    My surprise toy Dino!
    Jackie K.

Cute drink place located in the Stoneridge Shopping Center. Service is via a self service kiosk or in person. I wanted the drink with the surprise stuffed toy hidden in the bottom of the drink cup. We couldn't find the option via the kiosk, so we waited for an employee to come out from the back of the store. No one came out for a while. We had to call out for someone to assist us. There wasn't too many customers in line. However, the food and drinks came out slowly. Adorable brand items were available to purchase as well. I ordered the lychee watermelon green tea drink 1/2 sweet. It was too sweet lol. I had to wait a bit while the ice melted. Pieces of lychee and watermelon are a nice touch. I enjoyed the tea and surprise dinosaur!

They do such amazing job creating yummy drinks. There's always something new and it makes us keeps coming back to try them all. They are generous with their unique toppings and they are super delicious. It's not just a drink, it's a dessert, it's a meal.

UMe replaced Zero& at the Stoneridge Mall. The decor, lighting and store colors look super inviting. I was trying to avoid getting yet another boba but then got pulled in as I was walking by. Bad idea! The number of dejected looking people waiting around should have indicated to me that the wait times were super long. I waited in line behind 1 person to place an order for over 5 mins. Anyhow, once the order was placed, it took 25 mins to get my order. The staff for some reason did not put a straw next to my drink and I was in such a rush after a long wait that I just picked up my drink and the cloud shaped marshmallow that came with it that the realization did not hit till I was in my car in the parking lot. At that point, I just decided to give it a whirl with a spoon after I got home. Keep in mind, the standard straw does not work with this drink (trust me, I tried) Now about the drink I got, the mango coconut cloud and the drink was pretty good- there was real mango puree and soft coconut meat in my drink, with the lychee jelly I added, the drink was pretty yummy besides being very aesthetic. Lesson learned- the drinks are good, but plan for the wait time. Place an order and then go walk around and come back when the drink is ready.

We were so excited to see an UME here while traveling and visiting Stoneridge mall. However after ordering it ended there. It is small and only 1 ordering screen. They were not really present at the front counter and only when bringing out drinks, which was very slow and calling out orders when finally ready. We placed our order at 12:07pm and there was only 1-2 order on the board ahead of us. As we waited, more people came through and ordered. As we waited, those several orders got completed while we just sat and watched. We only ordered 3 drinks. Grape. Lychee, and white peach latte. We finally got it at 12:32pm. Seriously wow. Service was lacking as I picked up our order and 3 drinks needed a carrier or bag, I asked for one and was provided one with the carrier placed inside. However I had to then place all the drinks in myself. I would not come back even if we love UME grape and white peach drinks.

A new boba place inside Stoneridge Mall. It's a small place as there's no tables and chairs to sit down. This location is basically just like a to go orders so you can roam around the mall having the drink or seat on the benches around the mall. The service was okay as for its grand opening. They definitely didn't do the orders in its consecutively order but it's understandable as some drinks might be easier and less materials needed to be used. My drink, Oreo Crème Brûlée, tasted good. It's not as sweet as I was able to change the sweetness level of it. It's also a plus that I can change the ice level of the drink too. One thing about my drink though is the crème brûlée. It was kinda stuck in the bottom so even I'm shaking it, it's not mixing until I stirred it with straw. But it all worked out. They have some cute merch available too. Didn't get it but definitely check it out. They also have the blind cups available (which you can get a small plush for a souvenir). Will definitely going back when I'm at the mall.

the weirdest and nastiest fried tofu I've ever ordered. Tofu pieces were cut way too small and had a ton of this weird stretchy/gummy breading. It was pretty much a box of lumped together tofu mulch with seasoning. I ended up sifting through the box searching for edible pieces. The lychee watermelon green tea and mango coco drink were good.

Pretty packed when I went, front staff didnt appear to be taking any orders as they were running back and forth bringing drinks out. By the time i placed my order to when I received it was over 20min. I received a automated text saying i would be notified when my order was ready, never came. Checked the TV for active/completed orders, nothing. I decided to peek at the drinks sitting on the counter and mine was there, at that point there was a group forming at the front likely due to slow service or something I got the blossom latte, boba consistency was above average but the tea itself was okay I prob wouldnt go back if their service is that slow or if theyre that understaffed

Came in for the BOGO promotion on a Thursday. They were very back up on orders, blaming the kitchen issue. I was told it would take about 15 mins to prepare but ended up with over 30 mins. Not too sure what happened but definitely not acceptable. Asked for no ice but cups were loaded with ice. Rather visit SR location with more efficiency and accuracy.

UPDATE: came here again because we had some last minute things to do at the mall and stopped by because of their $5.99 popcorn chicken and the BOGO Mango Coconut Twilight drink - different than the Mango Coconut drink we had the other day. The drink was slightly better than the one we had last time and the popcorn chicken was actually fantastic - perfect amount of seasoning and the juiciness rivaled that of Shihlin when it comes to Taiwanese style fried chicken. However I have to take a point off because several of the pieces had large bones and cartilage that we would bite into and it was not pleasant. It could be chocked up to them having more orders today for the sale and therefore the quality control was abnormally poor. However it is still is very disappointing despite the taste.

    Fruit tea. Delicious!

The service was phenomenal! Service with a smile! Explained savory snacks well! Snacks were delicious and piping hot! Drink choices were incredible and very tasty! Ambiance was cute and well designed for a mall setting.

I cannot get enough of it! Order here is very convenient as you can do so via the Snackpass app. They also have the QR code in front to order there and a standing ordering station that you can do so yourself. As for parking, it does get a little crowded at times, especially when people are waiting to get a spot or trying to parallel park along the median area. During the busy hours, the wait is a bit... but it's very worth it to me. The employees don't have much interaction with customers, but it seems that everything is done very efficiently behind the counter with order numbers constantly being called out and such. The shop inside is small with just a few seats to wait, mostly best to wait outside for your number to be called (or the app to notify you that your order is ready). Front is clean and cutely decorated, menu displayed clearly as well. The 2 go to drinks for me here is the Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Mango Passion Smoothie. QQ Noodles and Cubed Pearls are a must have for me as I love the chewy texture (makes me think of mochi cakes from Yi Fang too). The tea is always very smooth and yet present in the drinks. As for the Mango Passion Smoothie, there's a very strong mango flavor without it tasting artificial at all! Everything tastes made with fresh fruits and much care. My friend did order a Bubble Waffle here. Getting it fresh and having some, it was not the most memorable waffle. The flavor is as you'd expect it... but it doesn't fall a bit flat. I think I personally prefer Happy Lemon's bubble waffle. Overall though... I love the drinks here enough to honestly ignore the food. Final Thoughts: This will definitely be my to go place in this area and I'm already craving a stop here already.

We don't particularly like our food spicy, so we always request for them to not add additional pepper sprinkled on top. That makes it perfect for us. However, if you like your food more spicy, definitely let them know. The only way to do this is if you order directly through a cashier or you somehow get their attention before they finish your order. Otherwise, ordering through the kiosk does not allow you to input any special requests. I think that'd be something I'd try another time. As it was the game of my childhood, I really wanted a Neopet blind box with my weekly treat of a boba. I generally always go for fruit teas, but the tea smell in this shop smelled really strong; I always assume that's the strong smell of black tea...so I felt like a milk tea this time. I ordered the AISHA: Black Milk Tea w/ Pearls, 70% sweetness. Service here was quick and super friendly despite it looking like a one man operation at the time I was there. It seemed like he was the owner as we chatted about the Neopet collaboration and how it's a very nostalgic thing. He said it's all been adults coming in to grab a blind box, no kids yet then. I am not that surprised as I was there purely for the nostalgia too. The straws there are the paper ones, used 2 to try to stab the top open and that was a fail... ended up using a reusable straw I had stashed in my car. I'd suggest stabbing the straw in store first as the straw can crumble a bit after a few attempts of poking it through the top. For the drink itself, I loved that there was a strong tea taste - would get it a little less sweet next time as the boba added a lot of sweetness to me. Boba was a bit overcooked as there wasn't much of a bite to it, but good flavor soaked in it. Final Thoughts: Collabs definitely are the way to go as it peaked my interest of Gong Cha again, been a while since I've gone and I'll definitely be back again to give other drinks a try.
