They have notaries on staff, which was a Godsend for me, as I needed documents notarized the same day. With most notaries, traveling or otherwise, you have to make an appointment, but here, they accept walk-ins. In addition, there is a notary on staff all hours they are open, which is different from places, (i.e., banks), which have notaries only on certain days or only during certain hours. Here, they are polite, professional, and prompt, and I could not recommend them more. read more

Very helpful all the time since I Usually come to this location and the line isn't usually that long there pretty fast at their job so I would definitely recommend this place definitely a 5 star read more

I do not recommend using the notary service at this UPS Store. I paid $60 to have SBA documents notarized by Leila who was distracted while helping me, then $101 to record them at the county courthouse. After recording, the SBA notified me that one document was missing the notary's stamp. I had to get everything notarized again and pay to record the documents a second time. This mistake cost me time and money. If you need important documents notarized, I recommend going somewhere else. read more

This is my home based UPS its not even by my house we just enjoy this location. They also have a notary on site for any signing needs. There is a small parking lot in front and they are extremely fast. They get customers in and out and are so polite with my millions of questions. I would say they are reasonably priced with sending out packages and purchasing products. They help with exactly what you need and go above and beyond. read more

I came here to get one document printed and scanned. I send an email before I got there to pls print I'll pick it up at 430 pm it wasn't printed. Manager was rude and had an attitude the whole time I kept telling I am on a lunch break but it took forever to do a print the. I said I need to sign and scan it too. She started helping another customer. Zero empathy. She kept saying when I told her that I need to do this real quick and get back to work I won't be able to even eat lunch if she's so slow she deliberately took forever to print and scan my document threatened to call cops on me cause I got frustrated but I was sitting there I felt discriminated due to having a bit of an accent. She lost a customer there and because of her I am giving her one star She should have had empathy. Try to be fast and reassuring she'll get it done quickly. I didn't appreciate how I was treated. At the end I only got my print not even my scan. Really not cool. That's not how you treat customers during Christmas holidays. read more

Had to print out a paper today, the gentleman who helped me was super helpful and even let me borrow scissors to cut the paper exactly how I needed it. It was also a very quick process and only around $2. This was much smoother than my printing experience at other places like fed ex! (Not sure of his name but a younger Hispanic male) read more

Chelsea helped me so wonderfully. I was struggling with a couple of my Amazon returns and she was extremely attentive and quick. Very great customer service. Thank you Chelsea! read more

This location is great! They moved here maybe a year ago and the lot is smaller than the one they had been in, but there are still about a dozen spaces or so. Be sure to drive down Orange Grove and to turn in the driveway from that street since their parking is on the southwest side of the building. I come here a lot for Amazon returns and the gentlemen inside are always very fast and friendly. I appreciate how helpful they are and their positivity. Thank you to the staff at this location for always being so nice to me and welcoming. I will keep coming back for sure. I do wish they were opened on Sundays, but 6 days a week is fine. :) read more

Arman and Mona give fast, great, prompt service! !!!!!!!!! Five stars !!!!!!!!!! they are both very friendly

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this UPS Store. For the second time, a package I paid to ship has been lost--and the experience trying to get a resolution has been nothing short of frustrating. I've been given the runaround for two weeks now, with no clear answers, accountability, or real effort to make it right. It's beyond disappointing to pay for a service, trust your items will be handled with care, and then have to deal with delays, confusion, and ultimately a missing package. What's the point of using a professional shipping service if I can't rely on it to do the most basic part--deliver? UPS really needs to step up the customer service and support at this location. read more

Manager Chelsea did an excellent job helping me sort out my delivery options. She was very professional and extremely helpful. After fighting with a computer assist on the app and on the phone, having the ability to work with a real person was beyond helpful. Thank you Chelsea! read more

Went into the UPS store because I wanted to mail off some tax paperwork. The woman working the counter had no clue if they mailed documents to PO Box's, so she turned around to ask Ruth if we did. Ruth answered her question without looking at her. When I asked a follow up question (do you know who mails to PO Boxes) aimed at Ruth she ignored me and the woman at the counter. Her behavior was unprofessional. I don't think I will ever be going back there. Ruth's service was poor to say the very least! Do better. read more

I have been coming to this UPS for many years and the staff is always kind and very helpful. If you don't know how to stick on the barcode or close your package they will do it for you and the print options are great if you don't have a printer at home. I definitely recommend them. read more

Great service , efficient and quick .definitely recommend it. The employees know gear they doing .

Good experiences with Rosa and Ana. Helped me scan a ton of packages really fast and was super helpful

I accidentally found this UPS location after my usual UPS store was closed for good. The young staff at this UPS store was really fast and friendly. This may be my new go to UPS store! Thanks you guys for your hard work. read more

I have only been to this store 4 times, but every time I have been, the service is great and the staff are professional and helpful. This store recently installed self-service package return stations which will be even more convenient in the future. read more

Parking is super easy and the staff is always excellent. You can get in and out of there in no time. Great spot.

If you go through this store do yourself a favor and video tape yourself dropping it off. Received a receipt 3/21/2023 with a tracking number. According to UPS customer service the item hasn't left the store was never shipped, told to call the store, called the store spoke with their useless manager Gus who told me my business with them was done, needed to file a claim with UPS or Amazon, was super unhelpful and when I tried to get specifics told me to wait another week because it can take 3-5 weeks before a credit is processed on Amazon. Recommended customer service training since he was quick to reply and get interrupted along with the rude associate I spoke with before. Called UPS corporate and was told the shipping take 24 hours and that is not correct that a 3-5 week shipping timeframe exists. Now reporting this store, emailing corporate and all because someone couldn't be more helpful and just handle this more professionally. *see below - that's who you're dealing with. How can a package be lost when it never left the UPS store? They didn't ship it and won't take accountability - do business elsewhere * read more

I come here often and I always appreciate the great service I receive from the staff. They're a special group of people. They encounter all kinds of customers, all day, every day, from the joyful and savvy, to the petulant and ignorant, and they remain professional and courteous with all who come through the door. It's about time I give them a positive review to spread the word of the great work they do for the community. read more

Super rude. No hello, no thank you, just a shitty attitude. Grabbed my items as I was clearly trying to hand him what I had to return. Won't be going back read more

Kind, courteous, helpful, convenient parking. What more could you want? Highly recommend

Efficient! The people here work very hard and keep a good disposition through it all. The owner is serious about providing great customer service and has great business acumen. His kindness is unparalleled. Nothing to complain about here. Jake, thanks for all your help as always. Your professionalism is impressive to say the least! read more

This location is terrible. I was there today, returning two items that I had purchased on Amazon.. The UPS clerk stated I needed two separate QR codes for the return. I thought it was strange, but I contacted Amazon and they gave me two QR codes. When I got the two QR codes per Her request I went to her so she can check me in and I can make my return, she told me that I have to go stand in line again and wait for my turn. I will never visit the store again. I just wasted 30 minutes trying to get her 2 QR code because she didn't feel like putting the boxes in one big one. read more

The worst carrier ever. Tried to call them several times. Their phone can't find trucking numbers, and phone line disconnects automatically for no reason. Is taking over a week to get my package. Their reason is that they are waiting for more packages to arrive to ship to California. Stupid idea. Go ups. read more

I don't know of any other entity that even comes close to this place. Maybe the Rolls Royce dealership in Beverly Hills? :) I don't recall being inside for more than 45 seconds for a shipment or an Amazon return. Fully staffed at all times. Thank you, UPS. read more

I needed something to be printed very fast and I stopped by here. The workers here are very friendly and helpful. I needed about 5 pages of print and they were so detailed that when they saw some of the papers have small marks on them they offered to print a new set just to make sure I'm satisfied. I believe it was $1.50 for up to 10 pages, sorry I don't remember the exact number of pages. But I do remember that it was affordable and I walked out very happy. I highly recommend this location. read more

I didn't know about thus place right next to my work until my son found it out. I thought it would be a huge line and after a lot of questions I will be sent home for some additional information. But in reality I was really in and out in less than 5 minutes Just speechless but in a good way read more

The older gentleman who is presumably the supervisor/manager is extremely rude and outright disrespectful. He made me feel as if I was committing a crime by visiting his store. Even my 10 year old asked me why he was being so rude. They constantly lose our packages and hold our packages for up to a month before sending them out. They are notorious for this and it needs to stop! I will be contacting UPS Corporate Offices soon requesting an immediate investigation into this location. This is the location in the Chuck E. Cheese / K-Mart plaza. read more

I've been to this location several times and have never had an issue with any of the items that I shipped out. The workers are also friendly and from what I can tell they do a good job with helping each customer. There's also plenty of parking in the complex so you'll never have an issue finding a spot. The only suggestion that I have would be to put markers down on the floor so that customers are spaced out while they wait to safely protect everyone from the potential of getting COVID-19. read more

Worst customer service ever. Gus (the franchise owner of this store) does not care about customer service and is as smug, impatient and annoyed as they come. I will be reporting this store to corporate. They deserve to know and customers deserve better. Worst business owner I've ever met. read more

I always have a positive experience here. I don't relate to any of the negative comments posted. Staff has been helpful and courteous.

I love this location. Everytime I come here, I'm out in 30 seconds or less. So fast and efficient

I came to the store yesterday with having a lot of things that needed to be done- printing and having something notarized and having something scanned, and Amazon returns, and Jay went out of his way to be so kind and so efficient and so helpful it was such a treat to have that service and I couldn't be more thankful. I have rarely had somebody be so patient and take care of everything with such competency. read more

I love going to this UPS store! I have never had a bad experience. The staff is all friendly and very efficient. On numerous occasions they have kindly gone out of their way to help me. Last week I had a huge amazon return that I was not sure how to "box" up. Chelsea completely figured it out quickly, helped me package it and it didn't even cost me a lot extra. She is a gem and always friendly and knowledgeable. read more

5 star! All employees so helpful! Thank you very much for that kind of service! Ups best

The store workers and manager are young, obnoxious young guys with no regard for their customers. They are rude and unhelpful. They act like they are doing you a favor to answer a question or help. Over and over I've heard them be condescending to a customer, act exasperated at a customer needing help and watched them comment and laugh at customers behind their back. The manager is the worst. read more

Have been here a couple of times. Each time the employees have been very quick to help. Even when there was a line, they tried to get to everyone as quickly as possible. They have been helpful and all in all a pleasant interaction with the employees and business. The only thing is the parking kinda sucks but that's not a reflection on the employees. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star I would.... This place needs professional young individuals who are well trained in customer service and etiquette. Including the store manager. To laugh at your customer while your customer is still in your store is not acceptable. When I spoke to the store manager, he simply said, there is nothing wrong with what my employee did or said. Is this how you take care of your customers? Very sad..... will definitely not return read more

I rely on UPS to get a lot of my shipping for work. But since I can process my Amazon returns, it's an added bonus. I like this location bc of the 2 access sides for parking and the staff are super nice and helpful. They are very quick and efficient. They really do go out of the way to tell you about pricing and help package your parcels w no fuss. They've saved me time and money. I appreciate how much attention, care and kindness they've offered upon each visit read more
