    The self-serve checkout was open today! I read on USPS that they are usually open 24 hours a day seven days a week. Good to know!

    It's been quite a while since I reviewed and it looks like it's time to update. They lock their doors in the mornings now, which I think is for the best. My pics of people sleeping inside are dated and I don't think they do that anymore. Service is always prompt. They have hand sanitizer at every station now and also plastic dividers up to offer some protection against covid. They also have stickers on the ground to encourage social distancing. We are back to wearing masks inside. There is always parking available on the west side of the office. On the east side there are only about six spots and one handicap spot so it's always hit on miss. Their employees are awesome. Tuan is so helpful and always very positive. One time he literally jogged across to room to get to the back and behind the counter to help me promptly. I was amazed! I admit I cannot recall the other employees names but they are always positive and prompt.

    The Service: When I walked inside, it looks like historic building. Different feel than other post office I have been to. There is only one kiosk in the lobby. The staffs are efficient. The Parking: Private lot next to the post office.

    Look at tracking. Complete incompetence.

    I just went in to pick up a package & the clerk, who I've known for at least 20yrs, tries to pick a fight with me. Everyone else in front of me treated civilly. As I left she was still griping at me. Why don't you retire?

    I opened a mail box on a Tuesday. I got a notice from the Post Office that a package I was waiting…read morefor had been delivered the following Monday Morning. I went to the store and it was not there. I went there the next day (Tuesday) at about 11:30 AM and it still was not there. Then later in the afternoon they sent me an email announcing they had it. This was a crucial item for me and because I thought it was lost I ordered a new one and paid for it a second time. This delayed the deployment of a new service I was offering. The first one had a serial number and it was cancelled when they shipped the new one so I could not use the first one. I am worried this practice will cause a needless one day delay in delivery of my packages and letters. In addition, they never gave me a key to the mailbox, even though I have been there 3 times.

She was professional, patient, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. What stood out most was how helpful and attentive she was. She took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly, answered my questions, and made me feel confident that my package was in good hands. She handled my faxing, and she helped by solving an issue…read morethat was accidentally created by the young employee who originally faxed my documents two weeks prior. Admittedly I was upset returning to the store location, and faced with explaining how the previous employee didn't fax the entire packet of document. This delayed the process of my retirement, with my previous job. You see UPS faxed only three sheets out of seven sheets!!! I had no idea, and I was only told that this was the case two weeks later. Long story short Ahkiah handled my dilemma, and she sent us off, with a big smile. She is a good employee, and she understands how to handle her costumers. She knew how to make the costumer happy!! So because of this I'd easily recommend her at this store location.
