This location isn't really helpful with the problem I came across. The sales associate was very helpful but when it came to the Manager, it was like talking to a wall and I still needed to talk to Billing instead to dispute. My packages were to arrive Friday for a Sat event and the UPS store out in San Jose didn't make full attempt nor communicate to deliver it on time. They took it upon themselves to deliver it on Mon since their delivery warehouse was closed on weekends. The packages were meant for Sat! Now they want to tell me I can't get a refund when this was out of my hands and their wrong doing. Now I have to call billing to dispute. This location wasn't helpful at all. read more

I had to return a purchase I did on line and I had to ship it via UPS. So I went to this place - it seemed close to where I live. Parking is pretty difficult, it has a tiny lot behind. You can get a spot if you're lucky. I guess I was. Otherwise, metered street parking, Toluca Lake is kinda tough in terms of street parking. It was kinda busy and Jesus jumped over to me and got to me within me being in the store for less than 40 seconds. Jesus was super friendly, super professional and understood that my package required extra pampering so that it arrived in perfect condition to its destination. He was kind enough to verify if my package would arrive in time knowing I was ready to expedite and assured me I was fine. Couldn't be bothered to walk up to the door and just tell us to come in. I say this because it was difficult to look inside with the sun hitting the windows and having a mirror effect. Really? The office was small and extremely cluttered, luckily it was empty, or that could have been an uncomfortable wait. The Reps were nice and polite. Parking was extremely brutal, There is meter parking in the front and a few spots in the back of the store. I got lucky to get a spot as someone was leaving, but there were several cars circling for spots. Would come back if in a rush and in the area, but not making the effort. read more

I have always loved this store and the customer service. I've only been there once since the COVID-19 and won't go back until there's a vaccine. I don't see the point of everyone in line wearing a mask and everyone behind the counter wearing a mask when one individual running all over the place behind the counter is not wearing a mask. He may be the one carrying the virus and not know it. I thanked the person waiting on me for wearing a mask. The individual not wearing the mask was standing right next to him and had that usual smirk on his face like many who don't wear masks do who think they're above all of this and don't care about you, only themselves. Last Tuesday was my 7th visit to this branch which I have used primarily for sending legal documents and other important papers !! As always service was quick, cheerful and efficient. This location is just awesome! I recently went to another location in valley village and it was AWFUL. The employees here go out of their way to help and when I have an Amazon return it's easy as pie and i never have to bring an envelope and it usually takes 2 secs and i'm good to go.
