Build Your Own Pizza
Amelea J.

Ac runs great here !! It's a build your own pizza kind of joint like blaze and pieology. Customer service is on point. They have a lot of indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. You can probably do a party of 6-8 people but wouldn't suggest anything more than that. I did a chutney base instead of traditional sauce.. and I'm glad I made the change. Bomb !! Would recommend and I would come back.

Cheese and a BBQ Chicken Pizza. YUM!

After five years of living in Temecula, I've not found many pizza joints I'd go back to... Bottega Italia and Stadium. But my daughter, who has taken tons of cooking classes, told me about Vail, and she was RIGHT! It's really great. They use the right cheese so it covers the pie (cubed) without leaving gaping holes or the cheese being too thick. The crusts are brushed with garlic butter, no humongous bubbles (from prepping the crust correctly), and great ingredients all around. A cheese pizza only runs $9. And frankly, two people could share it... Maybe not two giant high school males, but normal people could easily. This is now our go-to moving forward. Oh... they do have a few TVs running sports, but they're not BLARING. You can barely hear them. It's a clean, peaceful place. LOVE IT!

Normally i like this place but I can't ignore the fact that there was a hair in my pizza attached to the chicken...

VAIL MARGARITA
Griffen S.

This pizza place is a treasure of hand crafted pizza made before your very eyes, as affordable prices! We got recommended this place while shopping in the area, the outside area is a little bit like a ranch. The inside smells amazing and they give you pizza options or make one from scratch. They create the pizza in front of you and put it in the oven. They have a few TVs to watch the games during the season. We ordered the margarita pizza and it was delicious and was a little different in terms of how it looks compared to other pizza places. This place was also packed but they gave great customer service through out our time there. Check this place out for some unique and delicious pizza!

I am not a pizza lover, however, I would have pizza from this place any time of the day!! Everything about this place and food was great. - Location - check - Clean restaurant- check - Friendly and efficient staff - check - Food quality and taste - double check! I really liked the pizza selection. You can also build your own one. They offer cauliflower and cilantro base. I chose veggie pizza with cauliflower base and vegan cheese. The person who prepared my pizza added some extras herbs and olive oil to it. The pizza came fairly fast. It was crispy and simply DELICIOUS!! Nothing more to say. Just come here and try it. I will be a regular customer at Vail Pizzeria for sure!

We love to visit Vail Pizzeria every chance we get, great and friendly service! The old photos are so cool to see, we are trying the buffalo chicken pizza next week! Thank you!

Yummy pizza! Love that they have a gluten free crust option as well! You get to pick your toppings or selected ones they offer: on their menu. In line you can watch them put your toppings on too before they heat it up. 25 cents for ranch. Even though it was a busy Saturday our pizza was ready pretty fast! Overall great food and fast service. Seating available inside and outside. I will definitely come back for their gluten free pizza!

My daughter and I worked up an appetite from shopping in the area, so we decided to grab a bite here. I was very pleased with this local owned business and glad that we chose to eat here versus the fast food restaurants in the surrounding area. I appreciated the options on the menu and that we could choose our flavor of dough, sauce, and toppings for our pizza. After preparing the pizza in front of us, they then placed it in the open fired oven. Within a few minutes, our pizza was ready for us to enjoy outdoors where there was plenty of seating and nice views. I felt it was a very personal experience and the staff were accommodating. Moreover the price was just right! Fresh pizza on a peaceful Saturday afternoon was great!

Created my own pizza with mushroom, sausage, bell pepper, onion, pepperoncini, red sauce and mozzarella

After all these years, I have finally made my way out to Vail pizzeria all because my son's soccer team had an end of the season get together here. Why did I wait so long?! Basically, the pizza there are individual sized I would say. They have a menu where you can pick off a list of signature, pizza they make or you can create your own! I chose to create my own. I had a pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, sausage, mushroom, onion, pepperoncini, bell pepper and artichoke. While you pick your toppings, you're standing on the other side of them and watch them create your pizza.! The pizzas come out quick, The crust was crispy as it's a thin crust and very tasty! The ppl that work there are helpful and very nice. Hope to get back there soon. Loved the outside atmosphere hanging out on the benches..enjoyed our delicious pizzas in a very chill place. Hopefully I come Back sooner than later!

Love their pizzas and all of the topping choices. We also enjoy eating outside in the courtyard, at the picnic tables under the trees.

We arrived with 15-20 folks. The air conditioned indoors was a welcoming environment! What I like is that you order at the counter so that the issue of splitting checks is not there. When we ordered you saw a sign that said this isn't fast food your food is made to order to warn us don't expect your food right away. I was slightly worried because we had a second game in 2 and a half hours but I knew it would be okay. We ordered and sat inside. The staff was kind enough to let us move tables around. Then I'd say within 10 minutes our food orders started coming out. The orders then continued to come out at a very steady pace! We were shocked. Then we were shocked at how DELICIOUS the food was. One by one like a chorus of glee, each person commented on how much they enjoyed their food. The menu was so vast that no one had the same order in the adults and each person loved their food. There was only one hiccup. One of the parents order a canned drink but didn't notice that it was alcoholic. This was in no way the fault of the restaurant as it was obviously beer. The parent didn't complain he just opened it and left it. The waitress who was bussing our area asked him was something wrong if he didn't like it and the dad said, I didn't realize it was alcohol. The waitress walks over with the POS machine asked him is order number found the drink and refunded it to the dads card. She did this completely unprompted and strictly because she felt it was the right thing to do. THAT is how you provide excellent service! Thank you The Local Provisions for your gracious hospitality! We will be back!

Restaurant was clean, friendly staff, and well put together. Staff was personable and helped us customize our bowl. The most amazing thing was when I went to pay for my bowl and my son's bowl and the cashier asked how my day was going - and I explained that I've had better days - she was so kind she pushed what was called a"love button." I really didn't understand what this was until I went to pay and realized that she had comped one of our meals. When I said to her, that was very generous and unnecessary she said well when we see somebody who needs a little bit of love or cheering up that is what we do. The small effort was so amazingly appreciated! Will definitely be back when we're in the neighborhood.

They have like 9 protein options but only 3 are included at the price. Chicken , the saddest little falafel I've ever seen and a veggie mix that is primarily Brussels sprouts and carrots. The ratio of protein to extras is so bad. By the time I put pickles and onions and sauce on the wrap the whole thing was soggy cold and had no sustenance. There inside layout only allows for about 8 tablespoons tops so both times I've been there I had to eat outside by the trashcans. Overall the entire experience sucks and feels designed for white suburbanites who have no idea what fresh global flavors should taste like and are just looking for a "healthier" option. I can't understand why my daughter likes it so much. IF I ever go back it will be for a rice bowl so at least when it's cold and full of dressing it won't be completely inedible.

We went for lunch on a Wednesday and we both got the Chicken Pesto sandwich with the salad as the side. No matter how good the food is at a restaurant in your memory it's even better when you go back and it's as good or better than you remembered it! Soft, fresh bread, house made pesto sauce, tender chicken and deliciously dressed greens on the side. You have to order at the register and they bring your food out to you. I got the avocado toast. It was quite bland and was put on top of buttered toast. There was a few pickled onions scattered on top and a slice of radish on each half of the cut-in-half piece of toast. The toast was definitely not commensurate with the highish price. Breakfast burritos were around $18 as well as the avocado toast. The self service coffee was extremely bitter and off putting, especially for a $6 cup of coffee. Based on the mediocrity of the food and the price points for said food I would not return. The menu here on Yelp needs updating, particularly regarding prices. Avocado toast, breakfast burrito and 2 coffees were over $40.

Of all the pizza places in temecula, id have to say this is my favorite. The pizza is crispy and thin. The crust is my favorite part! Its not saucy and very flavorful! This time I ordered the Pork Bánh Mì and a Thai Tea Lemonade. Now, I'll admit, when I first saw the price of the bánh mì, I raised an eyebrow. I'm used to paying less for a Vietnamese sandwich, so I was curious what made this one worth the extra money. Then my sandwich arrived. GOOD LORD, THE AMOUNT OF MEAT! Suddenly the price made a whole lot more sense. They absolutely do NOT skimp on protein here! The pork portion was incredibly generous, and I appreciated getting my money's worth. However, I did notice something that's becoming a recurring theme with this restaurant. While I love the generous protein portions, I wish there was a little more balance between the meat and vegetables. I noticed the same thing with my vermicelli bowl during my first visit. Sometimes a little extra freshness and crunch can really bring a dish together. More veggies would make an already great sandwich even better! Now let's talk about the Thai Tea Lemonade, because this was a fun discovery! I've never had this combination before, and I wasn't sure what to expect. The bold, distinct flavor of Thai tea paired with the tartness of lemonade was surprisingly delicious! It's a refreshing vegan alternative to a traditional creamy Thai tea, and honestly, I'm a fan. Two visits in, and A Noodle Story continues to impress me with its creativity, generous portions, and willingness to put interesting twists on Vietnamese classics. Would I love a little more balance in the dishes? Absolutely. But does that stop me from wanting to come back? Not even a little.
