There is a small parking lot in the back and some loading spots directly in front on the street. There is both a front and back entrance. There is also a little kiosk to scan and drop off packages which I have used before when the line is really long. My only negative is the workers cannot help with any lost packages, even if originally dropped off there. Made the mistake of coming here today, the day before New Years, to ship a single envelope of documents from Burbank to Canada. Simple enough? Think again. The 2 young guys behind the counter immediately said it would be at least $200! For an envelope. They didn't even check the address in the computer for a quote. He insisted at least $200 and maybe more. I said that I had just come from Fed Ex and they quoted $84. The kid wearing braces said you should try USPS. I guess they wanted to close early. This was at around 1:00PM. I called the UPS store on Alameda and the nice lady asked for the zip code and weight and quoted me $114. Both Fed Ex and the UPS Store on Alameda were professional and ran the address to give me a price and options. I will use the Alameda UPS Store going forward. These 2 employees should be spoken to for driving away business and giving false information. Very poor representation of UPS. read more
