and electronics, clothing for both kids and adults, a pharmacy with knowledgeable and friendly pharmacists, a small beauty department, and a well-stocked (and fairly new) grocery department. I buy most of our housewares and bedding here. I purchased a beautiful armoire here a couple of years back. It was well-made and reasonably priced. They also have really pretty picture frames/wall decor and a wide variety of really unique baskets. When it comes to organization, Target has everything you need to get your home organized. They have every size of storage bin imaginable. It's nice to have extra bins to put the kids' toys away in or store holiday decorations. This store also has a good selection of general electronics. Although Target can be fairly expensive, I bought an iPod Nano and a Canon camera on sale here last year, several weeks before Christmas. It was nice to get some Christmas shopping done a bit earlier than usual and find good prices to boot. The toy department here is really great. Thank goodness it's far enough away from the grocery department during our quick visits. I can (or at least try to) avoid this area when I come into Target with the kids. It's nice to not have tears and hear "I want!" as I try to get in and out of the store quickly. This store really does have some nice departments. The customer service could use some help here though. The lines can be very long in the afternoons and evenings, and the cashiers in the regular lines aren't very friendly. All in all, this is a nice Target location to shop at. read more

Target. Who doesn't love Target? Came by to just get simple things for the hubby, and some air fresheners for the home. And, of course, browsed through some of the rows because, hey, it's Target, and Target's awesome. Service was good. It was a Tuesday night, so it wasn't too busy, but we had to wait in line for a bit. Service was good, and our cashier was fine. Only gripe I may have is with some of the customers. There are some that probably should be going to the Walmart, but they come here instead, feeling it's a bit more high-class (probably not too far from the truth, actually). Unfortunately, these customers are rude and inconsiderate. Hi, excuse me, I just need to get to my car. Can't you close your car door so I can get into my car? No? You'll just allow me to just stare at you while you refuse to move? Awesome possum. So, I think hubby and I will be careful if we come by again to this particular location. This Target location used to be two stars in my book. The parking lot is too small to be shared amongst all the other stores and restaurants in that plaza, the store was a bit dark and dingy and ghetto, and it was just not as great as my Target Greatland in Cerritos. However, I just went over this past weekend, and saw that they have newly installed rows of refrigerators for the new 'fresh grocery' section. Pretty impressive. This is typically my go to Target. With Covid-19 going around u haven't really been to the store much. Everything seemed clean and I saw a lot of social distancing markers close to the check out lines so I was so happy to buy my essential products. As I walk through the store I was upset to see a lot of employees not wearing masks or gloves. Majority of the cashiers didn't have masks or gloves. My cashier who was a very sweet elderly woman was licking her fingers to open up the plastic bags to put our groceries in. It was so disappointing to see a lot of employees not following these basic guidelines in protecting themselves as well as the community. I probably won't be shopping here anymore. Really disappointed with this stores management.  Went in to buy beats headphones $89.00, my son wanted a toy so i got him minecraft steve: cost $9.99.  Went to the electronic checkout line and was told by Brandon i could not pay for the toy there i had to pay out front.  What?  He said before the pandemic you could pay there but no longer because of the long lines out front, that you can only buy electonics at the electronic checkout stand.  This is a ridiculous rule or policy.  If i were buying a $3.00 electronic item and the rest was not suitable for that section, understood but this is dumb and bad for business to valuable customers who are orange residents for the past 2 deacades.  Use some discretion.  Policies are made to help streamline productivity and drive sales.  I am a local business owner and will take my business elsewhere if I cant buy an item without the hassle and waste of time. read more

Natural refrigerated juices (Naked brand peach smoothie) were completely expired. The entire shelf. By almost three months. Three months! Pretty gross. Finally I stop by the in-store Starbucks for my first time and am told that my grande sized drink will need to be served to me in two cups. They are completely out of grande and venti sized lids. I understand that they have probably been overwhelmed with returns but it's no excuse for terrible service. Let me tell you , the juniors department was a hot mess. Racks were over filled with clothes that when I would try to look at a shirt the ones in the front would far.... I asked a young lady for some help and she just seemed annoyed I bother to ask for help. I finally found a shirt and the girl in the fitting room was also not in the mood and and said "if your going to try that on make sure you bring it out with the hanger" in the rudest way! I want to give a heartfelt thanks of gratitude to Marcus Faria the Executive Team Leader at Target on Tustin Ave in Orange. On October 1st I stopped in Target to get some lipstick. After my purchase I returned to my car and sat there a few minutes while I opened one of my packages. All of a second I felt a car hit me and saw it in my rear view mirror. The woman in the car assumed I wasn't there and started to drive away. I jumped out of my car and caught up with her, banged on her door and said " you hit me". She said I know. My bumper was damaged, I took pictures, got her information and we both left. The next day I called her insurance company, ALLSTATE and reported the event and got a claim number. Several days later AllSTATE contacted me and said the woman said that we hit each other while we both were backing out. I had never moved from the parking space. The insurance company said at this point since there were no witnesses it was she said she said and unless I could prove it they wouldn't pay. I said there must be cameras in the lot and the agent said that the store would not release the film without a police request. He also said that most probably the police wouldn't waste time on a matter like this. He then said while I was on the phone he'd call Target and prove he was right. He did that and Target agreed with his statement. Now what do I do? Let this lying woman who was leaving the scene of the accident get away with it or spend as long as it took to prove she was lying . First I went to the Orange Police Dept. the claim adjuster was right, they would not help me. . My next stop was Target in Orange. The first person I told about this said that they didn't keep the tape after 7 days. I knew that the tape was not destroyed. I asked to speak to his manager. Out came Marcus Faria. I said Marcus " please I need you to help me". You are the only one who can help, please look at the tape. Marcus did. He wasn't able to see the impact because a car was blocking it but he saw my car never leaving the parking spot and me chasing her car as she attempted to leave the scene. Marcus said he could not release the tape but he would tell the claims adjustor what he witnessed. This afternoon ALLSTATE called me and agreed to repair my car and pay for a rental because Marcus took the time to speak to them and tell the truth. I am so grateful that there are good honest people who step up when someone needs help. Target please recognize this excellent employee. THANKS MARCUS it wasn't about the monetary issue here, it was about doing the right thing while a dishonest person was trying to deceive.. read more

This is my least favorite The Starbucks is incredibly slow (three people behind the counter, one guy taking orders then making drinks) while the other two talk and watch. The line was at least 4 people deep. The returns person was unhelpful and didn't explain anything to the two people ahead of me. Terrible explaining the return policy to them. The check out process is weird. Since the "bring your bag" thing was implemented, they help 0% in helping bag groceries. This review is regarding their "new" dressing room policy. I was clothes shopping in the evening without my kids. I had been there about an hour and had a basket full of items to try on. I went to the dressing room and a few people entered before me. I was gathering my items and proceeded to go inside when the person working inside the dressing room informed me that they were closed. I told her that 2 people had just gone inside and she said she was aware and would be telling them to leave as well. So I look for a sign with the hours posted but could not find one. I ask the girl working there where the hours were posted and how would anyone know the dressing room would be closing if they had not made an announcement and no hours were posted? She said it was a new policy and they should've made announcement but they must've forgotten. So I asked her nicely how that was my fault? And then I asked to speak to the manager. Upon speaking to the manager, he admitted that they did not make the announcement and that no sign was posted at which time I said well then can I try on my clothes since it was an error on their part. He told me he would check but no promises. He quickly came back and told me he would not be able to allow me to try on the clothes because they had to do cleanup. I left the the full basket of clothing there and left the store very frustrated and actually really angry. I have four kids. I'm not always able to get away and shop for myself. I was very disappointed. I felt that since they were at fault for not posting the hours and not making an announcement that I should've been allowed to go in there and try on my basket full of clothes that I spent an hour shopping for. The manager was professional but it's sad that customer service is not what it used to be. It was a Friday night at 930 and while I understand that they have end of shift duties there should have been some type of announcement made regarding the fitting rooms. 2 Years ago I was asked to leave this store in Orange Because I complained about a customer having a full size bull dog inside the shopping cart where people put they're groceries in, I was told that service animals can be place where ever, Well I hope Target learns from wal mart, Wal mart has a sign on each entrance saying To maintain cleanliness of carts, service animals may not be placed in the SHOPPING CART, The sign has shopping cart with big dog in it with the red circle with the slash across. read more

All of a sudden they won't return an over the counter item still double sealed, in box, purchased two days ago (painkiller) even if I paid with my card and they can look it up for proof of purchase. (I misplaced my receipt. ;() I realize that for safety they don't re-sell it, but for a ten dollar item or less they could let people know. I am usually so careful with receipts, and target is usually reasonable with a quick, sealed, return-with-proof-of-purchase on card. What a bummer. Now I am in more pain.... read more

Went to target about an hour go for a drive up order that I received an email that was ready when arriving I parked in space 7 near the tent that they recently just sent up for pick up orders waited about 10 minutes for my order & when it arrived I was missing 3 items which wasn't the first that that this has happened when doing pick ups at this locations when waiting for my order one of the two members out there had left a cart near my car which ended up hitting my car and leaving 2 dents in my car which I haven't had even a week. When trying to resolve this issue with the store I get the run around and then just get told to call corporate. When I contacted corporate they did a report and told me to contact the store manager about the issue when I called to see when the store manager will be in next the lady puts me on hold to check then states she cannot release that information which doesn't make sense on to why she put me on hold so then I asked her & she states cause I know you guys already called so I wanted to see if I could get the answer but I can't.
