I cannot say enough good things about 24hourtek and David Moss and his team. For seven straight days, nothing went right with my internet. First, the cabling company from the neighboring suite cut all my wires. Then Yahoo Small Business shut off my domain. And lastly, once the cabling company re-connected my wires, one of my DSL lines stopped working. They say bad luck comes in three and I had my three. 24hourtek took responsibility for solving each of these problems and stayed with them until they were resolved - all under my maintenance plan. And that was easier said than done - especially with Yahoo Small Business. It took four days to get through to Yahoo which is a very long time to sit on hold. Excellent! I'm greeted very friendly every time I call, and I've made my share of calls. They are patient with you, work very professionally and quickly. I never wait beyond comfortable, and if it's urgent, they are on top of it. After a serious meltdown with a previous IT provider we switched to 24HourTek and it's been running smooth eversince. We run a 24/7 dispatcher on site and cannot aford to have any phone or IT downtime and 24HourTek can deliver the level of service and expertise we need to stay up and running.
