Went to target about an hour go for a drive up order that I received an email that was ready when arriving I parked in space 7 near the tent that they recently just sent up for pick up orders waited about 10 minutes for my order & when it arrived I was missing 3 items which wasn't the first that that this has happened when doing pick ups at this locations when waiting for my order one of the two members out there had left a cart near my car which ended up hitting my car and leaving 2 dents in my car which I haven't had even a week. When trying to resolve this issue with the store I get the run around and then just get told to call corporate. When I contacted corporate they did a report and told me to contact the store manager about the issue when I called to see when the store manager will be in next the lady puts me on hold to check then states she cannot release that information which doesn't make sense on to why she put me on hold so then I asked her & she states cause I know you guys already called so I wanted to see if I could get the answer but I can't. Now I have to waste my time to bug the store until I can get ahold of the store manger. read more

Came here to buy a caprisun (juice pouch) and it tasted funny. I checked the expiration date and its 3 months expired! Gross! I googled if it was common for target to sell expired products, and yes this has happened to many people like me. Very disappointed... how long has this product been on shelf? 2 years? I LOVE Target. In the midst of trying to figure out their new set up, etc I have decided I officially hate it. The prices you are charged at the register are NOT what is marked on the shelf. Twice in the past couple of weeks have I been charged the full price for items that are on sale. Their register's computers are not updated with the sale price. What a hassle to have to go back to get my money refunded. Next time I go there , I will be sure to check out the price I am being charged at the register,and double-check my receipt before I leave. read more

I can never get tired of coming here. Granted, most of the employees are kids and that is fine, hopefully Target is keeping them off of drugs or helping them buy more... whatever may be happening here, I enjoy taking leisurely strolls through here after grabbing a Starbucks. Lines are rarely too long (save for Sundays) and the credit card machines are the fastest in the business. The only Target I like better is the one on Harbor in Costa Mesa in the same lot as Kinokuniya Book Store and that gross Henry's or Sprouts or wherever those gross people shop for groceries. Again, this is my go-to Target. Gotta love it. The only other option is Walmart hell across the street. Oh, but please stop changing the aisles around, huh? read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Stopped here to drop off and wait for a prescription at the pharmacy. When I approached the counter the girl working asked for my name, birthday, address, ID, everything. She then said she would be right back she was going to ask the pharmacist If the medication was in. After about 10 minutes or so with the pharmacist looking over my Rx she said it will be ready in about 15-20 minutes. About 20 minutes goes by and I return to the pharmacy. I go up to the counter and one of the other girls starts to ring me up and I have the prescription in my hand. After I sign then slide my credit card the pharmacist comes up, GRABS THE PRESCRIPTION OUT OF MY HAND and says "sorry I change my mind I'm not filling this for you because it's a couple days early". WTF are you kidding me? This is the rudest and most unprofessional pharmacy and pharmacist I've ever encountered. I asked her why she wasted my time, after she already had the Rx in front of her staring at it for 20 minutes and all she said was "I'm not going to fill it" over and over. I told her to give me my Rx back and she refused and told me to go see my doctor and get a new one. My Dr. charges $100 a visit plus he's a 45 minute drive each way. This Target is crap. They're rude. It's a mess. And I'll be filing complaints with the Pharmacy Board and the ADA. read more

I had the most pleasant experience at this target store this evening. I was looking for an item and could not find it on the shelf so I rang a team member for assistance. He checked his little doo-hickey and it showed they should have some but he too couldn't find it... He asked another team member for assistance we checked and it too was not there. He offered to order it for me from their offsite location and it would be here tomorrow. He went out of his way to assist me and made it seem like I wasn't a nuisance to his day. I wish I got his name to give him the props he deserves. It's service like this that makes me visit target over Walmart. read more

I use to go to this target it's been awhile since I shopped here, I moved far from this area. There is a restaurant that's next to this target and I love to eat there. after eating I like to stop by at target. I don't understand how they have so many people working at this store and it's all disorganized and a mess. Especially the woman's cloths. I love this Target. I have friends who will go out of their way to come to this Target because the layout is better and they have more things. You find stuff here you don't find at other Targets. Sometimes when I go to Targets in other areas (ie. especially the one in Santa Ana or Fullerton) its like a maze! I have to wander the store in Zig Zags to find what I need. Not this Target! You just make a perfect circle. Go left! Start with foodstuff. Then pick up household items, personal products, cleaning supplies. On to the fun stuff! Electronics, games, and toys! Now here's the tricky part. After electronics and games, turn right again and its a straight shot back to checkout. Unless, you're lame, then keep going and there's clothes and stuff for babies. Finish your circle and you're back at checkout. Voila! read more

Aww, people don't like my Target. Good. I call Target the 99Dollar store. You go in for dog food and toilet paper, maybe a pair of flip flops, and you spent $100. At least. Every time. Being painfully frugal by necessity, not by nature, I'm generally across the street at Walmart. But sometimes you just gotta live a little, and the Sunday advert had some cute soup bowls for $2. And I really needed some. $107 later, I left feeling like I got some really good value. 4 Anchor glass mixing bowl set- $13. Silicone tipped KitchenAid tongs- $3.50 6 of the cute bowls- $12 20" box fan ahead of heat season- $14.* *which I wanted having just seen Alton Brown's episode on how to make your own beef jerky- no more retail jerky for me. Much better looking home stuff at decent prices. And a cute pair of sandals :) And a beautiful London broil steak for dinner. And everybody tries to cram into the parking lot off Tustin. Go to the south side off Meats where the spaces are really wide and lightly populated. No door dings here. Score! read more

Target your online order return policies suck! I ordered on the 12th of this month an item for 39.99. Due to your failed customer security I did not want to use my card directly and instead chose to use PayPal. After picking up the item I was told an email with my receipt would emailed. Fine, I did indeed receive a receipt. So far so good, right? Well the item didn't work as advertised. I printed the "receipt" and headed to the store; which by the way I don't usually shop at and is out of my way but at the time was the only one to carry the item. I arrive, present the receipt and the item. Your employee then proceeds to tell me that they can only issue store credit because the receipt I presented did not have a bar code and because I paid with PayPal. Why bother to send the customer something that will be useless should they need to return the item? The email did have a link to click to print a receipt however that failed with the following message "We are unable to process a receipt at this time. Please contact Target.com Guest Services at 1-800-591-3869." So I wasted an hour of my time arguing with your customer service before they finally call headquarters to verify my order and get an override so I can receive cash back. What a complete CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STORE POLICY FAILURE. Target get your act together, if you don't wake up you will be headed down the same road as Sears, JCPenney and the like! By the way when I was walking away Cynthia the supervisor or shift manager comments to another employee "I did my good deed for the day", no ding bat you did your job and you did it poorly! P.S. I did not get angry or disrespectful with the employees. I remained calm even though I was extremely frustrated. read more

I love Target. Love! ...I kinda hate this one though. My problem with this Target is how shelves will stay empty for DAYS. I went in once for a specific dog treat my dog adores and for more of my face wash. Neither were on the shelf. My family went the next day in the mid afternoon, so I asked them to check on those two things... still no dog treats or face wash. The dog treat situation happens sooo often it's become a running joke in my family. I've been shopping at this one since I moved 2 years ago and I can't even count all the times this has happened with a product I'm looking for... "oh hey I'm going to go get some Advil!" and then a musical "whah whah" can be heard somewhere when I get to the shelf, because Advil doesn't live here today! Oh and never ask one of the Target workers there might be something you need lurking in the back... they don't care enough to pretend to find out. The answer is just no. Aside from vacant shelves, Some of the cashiers here are super friendly and I will pick out their line on purpose because working in the customer service industry myself, I have a deep appreciation for those who are good at it. There's also plenty on the opposite end, for those of you who may instead be seeking out cashiers of the "I seem to hate my job and through my apathy and poor bagging of items, I will make you feel my pain" variety. But at the end of the day, this is still a Target. And no Target can be all bad, right? Obviously, since they still get my money. My mom loves the people who work the pharmacy at this one. If you go here, just be prepared for empty shelves. You don't have to try and find them, they'll just find you. Trust me. read more

I am so frustrated with the order online, pick up in store!!! I got a couple emails saying my order is ready for pickup. So I went last night, with my husband and two boys. They scanned my barcode order and tell me my order was cancelled, really? Usually if an order is canceled I get notified via email. This was not the case this time. I didn't receive an email of that nature. So I tried explaining to them but it didn't matter, on their end it said cancelled. Ok. So they suggested I call target.com. So I did, I called target.com this morning and sure enough they inform me my order is indeed NOT CANCELLED. as a matter of fact I received an email today saying come pick up your order. After I'm done talking to target.com, I called this target and spoke to one of the managers working the order pick up department.... and they tell me my order is cancelled. Ughhh who has it right??? Is it cancelled or not??? If it is cancelled then where is my money???? I will never order online pick up in store. I have my baby registry there and all I want is some diapers and wipes, people of target in Orange!!! To avoid headaches, don't use Target baby registry. Use amazon, 100 times over!!! I wish I can say I'm gonna boycott target but let's keep it real, I'm a mom of soon 3 children sooo it's inevitable. But amazon is my first choice for baby needs to be delivered to my home. read more

This review is for the PHARMACY only. I've been getting my prescriptions filled at this Target Pharmacy for the past two years now, and I've always received friendly service from the pharmacists and pharmacy staff. Sometimes the wait is long when there are are lot of customers who need help, but the staff is still courteous by the time I get to the front of the line. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and answer my questions on dosage, contraindications, etc. Oftentimes I've needed to fill a prescription for a medication that they don't have in stock. But they either order it for me or tell me which other pharmacies (even non-Target Pharmacies like CVS or Walgreens) might have it in stock. This is great customer service, in my opinion. They will also substitute generic drugs for the brand name ones to save customers some money, granted the doctor says it's OK to substitute. If you need your prescriptions filled, I recommend this pharmacy. And you can even pay for your other Target purchases when you pick up and pay for your prescriptions! Saves time instead of waiting in the regular line. read more

I come to this target all the time, and it's always nice and organized. People are always friendly, and it's way better than the Walmart that's across the street. So I decided to go to Target on Saturday (after Black Friday) right before closing. I was expecting to see the sales floor to look like a disaster. BUT it was actually very clean; other than the extra merchandise that was on the sales floor, you wouldn't have been able to tell that the day before was the largest and most hectic shopping day of the year. The employees at this store were busily working to make sure the store was clean and everything was ready for the morning. Overall I think this is one of the best Target's i have been to. Customer Service I decided to aimlessly walk around the store, mainly because it's my first year not having to work retail during the holidays. I wasn't really looking for anything, but there were a few employees who asked if i needed help with anything. I know that there's this expectation of employees helping customers, but I find that at many places and occasions this doesn't happen, which is sad. read more

"i only need a few things" I LEAVE WITH AN ENTIRE SHOPPING CART! This is my favorite TAR-J! Being its the closest to my house. The sanitizing wipes are a must and this target always has them on deck for the shopping carts. I love how the entire team rushes everytime a spill occurs, the customer service great and every time I see a team member they always ask me "can i help you find something" As everyone knows Target is always well stocked, not so much for shopping carts, there are days when there are no available shopping carts. Id have to sit there and wait. They finally finished their cafe and i dont think anything really has changed, but as far as everything else, I cant complain. Like the store. Hate the pharmacy. They had my prescription for 6 days... actually called and said it was ready. In fact... was not. Went there 3 times when it was supposed to be ready. Then I asked for my prescription back so I could go across the street to CVS. They made me wait 40 mins to tell me they couldn't find it. Was going to drop off another prescription, only had generic and would have to order it... and would need to wait another 4 days. CVS however filled it in 15 mins (after CVS called and had it transferred). Tried to leave a comment on the Target website (via email)... yeah. No email address posted so you have to call corporate. Horrible Target. We came here looking for two toddler shirts that online said were in stock and they may have been but weren't able to find. Every display and rack was in disarray. Every style shirt, pants, whatever was mixed together in all different sizes. Piles and piles of clothes which none were folded. We also need basic disposable utensils which their entire shelf was empty except for one box. I guess I scored there! Never coming here again! Store, fine, pharmacy ... another story ... If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE. At 9pm at night I got a text message alerting me that my prescription was ready, when I arrived by 3p the next day, they had already restocked my prescription and wanted me to wait an hour. DA FUQ??!! That was less than 24 hours since I got the text!!! Complete BS. I also waited in line for at least 15 min. while 2 women behind the raised counter chit chatted and the 1 cashier moved an incredibly slow pace. Nothing pisses me off more than visibly seeing employees dicking around while there is a huge line and un-used cash registers. I spend like 10k at Target per year and this experience was so offensive I'm seriously considering go to Walmart. Walmart, people, the worst company on earth, all because Target obviously doesn't value my time. read more

This is just an average Target. The same as your average place elsewhere in the chain. Better than some worse than others. Nothing particularly outstanding or disappointing about it. They rarely have items that I like on sale, but they have a reasonable selection of good stuff throughout the store So to keep this short and sweet, hit it up if you need something and are nearby! read more

Who doesn't love Target shopping? Frankly most times when you are shopping for certain household items and entertainment stuff - Target does it best. The lines at the store across the street are unbearable...I detest shopping and parking there. I love coming across hidden treasures in the clearance sections, finding a belt for $5 is an awesome deal and buying ELF cosmetics for $1 is even better. Love that they are featuring this cosmetic line right now, it makes for perfect little stocking stuffers. The brushes are pretty decent like the MAC cosmetics line, too. Plus if you're smart about shopping at Target, you can use Target coupons topped with the regular coupons - that's an extra savings in your wallet. I got the Target booklet and was able to buy Chuck roast for $5 and eggs at .75 cents, too. Thanks for the grocery expansion, I love making Target my one-stop shop! read more

Got the best customer service from Ruben. Friendly attitude even though I had a huge cart full of 50% off jewelry and small hard to scan items. He suggested easily ways for me to carry my items into my home and even asked if I had any coupons or gift cards I would like to use. He then told me about apps I might me interested in downloading from target. I was very impressed. I am used to nice customer service at this particular target, but this RUBEN certainly exceeded my expectations. And, of course, as always Target has irresistible merchandise. read more

Normally I'm a big fan of Target, and I think they have pretty decent quality stuff, but this location seems to be arranged kind of weirdly and it is difficult to find what you want. That being said it's nice they have a Starbucks inside and it is kept very clean read more

This target has its ups and downs, but today was the worst I have seen it! The shelves are not recovered regularly. In fact, I was purchasing some dog treats and there was a molding container of berries sitting on the shelf in the dog food aisle. That tells you that nobody has been down that area in a while, or the employees don't care. What I really don't get is that they have a bunch of register stations, but I have never seen more than 3 or 4 registers open at a time. This area gets hit with tons of tourist traffic, so why wouldn't you want to staff more cashiers? I really only go to this Target when I absolutely need to, but if I just feel like shopping I find another one. read more
