The technician was very polite and he got the system working again in no time, and he didn't speak to me in computer, techno talk." A few months later we had an issue with our printers. I called NORCAL and once again the problem was solved, the service was great and the price was very reasonable." Gail M. Walnut Creek "While my family and I were preparing to move across country, my computer crashed. I could not even boot it up. Microsoft told me that I had no option other than to reinstall Windows and that I would lose everything on the hard drive. I had a years worth of family photos, tax records, contacts and other important documents on my hard drive and had not backed up anything! In the midst of my panic a friend gave me the number of NORCAL Computer Clinic. They told me there was a good chance that they could recover the important documents and would need to take a look. They picked up my computer at my home, diagnosed the problem, recovered my documents, installed a new hard drive and delivered my computer back to me; all within 24 hours. Without NORCAL Computer Clinic, I would have lost my priceless documents and probably would have replaced the entire computer. The price was very reasonable and the service was well beyond my expectations." Michael G. - formerly Walnut Creek, CA "Thank you for all of the help with our computer- you don't realize how dependent you are on computers in your everyday life until you don't have one working. Your service pro was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed our problem and presented us with a solution that was easy to understand. Be sure to tell him thanks. I will recommend NORCAL Computer Clinic to all of my friends and family!" Brent S. - Walnut Creek, CA

In 2010, Help4Access seamlessly migrated our tables to the cloud using Microsoft Azure--which was brand new at the time. The transition was flawless and truly transformative for our operations.  Since then, they have continued to enhance and refine our system as our needs evolved. Every interaction with Help4Access has been marked by professionalism, expertise, and exceptional reliability.  We have worked with other entities who claimed to have experties in the field, but we ended up feeling as though they were learning on our dime.  This was never the case with Help4Access.  I couldn't recommend them more.
