This little gem is the best tucked away secret. I love the quaint location. It has the best pizza! It's a one size-custom ordered pizza experience. Depending on the time & day of the week, you can walk in there & order right away or you may have to wait a little bit because the line is pretty long (isn't that a good sign?). However, even if the line is long, the staff is amazing with moving the order along at a steady rate, so you won't be waiting too long. My children & I go about once a week (sometimes twice). Wow! Loved the customer service from a team member named Liam. I just moved to Temecula in May and really miss the experience dining at my old pizza spot in Downtown Riverside. Liam's service is excellent! He has served my son and I each time I've visited the Pizzeria and always has the best customer service out of all he other team members! Some of the team members don't feel as genuine and assertive as him. He's very friendly, professional and efficient. No, no, no. I appreciate what is trying to be done here, but I will not be returning unless substantial changes are made. The "everyone else is doing it" mentality has become a plague to the industry. Just because you can do something doesn't mean that you *should*. I visited this business in January of 2017. Firstly, the regular employees here looked like they could not care any less about their job, and the manager on shift looked completely flustered. Perhaps she was new, but a manager should never look as stressed out as she did. Super slow service, and not friendly employees at all. It wasn't even busy. There were maybe four families that had already been served and were close to being finished, three people ordering ahead of us, and five people behind us. For a fast food pizza place, you can't take ten minutes to make each pizza before even putting it into the oven. Especially when you have more than one family, let alone one customer, in line for food. Something I was excited to try was the cilantro crust, because it hasn't been offered at any of the plethora of other customizable pizza places I've been to. It tasted mostly like normal crust, with a hint of cilantro. You'd expect more cilantro taste from a green crust. Not only was the crust a let down, but what's up with their list of toppings? Not a wide enough selection for people who want a good veggie pizza, and it lacked some of the toppings I expect to find at all customizable pizza joints. In the end, I give this place two stars mainly because the quality is subpar and the prices don't reflect that. Its somewhat hidden place, its close to Juice is up and Augie's coffee. I went in during the afternoon and there was nobody there. I was helped immediately. I chose make your own pizza. They had 3 different kinds of cheese, few kinds of meats and few veggies. I did not think there was a variety of veggies as much as I have seen in Blaze and the press pizza since they're the same pricing, expectations and variety should be similar or the same. My pizza was not as I expected, definitely expected better since its a smaller business than the big chain pizza places. After my pizza was ready, the girl brought it without asking to add anything on top. I'm not sure how it is in this place. and I was eating there. So first off, located at the Vail Ranch Headquarters. Lots of parking spaces, but had to walk a little ways to get to the restaurant as it is in the very end. Spacious patio seating outside and very clean inside. Easy enough to follow which way to go in. There's a big menu to the right side as you walk in and also above the beverages. Easy enough to follow instructions what kind of pizza you want--breading, sauce and toppings. There's a great selection of beverages if you want a bottled drink, soda, etc. Paying for your food is easy too since they have the upgraded system from Apple. Tables are nice. Very industrialize look from chairs to tables to light fixtures. Very hipster. Lol Buildings are from an old establishment back in the ranch days and renovated it as a restaurant. Their services are great. No confusions or complications with the employees. Two thumbs up! So their pizzas are thin crusts which I like very much. I ordered white breading with red sauce, and my toppings where mozzarella cheese with sausage, green bell peppers, black olives and spinach. Came out a few minutes later and it was delicious. Popped in today, with family that was visiting. Never even knew it was tucked away back here, but glad we found it while attending a book fair in the square. The place was very clean and open. The ambiance was perfect for us, as we were not on a date having to put on the "representative" nor were we interested in looking at gawdy miscellaneous items thrown up on a wall (as so many places feel the urge to do). Although it is a "build your own" pizza joint we opted to just pick a couple off their specialty menu list. I had the meat lover style pizza and the wife had the BBQ chicken pizza. Both were loaded with deliciousness and you can watch them prepare it before your eyes; and presumably add something else as they are doing so if interested. The couple ahead of us were getting a pizza for their two little grandchildren to split and one only wanted cheese on her half. The owner/manager (?) asked if she would like extra cheese on her half and loaded it up (at no extra cost). I almost requested the same be done to me (BURP), but didn't. We both really, REALLY, liked the tastes of our pizzas! The crust was perfect for both of us, as the wife likes really thin crust and I prefer a little more bulk. How wrong I am, at least under this scenario! The dough was perfect for me too! One reviewer on here notes burnt crust, even on a re-order that was watched over by the owner. I don't know what that is all about, as that person rates them a 2 star with a bunch of photos, but not one single photo of this alleged burnt crust complained about. Whatever......... You have your choice of different sauces to pick from besides your traditional sauce. You also have a choice of dough to pick. They offer the traditional dough, a cilantro dough and a gluten free dough. The ownership and management have repeatedly closed early on several occasions. I've been told it's because they are short staffed and the owner does not want to pay for the additional hours for the employees to keep it open. The obvious problem is if they continue to close early and prevent people from paying for pizzas, they won't be able to pay the bills.
