Ventura Tech has been our local tech support for over a decade for our retail stores. They are awesome at quickly resolving network and hardware issues to make sure our point of sale and back office server stays open for business. We're at the point where our network is only down when the internet service is down. We expanded into Monterey a few years ago and Ventura makes sure our network and computers run smoothly down there as well. We highly recommend Ventura tech for your IT needs. read more

Amazing person with strong skills. Took some time to return my item but there was a solid reason of delay. Thank you

As a small business owner since 2005 I can tell you that selecting your IT partner is one of the most critical decisions you can make- I know, because I made a few bad ones. Ventura Tech is top notch- from systems review/design, networking and off and onsite employee support. We're fortunate that as neighbors, we even sometimes get support when we run into each other grabbing lunch. We can quite simply NOT say enough wonderful things about this team. read more

Ventura Tech does our thinking and management for us, licensing, upgrades, protection, redundancy; we would need a team on site to do what they do for us remotely. We love these guys. read more

We've been working with Ventura for almost a year now and they have been consistent, reliable & ultra-accommodating as we have had a couple of really intense internal office moves. They saw us through everything with flying colors and without them-our work would have been severely compromised. A HUGE thank you to Matt, Juan, Spencer & Ernie & the team for seeing us through all this!! read more

We used Ventura Tech to help with our internal wifi and router systems. Our office in SOMA in San Francisco has 50+ people using it daily and we had horrible lag times and router issues. Once the team from Ventura Tech came out and fixed our situation we have yet to see another issue. Will definitely be using them again. read more

We've been utilizing Ventura Tech, Inc. now for over 7 years and I cannot say enough great things about them. Matt is extremely quick in responding to any questions or problems - no waiting - and I seriously mean that! In fact, he will attempt to figure out the problem remotely and do the fix if at all possible. This saves them and us a lot of down time and money. When we had problems, whether it's the software or hardware, Matt was able to identify it immediately by looking into it remotely. When it can't be remotely resolved, Fred is the IT genius that comes on site as if it was "NOW" and he is our "Speedy Gonzales"....finds it, fixes it and then he's done. When they are on-site having to remove or replace hardware, you hardly know they had boxes of electronics because they're neat, efficient and work together like a hand in a glove. Ventura Tech, Inc., is the way to go if you're looking for a reliable and professional company for IT Support. If you're looking for somebody you can truly trust, who are pleasant to work with, who can identify the source of any problem on the spot and will FIX it without unnecessary waiting, inconvenience and NO DISRRUPTION, CALL VENTURA TECH. You won't regret it. Ventura Tech may be a small company but they provide professional, quick and reliable IT services as if it was APPLE. From the day we contracted with Ventura Tech, we knew we were in great hands. Never worried about anything - Matt and Fred are there to guide us, make recommendations and render support 24/7. We have been working with Ventura Tech for just under a year and they have been phenomenal. We are a 20 person firm and our IT needs had quickly outpaced our former provider. Ventura seamlessly helped us transition to new computers, servers and fix all our nagging problems. They continue to be super attentive, responsible, and helpful. We're a largely "paperless" boutique business litigation law firm in Jack London Square and virtually everything we do is time-sensitive, much of it governed by rigid statutory deadlines. Needless to say, our timely delivery of services to our clients (who include Fortune 100 and 500 companies) and timely compliance with court deadlines depend on an efficient, smooth-running IT system. We simply can't afford slow operating systems or downtime. About two years ago we switched from an IT provider that was well-intentioned but sluggish, and it seemed we never saw or heard from the same technician twice. Consequently, nobody at the old shop demonstrated an integrated understanding of our system, spent the time to learn it, or made well-informed recommendations for how to improve it. Ventura Tech changed all that. Matt, Peter, Spencer, Juan, and Fred have without exception been skilled, responsive, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and always friendly. An IT dream team! Thanks, guys! read more
