Worst post office ever. The driver on my route refuses to deliver signed for packages. For years she would leave expensive, irreplaceable packages on my porch that I paid a lot of money to have signed for so they wouldn't be left on my doorstep. I mad multiple complaints and still she left them on the porch. I finally confronted her, and she now leaves a missed delivery notice on my back carport door instead of going to the front to get the signature when I am there waiting for it, making me go to the post office and wait in line. Easy Parking and Easy to get to from anywhere in TO and Westlake. Its the USPO so not much to say you wont expect. You can get your passport renewals done, pick up the usual stamps etc, but they have a moderate selection of packing materials too if you need a box to ship something. They have tape and labels and pretty much everything your need and also a small selection of gift and birthday cards. The staff are friendly too but avoid at possible peak times as the wait can be a while when its busy. read more

Whoever delivers the mail in wildwood in the storm cloud area needs to be fired, she doesn't do her job and she's rude. She has called the cops on my car being to close to the mailbox and trying to have my car towed saying I need to be 30 ft away, 30 ft away would be parking at my neighbors. We have her on video skipping mine and my neighbors mailboxes cause her lazy ass doesn't wanna get out of her car to put in in the mail box but isn't that part of her job? Also, for the houses that have their mail boxes at the front door I'm sure she skips those too since she skips the ones she can't drive up to AND on camera you can see she has more then enough room to still pull up but just skips our house and my neighbors. read more

Quick service and helpful staff. Very organized, I waited in line less than 3 min and everyone was helpful and friendly.

The manager is so so rude and should be fired! First of all when I called one time he answered "Lady what do you want?" If you give me a damn second I'd tell you!!! Look turd you lost my package maybe your irresponsible new mail girl stole it but anyways you keep saying you'll call me back to avoid helping me out and never do or never apologize about anything... The parking lot here is like a demolition derby, and getting out of the lot requires navigating past a pan handler on most days. The good news is that there is a dedicated, speedy mail drop on westbound TO Boulevard, so you don't need to go into the main lot if you just need to drop off. Expect lines inside, but the clerks are ok for government employees. read more

I love this post office! I sell on Poshmark & eBay and my items start tracking almost immediately as compared to other local post offices. They are efficient with 2 separate lines for paid & unpaid. But most importantly, they are courteous and kind. Thank you for all you do! read more

Don't expect any help from these people. I lost a package I sent because they said the apt number was not clear. Instead of taking it to the front office, they put the status as undeliverable and told me it was sent to the return address. 2 weeks later it is still lost and they cant tell me what they did with it..i'm pretty sure you SCAN your pacakges so how do you not know where it is? Use UPS or FedEx, they are much more reliable for packages. Never again. read more

Horrible post office. Incredibly slow. Not very friendly employees. They don't even answer their phone. I would never recommend anyone to go here if they don't have to. I've lived in the area over 20years & it's always been much more of a hassle to mail anything here versus any other post office in the surrounding areas. Why does my two-day delivery take an entire week to arrive? My packages go from the main PO, to Newbury Park [where it usually stalls for another day or two], and finally comes to my PO box at the Janns mall. THREE stops in Thousand Oaks! Why? Aside from this, I love my PO employees who work so very hard to serve the public. The problem is not with them; it's the way they have mail routed that puts extra days into anything sent to me. When something [mailed Monday] should arrive on Wednesday, I won't get it until Friday or Saturday. This is bad planning and two-day delivery is NEVER that. -Fed Up! read more

The staff at TO post office have always been nothing but helpful and often gone out of their way to provide excellent service. Sometimes it can get a little busy, particularly close to closing time, but they still do all that they can to give individual attention while keeping the lines moving as quickly and efficiently as they can. I came here on Thursday evening in a big rush; my tracking for a package had updated to being delivered Friday afternoon, and I really needed this package by Friday morning at the latest, but I knew it was already at this location. I was waiting for a pair of shoes that I was going to wear for my nursing school graduation the next day. This post office closes at 5:30, and I walked in at 5:25, only to get stuck in a long line. When it was finally my turn, they had already started to turn off the lights and close/lock the doors. I was greeted by a very kind woman (I wish I could remember her name! She was blonde). I explained the situation to her, and she said that these packages come on big pallets and she might not be able to get it for me. She could have easily left it at that and turned me away...after all it was past their closing time on a Thursday evening...but she told me she would try to find it and went to the back. She had been gone a long time, by that time I was the last customer in there. However, when she came back she had my box. She had gone through an entire pallet of boxes just to find mine. Words cannot express how thankful I am for this sweet lady! She went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate what she did, and I hope she knows that! My mail carries jams over sized packages plus mail into my mail box. ie, one x-large sweatshirt and a full size sweater plus mail in one delivery. I am concerned that when I remove these deliveries that I might damage them. Are there guidelines to the size of packages delivered to a residential mailbox? This facility is absolutely horrible. I have had a PO box for over 20 years at this location. I have paid my bill everytime it is due and on time. I went to get my mail today and the box was locked. The rep stated that it was due to lack of payment. I submitted the check on time into their payment drop box. The rep said that it was never rec'd and that they do not take payments that way anymore. This was due to them having issues of payments being lost. She had also said that there were 3 notices given letting my family know that the box was closing. I did not receive any notice and demanded for them to show me the notices. Being that it is 2019 everything is electronic so there must be a paper trail somehow. The absolutely rude rep said that she couldnt prove it was given. I had to make another payment for 6mos to open my box. I will be closing that account once I am able to. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, disrespectful, and completely shady. read more

Easy to find location that's not out if the way of the main road. Speedy service with many knowledgable employees. Not much to complain about. Even with long lines the service is speedy. No complaints. There are a lot worse government places out there. read more

I am mostly satisfied with USPS. I think most of the folks at the Thousand Oaks facility are doing a good job. Occasionally I found one of my neighbor's mails misplaced in my mailbox. Not a problem, I would just give them to the neighbor. Never had a problem receiving expected packages. I often ship packages overseas using 1st class mail, and the packages have always arrived safely. I had a somewhat unpleasant experience recently shipping packages overseas with a clerk. I called to complain, but it didn't go well on the phone. (I thought about it afterwards, and realized my complaint may have not be reasonable.) This made me look for other options for my overseas shipping needs. I am relieved to find that monkeyparcel.com provides less expensive services to almost anywhere on this planet. I always thought USPS is the choice, but it is a relief to have a better option now. I am glad I made that call, and regardless whether I should have complained or not, the manager convinced me that USPS didn't value its customers' businesses. this office lacks a level of compitence and very low energy. my overnight package needed to be at the window by4pm. due to the dawdling of my clerk, i was told i was 2 min late and my overnight package would now take an extra day. no effort was made to ask the driver to wait for a moment. the package was still costing $56. no level of concern. fed ex may cost 50% more but they seem to get the job done and would make that extra effort. read more

This is the forth time I have requested a vacation hold online and the mail was not delivered on the scheduled return date. I got an email stating that it would be delivered today, but no luck. This post office has horrible & unfriendly employees. I went to pick up a package the other day and they were all confused and unwilling to find the package. Once I finally got to the front of the line, the male employee told me that he would not take me because "HIS' line was getting too long and he had to help them. I waited in the ONE line the entire time and now he decided he wanted to create 2 lines. An older gentleman was in to pick up a package and was using a cane and not one employee would help him carry his package to his car because of liability!? This man could not carry the package and carry his cane at the same time so I made sure he got to his car safely. Its no surprise that all post offices are suffering when they hire terrible miserable employees like this. The Agoura post office is amazing so I will no longer go to this office anymore. read more

This place needs to be shut down! My fiance sent a box with one of my Groomsman's suits in it for our wedding. That was well over a month and a half ago. I called this post office and they would not help me at all, the only response i got was, "if you dont have a tracking number, i cant help you." Finally i called the destination post office in Monticello Illinois and they were amazing and immediately put in a search request for the box. My groomsman received a piece of paper with a square cardboard cut out with my return address on it in the mail. The return address had been cut off of the box with a box cutter and left on the St. Louis postal service floor. NOW the post office says, sorry too bad, there is nothing we can do about it! THERE EMPLOYEES STOLE MY GROOMSMAN'S SUIT, WHICH IS SUPPOSEDLY A FEDERAL OFFENSE!!!!! AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING!!! The USPS is a joke of a company, and i WILL NEVER send ship anything out of this post office or any other USPS hub again, they are all crooks!!! Too many issues with receiving packages on time. Tracking information shows delivery day and package never comes that day or at all. Have to contact usps and file a claim. This should not happen more than once but it continues to be a problem with this branch. read more

I don't usually have any issues with this location however I had a package to be delivered and received notice that it was being returned to the shipper. I contacted them and was very quickly assisted and my package was located and was promised it would be delivered same day. We use this location on a daily basis and have never had any major issues. I honestly had no issues from this post office till today. I always buy 1000 Postcard Stamps for the business I work for, and I always come here. The staff is nice, and they always helped me out in a kind, professional way. Sometimes the lines get long, but I'm always patient so I kindly wait. Well, I must have came at the wrong time and was helped with who I presume is the manager. She didn't acknowledge me when I was next in line. She took off into a room, came back, and took off again. Then when she finally came back and was ready, she called me over only to tell me she couldn't help me when I asked for the 1000 Post Card Stamps. Her reasoning? Well she just looked at me and asked if the card was under my name. She didn't even look at the card nor ask if it was a business card. I told her this is a business card, and she still said no, but if someone there would vouch for me. I looked around and in the corner was a man who has helped me a few times, he knew who I was, and yet he claimed never to have seen me before? I'm sorry, but that's bullshit, and I rather do business in a professional atmosphere where people don't lie between their teeth because the manager is around or judge people because of how young they look. read more

Was getting a package delivered as a Christmas gift that I ordered on December 12 and it came through here on its first stop. Unfortunately, it stayed here and never left until my third call asking about it. I called a few days before Christmas and got told that it wasn't there, even though it was marked as received at Westlake Village on their tracking site. Called again after the new year and after much trial and error finally spoke to a woman who, after 40 minutes took down my name and number and said she'd "investigate" and let me know as soon as she found out what was going on. I never heard from her, and after finally checking this morning I noticed that my package has been miraculously updated and just left City of Industry, so hopefully it'll be here this week. After sitting at this post office ignored for three weeks. A month after I ordered it. Hopefully I never have a package that comes through here again. read more

I mailed a birthday card with a bookmark and money to my mother 7/6/2016. She just called to tell me she received an envelope that was stamped that the package had not been sealed properly and there were no contents. WTF??!! I went into the post office, had the clerk weigh my card and had a printed postage on it. How in the hell can there be a printed postage on it and the envelope have nothing in it?? I have used more than 30 post offices in my life time and this has never happened to me. I even sent a father's day card with money inside it to my father who's at the same address as my mother from Hawaii with no issue. I've never had any mail I've sent tampered with. I WILL NEVER USE THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN AND HIGHLY URGE OTHERS TO AVOID THIS POST OFFICE!!! My parents both worked for the post office for close to 40 years. I would never tell anyone to avoid the post office unless it was justified. I am heartbroken my mother did not get her birthday card that her grandchildren took their time to write in their best writing their names on the card or the present we enclosed in the card. So I had a package delivered to this postal service location according to my email. I called to confirm that the item was there but the phone attendant asked me for a tracking number. I told her there were several numbers on my email confirmation, but none were eleven digits long like she had said it would be so she told me she couldn't help me, didn't even try to go out of her way to help me just said nope and clicked. Ok, that's fine, I brushed it aside and decided to just drive to the postal office. I got helped by a polite woman who asked me for my tracking number, again I tell her there are a couple of different numbers but none that were eleven digits long like the phone attendant had asked, turns out one of the numbers WAS the tracking number though it wasn't eleven digits long. While she's helping me, another woman who works there decides she will assist me from this point going forward, she shouldn't have, why? This lady was absolutely no help what so ever. I gave her my tracking number and she tells me my package isn't there, I show her my email confirmation and she's sticking to her "NO". I try to explain to her that it shows it was scanned and received, but there was no way getting another answer that wasn't "NO" from her. She then walks away to help another customer, not even an attempt to figure this situation out or tell me she's sorry but she can't help me. I left without my package and without speaking to a supervisor. Management team, please teach your team the importance of customer service and maybe you won't have to wave a "NOW HIRING" banner on your building. read more
