We highly recommend 24HourTek. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and positive energy have been a breath of fresh air for our team at SNAC. After ending a difficult partnership with our previous IT provider, 24HourTek immediately restored our confidence. Their team communicates clearly, resolves issues quickly, and consistently goes above and beyond to keep our systems running smoothly. It is rare to find a partner that combines technical expertise with such genuine customer care, and 24HourTek delivers on both. We are grateful to have them as our new IT team and look forward to a long relationship built on trust and reliability. read more

If someone had told me about 24hourtek a long time ago, I would have had to bear a lot less headaches. Because I am not very good with computers, PCs or MACs. Maybe I could take a few classes, but it doesn't interest me at all. So many people are already good with computers - I'd rather just go to them. 24hourtek is one of those places. My computer crashed a month or so ago. It was debilitating. I had a lot of active files and I was afraid I couldn't recover them. The computer would not even turn on. I took the hard drive to 24hourtek. By the way, they can go to you, too. They pulled the files off for me. I was saved from rebuilding 3 months of bookkeeping work. It took them half an hour. I wonder if they can save the files on my MAC, too. read more

I run a design agency in SOMA, San Francisco. There's no question that my company would not run as well as it does if it weren't for 24HourTek. I interviewed a number of tech-support companies and 24HourTek was, and still is, the only one I'm comfortable with. They do great work for us so that we can do great work for our clients. They take care of any tech issue we have; more than I had anticipated. They've rebuilt our server, wired the entire office, set up a new employees' workstations, created and manage an inventory of every machine and software license we have, set up everyone's machine to print correctly, put all our equipment in a server rack... the list goes on and on. They'll answer any question related to tech, even if it's really small, like "why are these keyboard shortcuts not working in Adobe Illustrator anymore". Time is our most valuable commodity and 24HourTek gets that. They work around my designers' schedules because they understand that we're doing billable work for our clients. They allow me and my team focus on what we do best; design, serve our clients, develop our team, and get new business. My company is an approved vendor of some Fortune 100 companies, including one of the biggest banks in the country, so we have very strict information-security requirements. I need a vendor that has the same stringent security policies and expectations of professionalism that I have. 24HourTek is the only company I interviewed that took it as seriously as I do. read more

These guys are the best! Very attentive, patient, and very much on the side of the end user. I had some trouble with remote access and paged them, got a call within 5 minutes, and my problem was solved very soon after. I think 24hour tek is a good bet for any company in need to quality IT support. read more

My company has worked with 24-Hour Tek for ~5 years and they have been an incredibly valuable partner for us. As a small firm, we cannot afford having an in-house IT employee, so 24-Hour Tek is our go-to for any issues we have with our network, phones, and computers. As the Operations Manager for our company, I work with the 24-Hour Tek team about once per week and am happy to report that the team we work with commonly (Patty, Ernie, Jon, Bryan, Wes, Todd, David) are all very friendly and helpful. They also have a diverse range of knowledge across the team, which allows for specialized help when odd issues pop up. Service calls can occur over the phone/remotely or on-site and always include high-quality, professional service. They happen to be located blocks away from our office, so even on-site visits are easy to schedule and timely. I highly recommend 24-Hour Tek if you are in need of outsourcing your IT services and looking for a friendly, knowledgable team. read more

Super awesome! I work at a small start-up so we recently started outsourcing our IT issues, and 24hourtek was chosen out of 6 or 7 potential vendors. So far they've been very hands-on and willing to help, and it's made a world of difference in improving our connectivity problems. Highly recommend! read more

Patient, knowledgeable, easy to work with, reliable, and responsive!

24 Hour Tek has been a tremendous help to our non-profit. The team is super responsive to issues, great at problem-solving and have pulled me out of a few time-sensitive tech quandaries with great skill. They're a lot of fun to work with and have helped *our* team to understand enough of the basics to troubleshoot on our own. Highly recommend. read more

The 24hourtek team has been critical to our team's success. They've executed: Desktop support for us for several years; an office move including the move of our local server room; and countless day-to-day tech challenges our small team faces. We rely on 24hourtek and they always deliver! read more

David is amazing! Very friendly, professional and helpful. If you're having tech problems, he's your guy!

After ending a week in which we have had seemingly dozens of "fix-it" requests from our 3 locations combined, the team at 24 Hour Tek has performed superbly - timely responses, friendly, professional attitudes and great solutions - there is no doubt in my mind we made absolutely the right decision going with this company. Jon, Wes, Alphonso, Sam, Mark, Donna, Dewey (to name a few) have been incredibly helpful as we get through this initial period of making everything work right. Please know how grateful we are for the help, and again, I commend David for assembling such a great team! read more

We moved into a space 3x our old location. I needed all the IT help I could get. 24hourtek took full ownership of their work. This move had a few challenges and lots of moving parts. Props to Tony, Joey and Carlos for making this move go as smoothly as it did! read more

It's rare to have a service provider who hits on so many important & necessary qualities: strong communication (including the ability to put in layman's terms, IT concepts that are way over my head), punctuality, competitive pricing, friendliness and most important, extremely knowledgeable in their field. I've used 24 Hour Tek for both my personal computer and for my business needs and they've been fantastic. Really nice team of employees that David has helped curate at 24 HT and I have no reservations referring friends and colleagues to them for computer repair and IT services. You can't find a better team out there! read more

Earlier this year, I had upgraded my operating system to Windows 10, and one day, the computer wouldn't start. It got stuck in a restart loop that I found out was a common problem with Windows 10. I called around to a few places, and I couldn't find anyone who would even look at my computer for less than $150, let alone fix the problem. They all wanted me to sign up for some ongoing service, but I only needed someone to fix my current problem. Luckily, however, a friend of ours referred us to Carlos, who was able to diagnose and repair our computer back to its factory settings. He was also able to save all of our important data, and for a fraction of the cost that the other places were going to charge. I couldn't recommend this service more. Carlos was a real life saver. We had irreplaceable pictures of our children and family on our hard drive that would've been devastating to lose. I recommend 24hourtek to anyone in need of IT repair. read more
